Unique Penthouse By The Beach
"Sky Nest" Il s'agit d'une propriété unique située à un pâté de maisons de la plage de Kitsilano. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de son emplacement! la vue! l'ambiance! la suite! . Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires. Rempli de vieilles poutres en cèdre, en brique mais tout moderne - 3 lave-vaisselle (un tiroir paykel 2), appareils de cuisson au gaz en acier inoxydable. 2 chambres - une avec un roi et vue avec ensuite ouverte et l'autre avec un lit double. Vue sur l'océan, immense terrasse, laveuse / sécheuse, foyer au gaz, stationnement attribué. Privé et très calme! Pas d'ascenseur, donc quelques volées d'escaliers du parking.

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a concert. The location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere! It was so quiet at night - having the balcony was amazing. One of the easiest VRBO stays I’ve ever had. The owner is so thoughtful and leaves lots of recommendations for food/bike trips/parks.

We were really surprised by the gorgeous view of the water, mountains and downtown Vancouver. Suite is very attractive and well laid out with everything you need. Great neighborhood and easy access to beach, UBC, and the sites of Vancouver. Even though this is a dense neighborhood we were surprised by how quiet it was, especially at night. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Karen and Beth

This penthouse apartment has a spectacular view. The location is great - near bike paths, beaches and shops. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and hope to return.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location is unbeatable, a few steps from the beach and lots of great eateries within walking distance. The place was very comfortable with an amazing view! Would definitely pick this place again.

We loved having Kitsilano Beach as our base for visiting Vancouver. Excellent views from the terrace. Safe and convenient location with easy parking. Great kitchen so we could cook things purchased at Granville Public Market (10 minutes away with free parking 8-11 am). Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Our family loved "Sky Nest" in Kitsilano. The property is exactly as it looks in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, and the deck is perfect for an evening sunset dinner. We loved having a parking spot available to us, and walking to the numerous restaurants and stores was no problem. As stated in the description, the place is very quiet and walking up the stairs was no problem either. We are definitely hoping to stay in "Sky Nest" on our next trip to Vancouver.

This apartment is in a great location and includes off street parking. It has everything you need for cooking and there was plenty of towels and linen and the bed was comfortable. The only downside for us was the size of the living room furniture, it is deep and huge, we are by no means short people and we were unable to sit comfortably on the furniture because it was so large.

We stayed for 5 days. The view is amazing and the layout is lovely. The design is rustic-traditional in the living, dining and kitchen areas. Parking is very convenient and easy to access in and out of the property.
Karen and Dan are fabulous hosts ~ responsive and attentative.
We will certainly stay in the Skynest again!

The apartment is very spacious, it even has an office, but the best part is the very large terrace with gorgious views of the city, the ocean and the mountains. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Stunning more than enough room nest! Well equipped, comfortable bed and the deck view is to die for. Exactly as advertised. We were here for my daughter’s wedding and kit’s neighborhood is my favourite. Picnics on the beach, great restaurants within walking distance and we will definitely be back!

Me and my son stayed here and absolutely loved the place and the location. You can walk to so many fun places or use public transportation very easily if you need to go further. Will book next time we’re back for sure.

Lovely penthouse with an amazing view. Had a wonderful stay. Linens etc were plentiful. Was there during an incredibly hot week in Vancouver but fans were provided which really helped to beat the heat. Such a cozy place to kick back and relax in a spectacular neighbourhood. The terrace is to die for. Would recommend.

Location! Location! Location!
Great location. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants and stores. Great roof top patio. Well equipped kitchen. Although the unit was clean, the building is older and musty. It is a lot of stairs from the street front entrance, especially with luggage. Quite enjoyed our stay. A unique property.

Best of Both Worlds
We spent a week in Vancouver at this beautiful home and were able to explore from Kitsilano to UBC and cross the Burrard Bridge to explore Downtown either on foot or on our bikes. The full kitchen, beautiful views from both the indoor and deck tables were a blessing after full days. The quiet and comfortable beds allowed us to recharge and enjoy each moment.

Great base in Kitsilano
This was our 3rd stay at this great apartment and we intend to come back. The location is wonderful. We were at Kits beach most days for a walk or swim. And ate many good meals in the area. When the inevitable rains came, the apartment is comfortable with enough space for lounging and reading and cooking. The extra bedroom meant family could join us for part of the stay.

Beautiful
We were very happy with our stay. The unit is exactly as appears in the photos. Tonnes of space to relax and the views truly are fantastic. We were not so lucky to have weather conducive to using the giant patio but honestly it didn’t really matter, it was just as great from inside! It’s in a great part of Kits to enjoy walks along the water or access great cafes and restaurants. Communications were very efficient. I had some confusion over accessing the unit on check-in day, but Karen was very quick to clear things up for me. Definitely highly recommend.

Stunning views
Location was ideal and the large terrace provided stunning views. So easy to get to the beach, parks and restaurants/bars in Kitsilano. All just minutes away. Downtown was only a 45 minute walk and Granville Island even nearer. We had a very relaxing time and the apartment was spacious and very well equipped for just the two of us. A great time was had with some fond memories created.

Fabulous condo
Spectacular view from the large rooftop patio. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. A lovely condo in a quiet and well situated building. Would love to stay again in the future!

Walk to beach, restaurants and shopping two blocks away on 4th, 30 minute walk to Granville Island for shopping, dining and Aquabus. Will stay again.

Kitsilano Stay
This apartment was a great little place to call home for a couple weeks. Kitsilano is a great neighbourhood and the aparment is only a block from the water! It's an older building but the apartment itself is cozy and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
