Absolutely loved this apartment right on the Port everything was high spec. Would defo recommend and return. Loved the little bar across the road as well and all the lovely nearby restaurants. From start to finish communication with the owners was very speedy.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. We are traveling for a few months, and it's been our favorite rental! The pictures are great, but it's even more special in person. It was very clean and had anything one would need. Our host was very communicative and had her friend, Catherine, meet us upon our arrival. Catherine was nothing short of spectacular. She was so lovely and made us feel very at home. It was like we'd known her for years. We only wish we could've stayed longer. The rental, the host, the "Catherine"...it was a dream experience. We wholeheartedly recommend!

The property was just as advertised- clean, well stocked and beautifully located overlooking the port! The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful, making our stay so easy! Even when spending the day in the Old City, it was an easy walk back to the apartment to relax with a snack and a glass of wine before heading back out for dinner. In fact, it made for a beautiful view of the sunset! We absolutely loved our stay in Nice!

Spacious, clean, tasteful, and well-appointed apartment within a 5-15 minute walk to many of Nice's top sights: the old city, Cours Saleya, Colline du chateau, Promenade des anglais, Place Massena, etc. The view of the harbor is like a postcard. Conveniently located (1 block) to the tramline and buses to other Riviera destinations, as well as supermarkets, patisseries, and restaurants. Reservation and check-in were very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!

Our family of 6 agreed this was our favourite apartment in all our European travels! It was so beautifully decorated, so spacious and comfortable. There was a fabulous range of crockery and cutlery. The view from the lounge room across to the Port of Nice was exceptional. The location was excellent- a short stroll from the tram stop from the airport and with restaurants, a wonderful bakery and supermarkets all around. Would thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely loved the apartment, view and location. Charlotte and Catherine, our contact during our stay, were excellent at communicating with us and were both quick to respond. One of our favorite places during our one month tour of Europe.

Myself and three friends age range 59-79 stayed at this property for four nights. It is everything previous reviews say about it. Spacious clean lovely decor well stocked with plates kitchen utensils etc. It is, of course, someone's home which we are lucky to share for a little while. Lovely view overlooking the port. The all important Boulangerie round the corner across from a well stocked supermarket. The tram from the airport is across the road and the walk into the old town and market very easy and ten minutes away. Booking was uncomplicated (thank you Charlotte) and we were met on arrival by charming Catherine. A very happy experience all round.

We had a fantastic week in Nice in this beautiful apartment in a great location. Apartment is just as it is in the photos only much bigger than it appears! Everything was easy and convenient from the check in to the very well stocked supermarket and bakery just around the corner and being in such a central location, beaches the old town and new town were within walking distance. All in all a perfect holiday and hope to come back next year. Thank you Marc, Charlotte and Catherine.

We loved our stay in this wonderful home. The walk upstairs each day brought us to welcoming views. The hosts are so thoughtful and kind, and their property manager, Catherine, is sweet, compassionate, and attentive to the smallest of details. It was all marvelous! We were there for five nights and explored Nice and surrounding cities. There is far more to discover, and we are excited to come back to this lovely accommodation. A lot of sites about Nice warned about the rocky beaches. We loved swimming every day and found comfort in drying off on the warmth of the rocks. Bring swim shoes as they aid in getting in and out. On the walk back home, grab a delicious rotisserie chicken or pasta dish and bakery treat, along with a bottle of wine. You’ll wonder why you waited so long to enjoy this home and this city. We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating a birthday. Couldn’t have found a nicer place. Especially the hospitality and contact to the owners and Catherine were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Loved the property. Bed was comfy. Quiet. Great location on Port Lympia. Can take the #2 train to lots of places. Parking was at a close facility & very safe. Neighborhood had all amenities. Near Old Town; the "main" part of Nice was a short walk away, but much more crowded. Kitchen was fully equipped. Only negative was a neighbor smoker and the landlord dealt with it quickly. Hard to get away from smoke in So. France.

This apartment is the absolute perfect location to stay in Nice. My husband and I stayed with two of our grown children for 4 nights/5 days. It is right at the Port of Nice - within walking distance of the Old Town (MANY shops and restaurants/grocery stores) as well as numerous bakeries right in its own neighborhood. There was a small beach close by and the much larger main coast by the Old Town - the beautiful Azure colored sea. The apartment is spacious and fully stocked with everything you need. We ate dinner in 1 night and had everything we needed to cook. Having access to a washing machine was wonderful. There is a tram right out the door that leads within Nice and a train station about a 20 minute walk (NIce Riquier) that takes you all along the French Rivieria and into Italy. The apartment worked out so nicely for our family as compared to a hotel - I would highly recommend it.

Check in was easy, location was perfect but parking was a challenge until we found the lot across the marina. I couldn’t have hoped for a better place.

The owners thought of everything..what more can I say! Great A/C, 4 comfortable beds, lovely linens, fully equipped kitchen, good wifi. Wonderful restaurants on side streets behind the nearby church...blocks of them. Loved it all. Pictures are not deceiving. Go and enjoy.

This lovely place was perfect for our family of 6. Not only immaculate and beautiful, but very well located to grocery and walking distance to old town and beach, as advertised. Highly recommend😊

We loved staying here, the location was excellent and only a short walk to the main beach area and Old Town. The apartment is beautifully-appointed and very clean - we really cannot find fault! Our hosts were very good to deal with, too.

We can't say enough about this property nor it's owner or manager. From the location (and view to port), to the cleanliness, space, decor, security, communication, amenities (ability to temp control each room). Nice is a great city and these accomodations made our stay even better. We would highly recommend this apartment

The property was perfect in every way, location, space, comfort and amenities. It was one block to the harbor and 15 minute walk to old town Nice. Multiple restaurants within 5 mins and fully stock grocery store a block away.

The place was gorgeous and in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Old Town. The communication with Marc/Charlotte was great and I highly recommend this place.

This beautiful apartment is located in the Old Port of Nice. Everything you need groceries, restaurant, shops is within easy walking distance. You can walk to Castle Hill and explore the beautiful park, the historic cemeteries and the magnificent views of Nice from the top of the hill. You can also walk to the Cours Saleya Market a good starting point for exploring all of Old Town Nice or take a stroll along the promenade de anglais and enjoy the water views. So much to do, no car required! We were two couples and found the apartment to spacious and comfortable for everyone. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The owner is easy to reach and communicate with. We were met by his representative who graciously showed us all the apartment amenities, recommended restaurants and presented us with a bottle wine. Great way to start our vacation!

The apartment is in a prime position , lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment is furnished to a high standard and I would recommend this for a short or long stay , we stayed here for 2 weeks .

Lovely hosts, easy check in. Plenty of room in property which is very well equipped, including all the small things that are really annoying to buy like cooking oil, toilet paper etc. Great location away from main bustle but we walked everywhere to reach most of the main spots. No parking here, but short distance up road towards mont boron there are side roads with free parking. Large fully opening windows I am sure would compensate for no outside space in the summer months, great beach/swim area 10 mins east at Coco beach. Would definitely recommend it .

The apartment is right above the port with beautiful yachts and restaurants at your fingertips. High floor so view allows you to see the Mediterrainian. Lift allows easy access to and from. Market around the corner. Nice artwork and furnishings. 4 beds--3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Marc and his apartment manager, Catherine are great to work with. Enjoy.
