Room on ground floor, no view, blocked by the walls. Mosquitoes in room when we checked-in. Hotel staff was kind to reassign another room on the 2nd flr, which was great EXCEPT the toilet only had a bathtub, with no shower curtain or glass screen. Water, when we took a shower, were all over the floor !! 👎👎

Good location - not right in the center and noise, but a perfect walking distance. The hotel is beautifully designed. The ambiance is a lot more family oriented then romantic or suitable for a honeymoon.

The staff were so lovely and booked a good tour for us. The room was huge, lovely bathroom, really comfy bed and great aircon. Location is perfect short walk to everything you need. Quiet rooms as well not disturbed by outside noise. Wish we stayed longer and had more time for spa treatments!

Breakfast was ok, but not great for such a big resort it needs more variety.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly staff, big clean room. Breakfast was nice each morning too and shuttle to beach was a nice option.

To be honest hoi an ancient time is horrible but not the hotels fault.

The roof top pool was good to swim laps in the morning before anyone else At lunch it was very crowded

The hotel is located in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also has great pools, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the hotel has several relax spaces, such as a bar with nice river views and a rooftop pool and terrace, which are perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was great - river / pool view on the first floor. (52sqm) Very clean and well organized. Wellness spa was very well priced and service excellent. The staff were very professional and friendly. Check in and Check out were very efficient and timely.

Very little to suggest by way of improvement suggestions. If anything - the addition of ceiling fans to the verandah around the restaurant and or balcony would have been helpful in the heat. yes

Location is perfect for exploring old town. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great.

There was a note that there would be construction but the noise was still loud.

We absolutely adored our stay here! It was very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. Great cocktails, great food and the pool was a lot of fun with the swim up bar. We really liked the location too, it was close to the night market.

Facilities were good, friendly very helpful staff especially Tran 8n the restaurant and location worked well. Shuttle bus service to the beach worked well.

Breakfast not up to a good standard. Hot food was not kept hot eg hash browns were soggy and cold and the same for the bacon. Catering more for eastern taste than western,however omelettes were good. Toaster did not work well and had to cook bread 3-4 times

The villa is amazing. When you want to get away from the heat, there is your own little pool. There's happy hour in the afternoon in the main pool, although it can be busy with many people, it's still a great option. The hotel is a short walk to the old town and is really the best option as it gives you everything you need.

The staff were fabulous , pool bar was great, especially at happy hour .. the rooms were nice and great aircon, which was much appreciated in the heat

this was our second stay at the bel Marina and I must say the breakfast was a let down, minimal choices and Bain marie often not re filled.. the toaster did not work and the tea was weak, need different tea choices , I think the new owners had applied cost cutting to the buffet breakfast.

Loved the pool size and the resort layout. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. Was also great that you could use bikes free of charge.

There was limited storage in the bedrooms. An additional indoor living space in the villas would of been good. The temperature of the pools was very warm and at times too hot. Would of been nice to have some more shade by the pool.

Evening Dinning experience needs improvement. Quality of some Vietnamese dishes (eg beef noodles) not great. Western food - beef sirloin poor but pizzas good. Extended stay prior to arriving meant we had two bookings which then confused taxi transfer booking
