1. Google maps lệch địa chỉ phải đi tìm. 2. Không có chỗ đậu xe oto, mà đậu dưới lòng đường không có người trông coi 3. Phòng ẩm mốc có mùi hôi rất khó chịu 4. Toilet và phòng tắm mùi khí ga hôi nồng. 5. Phòng ánh sáng yếu, bật hết đèn vẫn mờ mờ ảo ảo 6. Phòng bé 7. Phòng spa là dạng phòng tập thể không có sự riêng tư, che chắn bằng rèn vải kéo tay nhưng không kéo kín hoàn toàn (tuy nhiên nv spa kỹ năng tốt) 8. Ăn sáng quá ít món k đa dạng. Món ăn cũng không ngon. (Có món thạch có dấu hiệu bị ôi thiu... có hình bên dưới)

Free bikes, breakfast was plentiful and the pool area is very relaxing. All facilities are clean and staff very attentive.

The staff were excellent. I know everyone says that in reviews, but it was really true in this case. They have excellent communication skills, and seem committed to helping you enjoy your stay. They even offered tips on how to avoid local scams, which I found helpful. Also, we were offered a free upgrade after our first night. The VIP room was amazing.

The fitness center is pretty basic.

Perfect stay in Hoi An. The staff was really kind and helpful, they even helped us to book our HaLong Bay trip. We celebrated our anniversary with my partner and I messaged the hotel in prior - they decorated our room really nicely to surprise us. The room was huge and clean and the breakfast was delicious too. I fully recommend it!

Amazing value for money, best 3 star hotel we have been to and the best hotel we stayed at for our two weeks in Vietnam. The laundry service was great and convenient, the spa was really nice and the massage good, the pool and the gym were nice to have but the gym is nothing crazy though, the breakfast was really good and the banana pancakes superb, it was very convenient to have free bikes (even though they were a bit old and broke down a bit 🤪)

I would not recommend eating at the hotel outside of breakfast, the food was average and the service slow and not great. Also it was a dissapointment to get a sob story about how hard Covid was for hoi an and the hotel when we were checking out (purpose of asking for a 5 star review). For a moment I thought about not reviewing at all or giving a lower rating because of this.

Room was clean and was very nice. Good facilities. Staff at reception were very also friendly and helpful.

Every morning the cleaning staff were very loud having conversations / shouting in hallway on my floor starting at 6am. Other guests said it had woke them too.

Recommended by a friend, this was a lovely little hotel. Very, very welcoming staff even before we arrived, we received a whats app to see if we needed anything extra, or a driver from the airport, which cost less than a Grab. Everyone was friendly and wanted to chat and look after us. Lots of knowledge of area and excursions and happy to book for you. We stayed in a triple room, which was very comfortable. Someone came to fix the safe as it wasn't working. The pool was small but nice, and there was a small amount of shade. The pool beds were comfortable, and pool toilets were very clean, and I loved the fluffy, large pool towels. The massage was enjoyable (spa onsite), and I received a free cocktail afterwards. Breakfast had some variety, breads, pastries, some hot cooked food and an egg station. The fruit was great and plentiful. Usual coffee, tea, and fruit juices, as well as salad choices. It was a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, and we borrowed (free) bicycles sometimes to ride around. Thanks, Kim, for great customer service. We will stay again when we visit Hoi An.

Quite a noisy spa (other guests). Bathroom sometimes smelt of drains.

The hotel pool is very beautiful, although we have no time to swim in the hotel pool. But seeing the other guests in the pool all enjoyed it.The reception staff was also warm and the room is clean and the breakfast is very good!

unfortunately we didn't get a pho at the hotel.It would be nice to have pho at the hotel every day.

it was a lovely modern hotel with great swimming pool, restaurant and day trip services. Good location outside of the old town.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accomodating. They helped us book day trips and gave recommendations on things to do and places to eat which were all excellent recommendations. The spa was great and relaxing. They were accomodating of our late flights- our flight was delayed coming into Hoi An and we arrived well past midnight but there was no issues with check in, after checking out they kept our luggage and let us use the pool and the facilities until our evening flight once again. The staff were fabulous and seemed interested in our experience, prior to arriving they messaged asking if there were any special requests etc and during our stay they knew which room we were in and what day trips we were going to etc so it felt personal. Breakfast had a nice selection.

We asked for a twin room but unfortunately when we arrived the beds weren’t separated so we asked for an extra blanket and sheets for us to separate it (as we arrived at midnight) but they ended up doing it anyway

The staff went above and beyond to help us at all times. We had originally planned on staying 3 nights but checked in for more, we didn't want to leave. Location was close to everything we needed

Staff are amazing - very welcoming and helpful. No request was too much. Pool was just what you needed after a morning of exploring. The hotel is about a 12min walk into the hustle and bustle of ancient town or a very cheap Grab ride. The location allows you to enjoy all the good things without being in the middle of the busy streets!
