Beachfront 1bd Condo-Huge Balcony Looking Directly at Beach
Profitez du lever du soleil sur la plage et regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues du matin. Dans l'après-midi, le coucher du soleil sur toute l'île à partir de votre balcon au 9ème étage.
La chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec un nouveau matelas à oreiller ferme recouverte de draps en coton égyptien. Le lit est légèrement surélevé pour sous le lit de stockage de bagages. Dans le salon, profiter d'un canapé-lit, un futon Queen et un futon. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée.
*** Remodel Mars 2014- L'unité entière a été peinte; plafond et les murs. 5 nouvelles appliques murales ont été ajoutés à la salle de séjour et chambre à coucher et la lumière de la cuisine a été mis à niveau. Le mobilier des chambres a été remplacé avec mobilier de plage de sable blanc. Il semble merveilleux et sent bon.
Note: Depuis 04/20/20156, Patricia Chapa, mon gestionnaire immobilier se déplace au Japon avec sa famille. Son mari prend une position là-bas et nous sommes très heureux pour elle. Cathy Ramos reprend pour Patricia et nous savons qu'elle fera un excellent travail aussi. L'adresse postale pour les dépôts sera en train de changer, si bien que chercher un email avec la nouvelle adresse. J'espère que cela ne cause pas trop de confusion.

Love the property and the security that comes with it. Very well lit for those walks home from the Wana Wana which is not far. Pools and hot tubs amazing. Staff is exceptional

My wife and I stayed at the end of August and the Beache & location was awesome. The beaches, condo and town were everything and more of what we expected - definitely going to go back.
For only being a one bedroom the Condo has a great layout which provides plenty of room for a mid-size family or a couple couples.
Would recommend this location to anyone!!

The Island is a beautiful way to watch sun rises and sunsets. This particular condo building had elevator issues ,with both elevators, but thankful not at the same time.
That being said ,the staff was nice and the whole vacation was very relaxing. .

The actual Condo was very nice and provided a great view and home base for our vacation on the island. Owner was very quick to take care of issues and change out towels when needed. The building is still struggling with maintenance, this was our second year in a row where one of the elevators was out of service for the our entire stay there and this lead to crowded elevators and long waits.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures don't give that view from the balcony justice! The host was wonderful to communicate with, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Honestly, we spent most of the time soaking in the view and the breeze on the balcony. We also did a helicopter tour of the beach at the suggestion of our host and it was incredible, so thank you for that. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get away from it all and just relax.

We have stayed at this complex before, so we knew it was right on the beach, with excellent views and balconies. This particular condo is on the 9th floor, which didn't pose a problem since all the elevators were refurbished and working. One reason I love the Inverness is the ease of parking. You park on the 1st or 2nd floor and have immediate beach access. That makes it so easy to keep all the sandy beach items in the truck and you don't have to haul them up to the room. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off everything before coming up.
The condo itself was as described. The decor is pretty plain, but this doesn't bother me at all. The master bed was comfy. The main reason I chose this condo was because it had two separate sleeper sofa beds. My teenage boys each had a bed which was great, and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig, which I love. (There are both coffee makers: drip and Keurig). There was a hair dryer if you needed and plenty of towels.
We had an great time at the beach! We will definitely be staying here again for the double sofa and excellent price.

Another trip has come and gone and this time was just as perfect as the others. The condo was amazing with everything we needed to make it feel like our second home and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I think this is our 3rd time here and this was by far our best time yet. Already booked our next stay and can’t hardly wait for it to arrive.

Great location! The size of the condo was perfect for just my husband and myself. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Easy check-in and the key code entry for front door made coming and going a breeze. Condo was especially well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed.
The only downside is the parking. Though the building has a parking garage, we had trouble with other guests carelessly hogging more than one spot. Where there should have been 3 spaces (lines are clearly painted), only two cars would fit because people can’t, or won’t, park correctly. But, this is absolutely NOT the fault of our host. The condo was perfect for us, and our host provided us a wonderful list of places to eat and things to do. She hit the mark with them all! We will definitely be returning.

Bright, homey & very comfortable condo. Entire building shows its age and wear from being right on the beach but all appliances work great, shower was great, bed & furniture - indoor & out - all very comfortable. Can't beat the view. We love this spot.

Condo was as advertised. Great as pet is allowed. Owner responded quickly when we had an issue with dishwasher. If you are considering this condo, would recommend. Just make sure you check-in during when office is open.

Wonderful balcony and great beach. Clean and very well equipped and comfortable unit. Some issues with building ( pool closed for repairs, some excess water in parking garage). Owner was friendly and very helpful.

Our host carol was absolutely amazing. The description of the property was perfect. The condo was right on the beach which made access to and from the beach very easy. The Oceanside deck provided beautiful views and perfect sounds/temperatures. We will definitely be returning.

This was our 3rd time staying here and have already booked our return trip. The views from the balcony are amazing and we even got to see a couple of dolphins for the first time. It was unbelievable.

Its all about the view and this condo has a 5 star view. We try to visit every year for Sand Castle days. Its close enough to the event to walk there and back.Very comfortable. Thank you

We had a great September stay at this property. We appreciate the small details like ice already made and coffee filters available. Everything was easy to manage, clean, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking - especially at sunrise.

The property had everything we needed, large balcony overlooking the gulf, it’s not fancy but again, we were fine with that. My only recommendation to the owner would be to maybe get some better sheets for the bed, but we had plenty of towels, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of kitchenware. Carol was responsive right away when we had a question about the Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo is in a great location. It’s right in the middle of Clayton’s and turtles, and the restaurants on the opposite side. The beach was super quiet and clean. The parking is gated which really gave me peace of mind. The room was good. The bathroom vent damn could have used a scrub with some vinegar and bleach as it looked a tad moldy. The bathroom cabinet had marks that could’ve been touched up. The outside patio light and the living room TV did not work which I can only assume is an electrical issue within the building. I didn’t come to watch TV so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was really enjoyable.

Incredible views, huge balcony with lots of seating. My children (10,12,14) opted to just sleep on the couches rather than pull them out into beds. Owners were very responsive & friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Full sized closet to hang up clothes & a 6 drawer dresser. Bed was very comfortable.

The condo and the owner were both great, no issues at all appreciated the owner contacting us to change out towels midway through our stay. Everything worked as it should and was good variety of appliances and utensils.
The building was another thing, only one elevator was working and it had trouble keeping up at times. only the pool and drive gate security locks worked. Manager allowed beach goers to park in building spaces which several times sent us scrambling for somewhere to park. Only a few load in carts for move in move out and they were missing both times we needed them…saw a cleaning crew with one on move out.
Overall really good experience and we will rent again but Inverness management needs to get their act together.

I have stayed at the inverness for many visits to South Padre. You can't get a better view of the sunrise than this. Large patio is a great place to hang out. Was disappointed that the large hot tub wasn't working. Pet friendly was great!

My family and I had a GREAT time at this condo! It was the perfect space for the 4 of us (mom, dad, 2 girls). Everything was clean and ready to go! There is a nice sized pool with jacuzzi and it is so close to the beach! We will most definitely be staying here again!

This was our second time staying here and it won't be our last. We didn't spend a lot of time inside since the weather was perfect but having our morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was the perfect way to start each day. The owner is friendly and responsive and provided us with everything we needed to make it feel like home. We have already booked our return trip in the fall.

Once the storms (which we heard were very unusual) passed, the weather and the water were amazing! As someone who usually enjoys the ocean from the beach, I spent a good bit of the week in the water! That’s saying something about how clear, warm and wonderful the water was! The condo was great and you can’t beat the beachfront location. Our favorite restaurant was Parrot Eyes. We had shrimp and the best quesadilla I’ve ever had! Carol was great to work with! Her airport tips made it possible for us to come. We’ll be back!!

This was our fourth trip to the island. The condo we rented was very nice with just a few minor cosmetic problems. Great views for sure! The main problem was the rest of the building was VERY rundown and needed major repairs! Both elevators were out of operation when we tried to check in. We carried part of our stuff up the 9 flights of stairs and on two floors there was couches piled up, blocking the stairs, that we had to go around. We walked back down and decided to go drive around and get something to eat.
When we returned 2 hours later one elevator was fixed. Another renter later in the day told us, and I quote " I have been coming to this building 20 years and not ONCE has both elevators worked at the same time" end quote. One never got fixed our entire stay!! Staff was less than helpful...dirty hallways.. dirty parking area...hot tub was barely warm .. We left a day early...Although condo was nice We will not go back to this building!!

We decided to go for 2 weeks this year. Found Carol's rental on vrbo and decided to try it. Glad we did. The condo was just the right size for us. Only one problem, elevator went down for a couple days. If we needed anything Carol was a phone call away. Wonderful experience and we will be back.

The condo is nice but the view from the balcony is what it's all about. The 9th floor view of the Gulf of Mexico is outstanding! We woke up early every morning, made coffee and watched the sun rise ove the Gulf. Beach access is easy and we enjoyed taking our dog on long walks. It was a great vacation.

This was our 3rd trip to SPI and by far our favorite place we’ve stayed at. The views from the 9th floor were unbelievable and spent every morning out there watching the sunrise over the water. We are already planning our next vacation and will definitely be staying here again. Loved it!!!
