This is a nice cabin for 2 adults or a small family. We were there on a quiet week. However, we could hear neighbors and the back deck and hot tub were not as private as some might prefer. The location east of the main strip and just northeast of Gatlinburg is terrific. You can stay away from crowds or hit all of the best shops and restaurants with a short drive. The property manager, Elk Springs, is great. Super responsive and communicative. Thanks y’all!

Summit views #74 This cabin exceeded all of my expectations, it was clean and well maintained. The view from the upper and lower decks were phenomenal! I give this cabin 5 stars; from check in to check out everything was perfect. My family and I will definitely be returning for future stays.

Best Mountain View’s
The view was absolutely stunning! So glad we chose this place. The GPS worked all the way to the front door, which can be difficult in the mountains. Bring your own spices, oil, foil, coffee, etc. Salt and pepper were the only spices there.

You walk in thru the living room, you see the views and you know you are home! The cabin was super clean, ready for us and perfect! Sadly we didnt get to enjoy much in the area because of the world , but on a good note that meant we spent way more time in the cabin that normal, which was great, everything was included, I would add a few things..some sharp knives, and maybe a croc pot! My only gripe was the bed downstairs, it was super uncomfy! But no matter what room you were in it had a view!I spent many hours just enjoying watching the zipliners zip across the gorge, the hot tub was nice, the pool table was also nice to play. My youngest loved the video games. The cabin was in a nice area, close to most things, it was a little climb, nothing a car couldn't handle. Easy check in and out! We will def be back! Loved reading the check in book and peoples stories, thought that was a nice touch!

My vacation started off not good on arrival. The water was off, and after traveling long hours to cabin #74, i couldn't take a shower. Not good. One other thing, the bed was very hard, almost like sleeping a plywood. But as a whole, I enjoyed the cabin.

I had planned for this weekend getaway with my wife for some time. AND i couldnt ask for more. The staff was very helpful and even contacted me during the stay to see if everything was ok. And it was! The view was awesome, the cabin clean and beautiful, and the location was perfect 20mins to town. The only issue i had was the bed being too firm for my taste.

We loved lounging by the pool and were happy that it was open long into September as the temperatures were in the 90's the entire stay (10 days). The photos here are to be believed. Breathtaking views. Clean cabin and nicely equipped kitchen. Quiet community just under 10 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I brought my telescope and was not disappointed by the night sky. We will return.

What a lovely cabin! The cabin was pristine and had everything we could have wanted or needed. The views were amazing as well. This location was perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and was very convenient for going places but also away from the hustle and bustle of town. Check in and out was a breeze. What an amazing cabin!! We came here for our honeymoon and wanted a getaway that was relaxing and we found just that! We stayed at the Summit Views cabin and loved it! It was so clean and nice! This cabin was amazing! It was spotless and I’m a picky person. It had everything my husband and I needed for a comfortable stay. It wasn’t a far drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The greenery in the kitchen was a little dusty and I don't think that I could stay here in the summer since the air could only go to 71. It was around 80 outside so with all the windows it was a little was a little too warm. We did enjoy our stay.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Million dollar view of the Smokies. The raccoon paid us a visit, and we did use both the hot tub and the pool table. After watching the zip liners we did that too! Even saw a bear!

this place was close enough to pigeon forge and gatlinburg to be able to get where ever reasonably the views were amazing looking at the clouds below once inside you can relax instantly loved the full size fridge.
