We were so impressed with how comfortable and charming Roscoe Village Inn was. Kim was beyond helpful after a very difficult series of plane cancellations and travel changes. The space was very spacious and perfect for all our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed for ourselves and our infant daughter and the bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Kim was available and communicating well, and was very gracious about making arrangements to keep our luggage secure since our plane got pushed back so late. Just a wonderful experience and I would highly reccomend.

Really great apartment in a super cute neighborhood. Quite spacious and bright. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials. Very quiet at night. Trader Joes and Whole Foods in walking distance. Lots of places to eat a short walk away. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the first bedroom.

We stayed for over a week and had a terrific stay. Wonderful lodging, great location, and very responsive host. We would definitely stay there again.

Roscoe Village is a great Chicago negihborhood, and this is an examplary RV apartment. Kim was always around when we needed her. Recommended.

We wanted a location near family. It was perfect! Super clean and lots of spots within walking distance, including Wrigley Field!

We stayed here with 3 young kids and 2 adults and it's a wonderful place in a great location. The unit is on the 2nd floor and was very clean and comfortable. It was a great space for our family. The house is on a nice, quiet street within walking distance to restaurants and shops and an easy drive to grocery stores. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The unit is well furnished and super comfortable. The study is equipped with a large desk, which allowed me to be productive and get work done several mornings. The Brown line and wonderful restaurants are just steps away and the neighborhood is lovely. Just a great experience.

This 2ND floor apartment is updated and perfect for a city getaway! Very close to everything! Myself, 2 daughters and a friend had a great time. Communication with the owner, Kimberly, was excellent and we would stay again. The neighborhood is safe, with plenty of street parking and lots of great pizza options and other bakery's, restaurants and shops :)

Visited Chicago with our small dog so our family could be together for Easter after many months apart. A lovely stay in a lovely space in a lovely neighborhood! Would do it all over again and hope to repeat another time soon.

As good as the photos! Really appreciated the special touches like the Chicago guest books, tea and coffee, and CDs of fun old movies. In a nice quiet residential area but within just blocks of great shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Kim was great, neighborhood was busy but still quiet and safe. House was impeccably clean, everything in working order, all the amenities of home. Free street parking. Definitely recommend this host and home.

The neighborhood - full of families and dog-walkers - was so friendly and quiet. The property is beautiful and well-maintained with everything you would need.

For what we wanted to do, we can't say enough about the location: block and a half from the village (and bakery!), buses a block away, quick walk to "L", easy access to Wrigley! We did not want a car and never needed one between all our options. Space was wonderful with great light! We have no reason not to come back!
