Not comfy, physical place different than pictures.

It had a great location. While not at the falls, it was on a main boulevard, and the stop for the "trolley", the bus that runs down to the falls, is across the street. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The value for the money was exceptional.

Diie tp Covid, check-in was through the night window, but the staff was always helpful, this was a minor inconvenience.

The fact that they were rude and charged for parking. Which is NOT mention anywhere. So an extra expense if you are pulling a trailer.

The mariguana smell but, I think it is normal.

The location was close to lots. The Fashion Outlet, Dunkin Donuts, Regal movies, etc. Staff was friendly.

The room could have been cleaner. Very dark as the standing lamp had the cord cut. Burn stains on the nightstands were unattractive. Walls were pretty thin as the thumping and bumping next door was pretty irritating.

Facilities and rooms require major upgrade. Sloppy cleaning. Sheets appear to be clean, but worn / old and don't smell fresh.

Did not change the towels. In 2 days we were there and did not do the beds.

There were bed bugs and we were bitten and they didn't seem to care. We were literally up the entire night.

Pool

Carpets looked clean and you could park right in front of your room. The house keeper was very nice and the sink, tub and toilet were clean. Plenty of hot water was nice when you run the A/C at 60⁰

The facility is old an looks like they are doing somethings to upgrade, I think they should start with beds and bedding. The room was not well insulated so everything that made noise out side sounded like they were inside. We tried to run the fan for back ground noise but the fan would not stay on when I talked to the front desk they said set it at 60⁰ it would stay on it didn't. They also did not check it out for us. There was very little sleep due to worn out beds and noisy parking lot. Also the restroom floor needs replacing, it is very worn and looks bad. I am surprised that Wyndham let's this location carie there flag.
