The location is perfect and very close to the beach. The condo was clean and inviting. The AC was very cold, the water was hot, all the appliances are new and work wonderfully, and the kitchen has just about everything you need.

We absolutely loved this condo! Nice and cool when we walked in and everything matched the online pictures. Location is perfect with beach access about a quarter of a block away. Communication with Pedro was easy and he always replied quickly. I would definitely recommend renting this property for family or friends. 5 stars from us!!!

Very nice place! Close to the beach, and close to shops. Get a golf cart to use for travel so easy ! We will be back and stay here again !!!

Horrible partying all hours of night and illegal drinking and parking issues too many people staying in other units. Not recommended for adults looking for a quiet, relaxing and safe visit to enjoy. Limited contact with property manager not addressing any issues resulting in leaving the property early.

I liked everything this condo had to offer! Was very convenient for my family and was super close to the beach! On my next trip i will definitely stay here again :)

This condo is in desperate need of renovations and upgrades. It is in a great location like other reviews have mentioned, but the lack of upkeep of this place makes it hard to give it more than 3 stars. Everything is outdated, and typically wouldn’t bother me, but when things are poorly taken care of and falling apart, it’s hard to not overlook it. The A/C overflow pipe in the bathroom was constantly dripping, and was taken care of the next day when addressed, but by the following day, it was back to continuously dripping. Therefore, we all just took showers in the other bathroom. However, this issue was the least of our concerns. Our first night stay, we killed two roaches in the kitchen that evening, followed by baby roaches the following evenings every time we would get back at night. As soon as those lights came on, we’d find at least two scurrying around the kitchen counter. We told the renters about this and sent pictures when we told them about the A/C overflow pipe, but they never addressed it — only the pipe issue is what they acknowledged. The condo was nice and cold, having a washer and dryer was a plus, had no issues with the TV or WiFi, Felipe (who is the island contact for the condo) was very easy to get a hold of and responsive, but will we rent here again? Unfortunately, no. For this last minute planned trip, this condo served it’s purpose, and that’s about it.

The convenience of being so close to the beach access. We love that it’s on the first floor since we can unload our truck straight onto the huge porch. There is plenty of room for our family of five and with two full bathrooms is even better. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of utensils and cooking accessories. The condo was very clean when we got there and we were able to check in early. The manager is very friendly and was really good to replying to our texts and phone calls. We have stayed at this place for five years now and the experience with the owner and manager has always been awesome.

Wonderful place! TVs were hard to operate when they worked. Otherwise this is a great place!

This is our second time staying in this condo. The location is great and the owners are always quick to respond. Very family friendly. Looking forward to our next stay.
