The location was amazing. The fact that it was inside a gated community was great! Lovely apartment and great for the price. The apartment came with useful amenities that were clutch for the beach like beach chairs, towels, cooler.

The shower pressure was terrible. That is the only thing that needs improvement! And the hidden bed has a broken leg that probably needs repair soon.

Loved the location, and that it was in a gated community. It was very clean, and bright with lots of natural light. The little drink gifts was such a wonderful touch and really thoughtful.

In the main bedroom in the corner is a window area ( the see through blocks) that isn't covered at night so it shines a lot of light into the room, directly on your face when sleeping.

I appreciated that this was 10ish or so minutes from the beach. The bed was soft, and I like that there were beach chairs available for me to use if I wanted. As a solo traveler with a light itinerary, the list of recommendations provided was helpful! The refrigerator and microwave in the kitchen worked well!

The bathroom was my least favorite thing about Serena Alta. The shower head barely had any water coming from it so I never had a good shower while there. The bathtub looked like it had sand damage too. It was a little challenging to get out of the neighborhood since you could only enter and exit through one gate (even though there are multiple gates in the neighborhood.) While I don't think the pics were inaccurate there was more wear and tear than I thought.

Great value, secure location, parking on premises, beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch. The ability to reach a property supervisor until 8 pm was reassuring. The apartment is in a gated community and can’t be reached using GPS. Directions from the airport were provided but I didn’t pay attention because I was not coming from the airport. The property supervisor stayed on the line as we drove in from the other direction and came over to make sure we had no problem getting into the apartment.

Apartment was quiet with ample space. Parking was included but we parked on the street for several nights with no issues. Just three blocks from to the beach, and five min drive to supermarkets, highways and restaurants. Very fast response to resolve any inquiry. We had to call the supervisor bcs the toilet got clogged, she sent someone the next morning and got it fixed.

Cozy. Big fridge.

Hard to identify the keys. Couldn't find laundry.

Excellent…beach right around the corner…. I Love it… if I ever decide to come back I would chose it again
