J was a great host! He responded right away when I texted him questions and he answered the phone when I got lost and called him. His condo had all the kitchen appliances you could need and he supplied all the bathroom needs including plenty of towels. The view was awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better condo!

We have stayed at the Saida's 3 times now and love the property. This particular unit had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. The only complaint (and it is minor) is that this unit has a lot of stuff everywhere. It was hard to find a place to put your stuff because they had decorations on every surface. It could use a little decluttering, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to the beach, close to pools, the condo was nice and spacious, clean, had streaming capabilities, tv’s. Awesome views, easy access from the property out to shopping, eating, etc. The poolside bar and grill had great food and drinks. Space X launch was cool woke me up at 7 AM though. The condo is fully stocked and renovated, definitely recommend it if you’re coming to SPI. J was a good host thanks.

2405 at Saida's was an incredible surprise, due to it was everything as advertised. Clean beautiful rooms with a stellar view from the balcony. J was extremely accommodating. The walk to the beach was refreshing bc it literally took 2 min. I would really recommend staying here, and we will be back next year. Thank you so much J!!!!!

The property is very well kept, clean, green yard. Two pools to enjoy, all of the rooms have beach view.
The condo is nice and clean, with pretty much everything that we needed, with a balcony where we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset.
The furniture is outdated and brown all around, I smelled the dust behind our bed. We thought it would be nice if it can be uptaded with white and fresh colors, not so much decor but practical.
The kitchen is clean and free of roaches!++++ and there was deodorizer in every room. We stepped outside at the balcony and smelled the breeze and the salt of the ocean. A few steps and you are in the pools, a little further the sand and waves.
We had a list of places to go to suggested by our guest and were very in the spot.
I don't know when but we will book it again, and surely recommend it to our circle of family and friends.

This is a very clean two bedroom, two bath condo. The couches and beds were very comfortable. Our host was very attentive to details and helped make our stay memorable. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It had what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were 3 pools for us to use, which was nice after a beach day. Access to the beach was quick and easy. We got to see a beautiful sunrise every morning from our patio. J was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

So close to many things. We could walk to the beach and restaurants which was nice. Nice view of pool and ocean. J was fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend for family vacation.

My wife and 3 kids had a blast. Saida II is at the back of the property and just a few steps from the beach. There are 3 pools on the property that you can see from the balcony as well as the stunning Gulf of Mexico! The pool at the front of the property has a bar and serves food! You have to pay, but it is very convenient. I would highly recommend to book with J, and just be ready for exceptional customer service. It was a blast, and we will certainly be back in the future!!!

The pictures dont do this property justice. The view is incredible, the location to the beach is wonderful and the condo is very comfortable and clean. The property owner had wonderful communication with us, which made the process of checking in and out very easy. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

Very nice clean condo with a great location on the beach that is nicely decorated. Comfortable beds which was important because we stayed for 2 weeks. Great balcony for morning coffee while the sun comes up. J the contact for the facility was very helpful and answered any questions we had although there were no issues. Very secure facility with 24 hour gate attendants. We will definitely stay here again if possible.

-we found the beach chairs on the day we checked out. location of chairs under bed should be mentioned in property description.
-i suggest giving renters a key for the deck door. i was always worried the door would lock behind us and we would not be able to get back into the condo.

The views, from the property are wonderful. We had a clear view of the ocean and the pool is very close. There were plenty of untensils except a little light on forks and small spoons. Plenty of towels/sheets. Cable tv for the few times we checked in with the rest of the world. The carts for unloading the vehicle made that whole process simple. Very stress free environment. Would do again.

This condo is very nice way nicer then the photos. Everything is up to date. Condo has everything you need there. Very nice coffee maker, up to date appliances. The view is beautiful. Decor is Condo made us feel at home and very inviting. We will book again. J was very helpful and gave really good recommendations for restaurants.

Amazing Property!
Every bit of this property was perfect from location, cleanliness, access to the beach, on-site amenities, accuracy of listing, and our host was perfect. We have been visiting SPI for decades, and this property was quintessential South Padre. Whether looking for a romantic getaway or family stay, we highly recommend this property!

Perfect Vacation
Sometimes it’s the little things that delight us the most. First off, walking in, it smelled so clean without the smell of Lysol or Pinesol. The place was very clean, very “islandy” feeling. The balcony was amazing - there was room for lounging and for eating. If we weren’t on the beach or at the pool this is where we were. Who wants to pay for a vacation at the beach and not have an ocean view. This building is at the very back and closest to the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and there were many fluffy pillows on the bed. You don’t like fluffy pillows? A shelf full of different sized pillows, pillowcases and blankets. We did put them to use as I like my pillows flatter. And an extra blanket on the couch because my husband likes it cold. I was never uncomfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked. There was a blender, a crock pot… The freezer had an ice maker. Also, as you know there is no laundry in the unit but there is a laundry room at the bottom of the stairs. We preferred the stairs so I checked to see how busy the laundry was every time I passed. It was never being used! If you plan on doing laundry bring your quarters. Next time I will probably pack lighter and do some laundry.
The balcony overlooks both the ocean and 2 of the pools. The pools were great. We never could figure out for sure which was heated. The temperature in all of them was not so cold that you were afraid to get your stomach wet. One of the pools has a tiki bar and a snack bar. The prices were very fair. A burger was $6.00, I think. They had a good assortment of drinks, as well.
There is good food all around town. There is a smoothie shop just outside the gate with sandwiches that were to die for! We’d leave our umbrella and chairs on the beach, grab a sandwich and take it back. Also, there is a small family owned “dive” called Chilitto Pikin. Great food, good prices and owned by a super nice family. Captain Jack’s was enjoyable too.
My husband claims this is our new spot for vacationing. Everything about the condo was perfect! And the owner was great and easy to communicate with.

Beach Vibes
It’s a family tradition to head to the beach on the last day of school! We totally enjoyed our stay! From the easy process to check in and to checking out. The property manager was awesome and readily available to help us. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this unit .

Amazing View of Ocean
Every morning, we sipped coffee on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the ocean. It’s one of the closest condos to the beach. Saida towers has 3 great swimming pools and multiple hot tubs. It’s very clean. Very secure with gates and guard station out front.
The condo was very clean and has everything you need. J was very easy to work with.

Exactly as promised
This property was excellent! The view was absolutely stunning. The beach was right in our backyard! This will definitely be our go to spot next time we're in SPI. J was absolutely great, easy check in, easy check out, I really can't say enough how much fun we had! We had 5 guests ranging from 65 to 13 and all of us were very pleased with our stay.
