Luxe 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, ski-in maison de ski-out au Seven Springs communauté de montagne le plus récent: SOUTHWIND, à Lake Tahoe. La maison dispose de 4 chambres avec 3 lits king size et un lit queen size. Une des chambres king size a également un lit superposé jumeau-sur-plein. L'unité intérieure possède 2400 pieds carrés d'espace de vie avec deux cheminées en pierre du sol au plafond. Il est situé directement sur la communauté de Southwind piste de ski privée et un ascenseur. Descente sur la loge au Seven Springs et accéder à l'ensemble de la montagne. Puis monter l'ascenseur commodément à votre appareil. L'unité est située près de la piscine de Southwind et un jacuzzi qui est merveilleux pendant les mois d'été. La maison a un accès Internet haute vitesse sans fil, six téléviseurs (la plupart sont de nouveaux téléviseurs Samsung 4K) avec TOUTES les chaînes cinéma premium, deux lecteurs de DVD, une cuisine gastronomique avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et du parquet. Clean and comfortable spaces, nice firm beds, and a large deck made this home a really enjoyable experience! The living/dining room was compact but well laid out, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Brian was great and responded quickly to messages.

Brian’s home away from home is more than that. Two complete living rooms on main floor and downstairs. Lovely fireplaces, downstairs area for skis, boots with outdoor accessibility to ski in and out right in front of your back porch. Balcony areas are huge and ground level Has a large table and plenty of seating. Kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of room for seating also. Bedrooms are big and beautifully decorated.

Great spot at the top of the mountain! The ski in / ski out was a huge help with teens wanting to night ski but parents ready to call it quits earlier. We were able to come home for lunch and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfy and there was all the things you would need in the kitchen. We had a great stay and will come back again. Also the inside garage parking was wonderful as it allowed us to park two cars at the unit. Thank you.

The home was tastefully decorated and may just be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Loved little details like the ski drop zone in the basement, sleds in the closet and the espresso machine in the kitchen. The view from the owner’s suite balcony was perfect for capturing sunrises. There wasn’t quite enough snow for the ski in/out feature, and the lift just outside the door was not running, but it was still a wonderful convenience and just a short walk to ski down to the lodge. Exceptional stay!

Came to visit our daughter in Pittsburgh for Christmas. Decided to spend it at Seven Springs and do a little bit of skiing. We had never been before. Despite only a few runs being open it was a perfect holiday get away. The unit was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The Christmas decorations were perfect! Highly recommend this unit for any trip to Seven Springs!!

We spent 4 glorious days at Brian's property. Despite the mild winter, we were lucky with a very cold spell. Considering it was 4F, it was fantastic to stop by the house, sip hot cocoa and hit the slops throughout the day. The house is immaculate and has everything you need for your stay. You just need to bring your food and drinks. I most appreciate Brian's professionalism and prompt communications. His instructions were impeccable. It was so great to enjoy an easy check-in after a very long drive in the evening. The best part was for the grand parents who don't ski anymore to see their grand kids wave from the lift and slide down to the house. It is a place to remember.

We celebrated Christmas at this townhouse in the Seven Springs resort community. Unfortunately, the weather was the worst for skiing due to extreme cold temps but we persisted! We made the best of a not so good situation in this lovely townhouse decorated so tastefully for the holiday's. The advertised ski in ski out was not accessible like we anticipated I think due to the resort just opening, cold temps. We figured out a way to walk to the slope and back. It's a drive down the mountain to the resort and knew there was a shuttle but didn't use it. I would recommend this place and resort.

I am one who does not enjoy staying away from home, but our Southwind rental went above my expectations! I knew it would because from the beginning, the host was professional and very accommodating and you could tell that he care for his home.
