House was charming, location was exactly where we wanted to be. I appreciated being able to park and walk to most places. Very clean and plenty of cups and dishes.

Mattress in smaller bedroom needs to go. It sagged horribly and after 3 nights,I had back pain bad enough to limit what I did the next couple of days. Street traffic from that room was really loud at night. Parking area was good, but on the last day, I had to back up the whole way out to the alley b/c of the way the other cars and truck were parked. First key did not work well at all, but we were given a 2nd key That worked much better.

Great location that's very walkable to River St, Forsythe Park, and other locations. The house was beautiful. well-stocked and clean. Loved the private courtyard! It was nice to have the washer/dryer on premise & the half-bath downstairs. Southern Belle did a great job at providing all the necessary info, and even checked in via text to see if we needed anything during our stay. Super easy check-in & check-out. I would stay here again for sure.

The townhome is very cute and very clean. We slept great and the used the kitchen to make a great thanksgiving meal! We were able to walk everywhere (all within a 6-10 min walk) and checked out all the historic buildings along the way. We had our young children with us and it was great.

Only downside was the tv situation. It had basic cable which was only the basic 10 channels so upstairs you couldn’t stream anything. Downstairs we were able to log in to our streaking services.
