Besides the great room and facilities. We are impressed by how attentive and careful the staff was with us. Daniel and Federico, specially, are very efficient and polite with fluent English and Spanish which made us feel very welcome. We did have a problem with the warm water on our last day but Daniel dealt with it without any hesitation making sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

Spacious apartment with plenty of built in storage. Quirky interior, with small kitchenette and fridge. Powerful shower and large bathroom. Plenty of plugs and lighting (particularly good in the bathroom). Staff (Daniel) couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly in assisting us, even printing football tickets for us. Location is fab between two U/S Bahn with a 20 minute walk to DDR museum and similar, 20 minute walk to east side gallery and plenty of bars/pubs surrounding the area too. Would readily stay here again.

Small note, new toilet seat to our apartment would be beneficial. Outer door to apartment often left open by other residents but your main area of stay is secured by two further locked fob access doors, so no security concerns!

Nachts war es diesmal super laut. Um 3:00 hat irgendwer gesägt (Metallsäge?). Nach paar Minuten sind ständig Leute hin und her gerannt. Fand ich nachts sehr beunruhigend... Morgens bin ich vor der Tür im Innenhof in Kotze getreten.

la location è il pezzo forte di questi appartamenti, tutto è a due passi a piedi: locali, metro, supermercati e bar; non serve spostarsi più di tanto per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, il muro è a circa 40min a piedi, oppure in 5min ci si arriva in metro. davanti al residence c'è anche un pacchetto carino e tranquillo. a livello di servizi, offrono il deposito bagagli che trovo sempre una cosa molto comoda e gentile, wifi e acqua calda a parte, ci tornerei volentieri!

per quanto riguarda la location in generale, l'entrata dell'hotel è abbastanza confusionaria, sono 3 appartamenti tutti collegati tra loro e se sbagli una porta ti ritrovi nell'appartamento di fianco. per quanto riguarda la camera, purtroppo avere l'acqua calda nella doccia era un terno al lotto, nonostante fosse la prima doccia della giornata della durata di 5min. il WIFI è inesistente, nel senso che neanche riesci a collegarti.

Die Lage ist völlig zentral, ruhig, in guter Anbindung zum Verkehrsnetz.

Es ist verwirrend in das Haus hinein- und heraus zu finden.

Im Zimmer gab es leider Ungeziefer - Papierfische. Wir haben daraufhin ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Leider war im neuen Zimmer der Ventilator defekt und sehr laut … der Ventiltor konnte um 02.00 Uhr Morgens natürlich nicht repariert werden.

De ligging is top, vlakbij verschillende metrostations. Leuk appartement met klein keukenblokje, goed koffiezetapparaat. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mocht ik ooit weer naar Berlijn gaan dan zou ik deze accomodatie zeker weer boeken.

Geen airco op de kamer. Er stond wel een ventilator maar of dat voldoende is op echt warme dagen vraag ik me af. Voor de periode dat wij er waren (eind september) was het echt meer dan prima.

Me toco el departamento 001 y estaba a la entrada del edificio por lo que cada vez que entraba o salía alguien nos despertaban los portazos y las conversaciones. Además las camas eran muy delgadas e incómodas

Poor and confusing WiFi. The kitchenette is good for microwave dinners and eg basic pasta.

The rooms are located on the ground floor inside an apartment building occupied by residents. Our room (and I think most) had a garden view. We felt safe with windows/doors wide open (anyone could enter the room from the garden) The apartment is quiet, clean, and modern-looking. The host Stefan is excellent and helpful.

We got the 2 "bedroom" apartment which was rally big although the layout is a bit odd. Beautiful space. Close to S-bahn that goes all the way to airport.

There were a few good eateries nearby but needed to walk 15-25 mins to get to busier areas

The TV had Netflix and YouTube which we couldn’t use as there was no WiFi, also we could have done with some more coffee replenishment . However these are minor issues and overall I had a lovely stay

The hotel staff is amazing! Daniel is just a sweet man! My wife is seven months pregnant, we arrived much earlier than the check-in time to put our bags. Daniel asked us to wait and did everything for us to enter early. He upgraded us to the big apartment and we enjoyed every moment! thank you very much.

Very clean, and calm appartement, near the city center, modern and great surface.

The curtains do not cover the entire windows ! If you are sensitive to light for sleeping, do not forget your mask !

Location is excellent, U-bahn and S-bahn stations within walking distance, nearby park, lots of amenities nearby, shops, cafes, restaurants. Bathroom was well cleaned. Written communication from staff is great and quick to respond.

Access to the apartment is quite convoluted, and not very accessible, there are several single step obstacles along the way, it isn't suitable to haul heavy luggage across. The unit is situated within private apartments so house rules apply, yet people living there can be quite noisy, especially in the mornings. There is no air conditioning, only a fan is provided, still it was only possible to sleep with the windows open, and since the unit overlooks an internal courtyard, you can only choose between noise and light, or lack of fresh air and heat for the night. The apartment is of good size but furniture is worn and quite uncomfortable, especially the sofa and the bed. Bathroom fittings are not ergonomic at all. Hot water comes and goes, often at the worst of times. The kitchen unit was equipped with a single spoon only – I guess small items disappear over time but they never bothered to replace them. Staff communication and attentiveness were rather lacking, and quite unprofessional. On arrival we were promised a free cleaning which we requested in advance but only happened a day later after requesting it again. Also be warned if you check out on a Sunday, there is only a rather rude security person on site, who does not speak any English, and could not be talked to, he would just twist the keycards out of your hands and say nothing if you let him. So we left with a sour taste in the mouth, quite unwilling to return in the future.
