Topligging. Mooi design. Ruime kaners.

Een diepe kuil in ons twee-persoonsbed. De volgende nacht een kuil in het eenpersoonsmatras… Veel knopjes, die van de gordijnen werken niet altijd. De douche is heel moeilijk instelbaar en wisselt tijdens het douchen van temperatuur. De bar is een trieste grote lege plek waar het personeelsadviseurs uit een plastic bakje zit te eten. Niet echt een knusse plek voor een drankje, dat de barkeeper sowieso niet kan tappen. Knus is de kamer ook niet. Er zijn veel knopjes, maar de lichten kunnen niet los van elkaar aan en uit. Het is of heel licht, of pikkedonker. Jammer van de kleine mankementen die er toch voor zorgen dat het hotel echt niet comfortabel is.

The breakfast was quite poor.

The location was great and staff was brilliant and very helpful.

I couldn’t find any negative things to say.

The hotel does false advertising. They don’t offer multiple things that they claim to have in their Promotional materials.

It was raining and we asked for umbrellas and we were told they don’t have them even though the folders in the room inform otherwise.

The location

I changed rooms 5 times. 4 times the airconditioning didn't work and once the room didn't have curtains. The staff helped, but didn't seem to care too much. Breakfast was basic without anything gluten or lactose free which is a standard in any somewhat modern hotel nowadays. Overall the worst hotel I've been to in a long time.

this hotel is very clean and is very beautiful on the inside, I wish it was a little closer to different attractions but walking to and from these places made us appreciate the surrounding areas of this hotel, we loved our stay and will most definitely consider staying again!

I loved everything about the hotel bar the fact I thought it was situated a bit closer to the main city but that was my mistake when booking and I’m glad I made that mistake as the hotel was beautiful and the staff were so kind and efficient, we felt very comfortable in this hotel

Decent stay

Keep in mind, that there are some stairs when you would like to access the elevator.

Parking 25€. We specifically requested allergy free bedding but feather pillows were still on our beds upon arrival and reception only apologised but did nothing!. This hotel serves very, very bad breakfast! Only one selection of: bread, processed cold meat and cheese. Only dried out scrambled eggs and overboiled eggs (no option for fried eggs) and ice cold fatty, crumbled bacon and old cereal. This is all they had this morning and only a small portion of each item. So glad that at least the coffee was good. Such a beautifully decorated hotel and rooms but did not match service and breakfast ... Very disappointing!!!!

After booking this hotel I read all the reviews that has on Google and I was shocked. Now we are glad we stayed. all facilities are very good. We didn’t have breakfast so I can not make a comment on it but we thought 15€ p/p was expensive. We stayed in room 204 and everything worked well. Staff is helpful but not friendly. They clean and did our room every day. The general a/c was off but we had heating in our room and the room was warm all night. It is a good hotel that needs better management to take care of details

We stayed with our baby 10 month old and she nearly fitted the crib that we were given. There is a lot of light coming of the light switches beside the bed, we had to cover them with clothes and pillows.

Water has been supplied on the room. but no opener.....

Not very clean. Difficult to get the room clean. The bath towels are not replaced. Same for the sheets that are not renewed. There is a coffee machine in the room but the capsules are never refilled. Whatever the numbe of days that we stay, if it is for 4 nights, service should be at the same level for each night. It does not worth the 250€/night!

it’s a little far out from the city centre, it’s about. 10-15 min walk to the subway. Our rainfall shower didn’t work very well.
