This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah! Great location to walk to everything you will want to go to. Parking was easy, we didn’t get back into the car until it was time to go. The location was very quaint, lots of character and charm.

Savannah was wonderful to spend a few days just walking around, enjoying the architecture and river front. Rose made our stay very home away from homey, and her home is fabulous!

Great spot to stay, close to everything. Host was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus: The rental had a great VHS collection, for when your recharging.

Wonderful weekend

The apartment was lovely. It’s very comfortable and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The parking was very convenient. There are two noteworthy things: the outdoor space is underneath the upstairs deck. This makes for a fairly dark- though comfortable space. Also, the kitchen doesn’t have a stove or even a hot plate. This didn’t matter to us as eating out is half the fun of being in Savannah. I just didn’t realize it until we got there. All of this said, we loved our time there. It is a lovely place to be.

We loved our 3 nights here. The town and the apartment were both so nice. We can’t wait to come back.

Needs some deep cleaning and bleach. Stains on the sheets and older mats. Interior was interestingly decorative. Overall ok but expected better from the reviews. Owner was so sweet but kind of alot when she walked us inside and gave us a tour, they also text3d checking-in She lived upstairs and kinda made me uncomfortable. Sweet person no ill will just too much for me.

The Charm and Location of this accommodation was wonderful The owner could not have made this a better stay. She helped with directions, places to eat, places to visit. Centrally located and you could walk as much as you wanted. Will definatly return.... Thank you again Rose

Perfect location for a weekend in Savannah. Comfortable, clean - great local art as decor. Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Very dog friendly. Will definitely stay again - hopefully, the weather will be nicer so we can enjoy the private courtyard.

The location was perfect, and our host most gracious. This property is located in a very quiet section of the downtown area right next to Troup Square.

The Host Rose Ann was great and made sure we were welcomed and checked in on us, while still giving us our privacy. Also gave some great tips for eating. Location was great - walking distance to everywhere we needed to go and had a GREAT time - definitely on the list to revisit !

We were in town to celebrate a friends birthday, and partake in the halloween festivities around Savannah. We had a wonderful time. Our host made great recommendations on food, things to see and do. We were close to everything. I would highly recommend this wonderful spot!

Rose Ann's basement apartment was a great home base for a long weekend in Savannah. The location truly can't be beat, parking was a breeze, and Rose is a gem of a host.

We had a great stay at Rose’s place. She was really accommodating and let us switch dates because of the weather as well as offering wonderful suggestions for things to do and see. Location was great and easy to get to. Parked when we arrived and didn’t use the car until the day we left. Wonderful trip.

The apartment was very quiet and peaceful. Great location and perfect for a couple wanting to reconnect or just relax.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect hideaway! Som much better than a hotel. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We indulged at some great restaurants and enjoyed the interesting stories behind the historic area. The lower level "apartment" had everything we needed except a stove but we got by with making our morning tea using the microwave. Thanks Rose!

I can't say enough about Ms. Rose Ann. From asking if I had a good first night to great tips on restaurants and interesting sites, she helped make my stay very memorable. Bonus: EVERYTHING was within walking distance. I'll be back.

This was our 3rd trip to Savannah. We stay at this location and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for us (close, but not right on the main strip). The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. We could not have been happier with our stay!

My husband & I had the best time staying in the basement apartment of a beatiful historic home on our 10th anniversary trip to Savannah! Ms. Rose Ann started communicating with me the day we booked the house- giving suggestions on where to go and what to do. When we arrived, she met us and gave us a tour of the house and more advice on things to do and where to eat. She even came and took anniversary pictures of us when I texted her last minute! The apartment was more than spacious enough for the two of us. It was decorated beautifully, the bed and couch were super comfy, the courtyard was adorable, and the cold floors felt amazing on our feet after a long day of walking! The location was perfect. We were only a couple blocks from the main attractions in the historic district & it only took 10 minutes to walk to River Street. It's just far enough from both that we didn't hear any noise at all either during the day or at night, which was great for relaxing. We parked our car (for free) on the street directly in front of the house and didn't get in it again until we left on Monday. We look forward to another trip to Savannah and another stay with Ms. Rose Ann!

Great Location!! Easy to walk to local eateries and to see all the historic sites. The space was very welcoming. The decor was perfect for setting the ambiance for our old Savannah weekend. Fantastic communication with the host, Rose! All the information for check in was clear. She checked in, via text, during our stay and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay again!
