Profitez de rafting, tyroliennes, kayak, tubing, parcs aquatiques, équitation, golf, canoë, pêche, parc ours, refuge de la faune, le vélo ou la randonnée à de nombreuses chutes d'eau majestueuses proximité. Vous pouvez pêcher depuis les balcons de cette spacieuse et récemment rénové 3 chambres, 3 salle de bain Rivers Edge Condo à distance de marche de tout. Je sais que vous pourrez profiter pleinement de ce style bavarois hameau de luxe dans les montagnes du nord de la Géorgie autant que nous faisons. Right in the center of it all in Helen. And was a fair price.
But the unit is just a rental and is slowly being beat down from use. It’s clear the owners rarely see the unit. The unit is cramped, and dark. Really dark. We could never get the TV to work in the den - the remotes were missing battery covers and batteries were missing or dead. The comms were ok, but inflexible. And to top it off - it just wasn’t clean. Most of Helen has gotten to that point I suppose - if you insist on the great location.

We stayed 3 nights here for a birthday getaway. The location was perfect…right on the river…and we were able to walk to many restaurants and downtown. Parking was readily accessible in front. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the amenities. Great place to stay!

We had a great time on and off the river. Parking under the buildings kept our cars cool during the day while we walked around town. Plus the host was really quick to respond to any comments or questions we had.

This place was so much fun to stay at. We mainly used the apartment as a sleep and shower location. It was very clean and comfortable with nice blackout curtains! It is perfectly situated on the river where there is a small island, perfect for wading out and setting up some chairs watching the tubers go by. It is also just a short 10 min walk to downtown. I will definitely stay here again!

The location to everything was amazing. The bunkbeds however are very small for adult females and the sleeper couches bed did not seem to have been cleaned in a while. All the other bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The bathrooms also had plenty of towels which was great. Overall the condo was perfect for what we needed for the bachelorette party.

Extremely quite and super comfortable place to stay on the first floor of the building. Owner was extremely easy to work with and there was no hassle checking in and out. Within walking distance to all restaurants and attractions. The river was extremely peaceful and the house is located next to a city park with a playground and swings. Very accommodating for my girls(10rs old, 14yrs old) and especially for my service animal. Would recommend to any one and will stay again next time in Helen.

Great location, and loved having 3 full baths. Neighbors noisy going in and out of their sliders at night, but not the hosts fault. Keurig not working. But again, great location to everything and felt quite safe walking in the evenings.

The location was excellent and upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Property would have been excellent for 5 - 6 adults.
Property pictures make the living area look much larger than it actually is, was a little crowded for 8 adults to be in living room and kitchen was difficult with 2 adults trying to get to items.
The listed 3rd bedroom with the twin beds was virtually useless except for the top bunk. No closet, door was nailed open, no one could get into the bottom bunk, (to close to top bunk). In order to get onto the top bunk, we had to use the ladder from the utility closet, the bed is so close to the walls not even a very thin 15-year-old could use the ladder attached to the end of the bed to climb up.
Also had to add a garbage bag to cover window, because spotlights from property across the street shine right into this room.
Maybe should state that only small children can utilize bunk beds.

My family met up in Helen for early Thanksgiving family get together and we had the best time. The location is in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants and the condo has lots of room and the kids loved being off the Chattahoochie river. The manager/ owner is very sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The apt is located within walking distance to Main street and the river runs behind it. The beds slept comfortably and as others have mentioned, the lower bunk is tight. We didn’t have to use it so it wasn’t an issue for us. I’d recommend this place for anyone visiting Helen and looking for a convenient location.

The views were breathtaking! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. We couldn’t get the arcade controller to work so that was the only disappointing thing. I would bring extra trash bags and dishwasher soap because we only got one of each. I would definitely book this room again. There is a multi-level view of the river and a park with access into it right next door.

We come down to Helen every year. Everyone in the group complimented the condo the second we walked in the door. The pictures sure gave a smaller dated feel but far from that in person. Loved the location being close to downtown and having the water in the back was an added bonus. Will absolutely stay here again next year.

Met family and friends for a short getaway. Property is in a good location and within walking distance to the downtown. We really like staying here. Location is nice right on the river. Property manager is very responsive to any issues. Great stay!

Not as clean as tou would expect for what you pay for cleaning fee. Too many things were misrepresented by owner. Had to go buy toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand towels, bath rugs, washcloths (only 3 provided for 3 adults for 2 nights). Good thing pull out sofa was not needed. There were no pillow cases, only bottom sheet and old bed spread for it. The TV in the living area would not work, had to pull ot out to reconnect cable (behind tv and cabinet had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a used cigarette on the floor). Sliding door was stuck and extremely hard to open or close). This is not a condo for large group or family. Very disappointing.

i have never given a poor review until now. From the beginning we had to park at end of parking spaces due to roof being repaired. The roofers were there until 7pm the first night banging on room to the point where the walls vibrated. There were nails and roofing material all over the grounds. I'm sure anyone else won't have to contend with this but should not been available for rent. The pictures of the view are inacurrate. This is a center unit with little privacy and the picnic table ouside is not private and a multi unit table distant from the water. Overall you are alot better finding a place to stay after your arrival and save big $

Wonderful time was had by all! The 3 bedroom listing is deceptive! Not really a 3rd bedroom. Adults can't sleep in bunk beds. Other than that the place was great! It was within walking distance of downtown and some great restaurants! Also within walking distance of tubing, which we did every day of our stay!

Overall nice place and convenient.
Overall, the place is fine. Upper bunk bed did not have a railing on it which needs to be added. The bunk beds also looked stacked on top of each other with some dowels missing which should be added to prevent the posts from sliding apart and the bed collapsing. Finally, MOP THE FLOORS. They are filthy!

Great condo…perfect location
Loved this condo. Had everything you would need. Easy walk, like 5 minutes, to everything. Would have given it 5 stars if the window treatment in the master bedroom blocked out all the lights from the opposite buildings, lots of round lights and a few flood lights.. Also the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom are unusable. There is like 10 inches of space between the mattress and top bunk. Slim profile mattresses would solve this issue. Room also needs door added.

Weekend Getaway
The location was great with easy walk to downtown. We were there for the trout tournament so having the river right at the back door was a plus. Only issue we had was the availability of parking for multiple vehicles. Overall our stay was great. Thanks for this beautiful location on the river.

My family fit perfectly in this condo! I loved the decor and coziness. It was so convenient for my family to fish for trout right on the river! I was a short walk to all attractions in town too! Perfect spot for families- we will definitely be repeat customers!

This condo was perfectly located and had plenty of room. Our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. It was dusty and the HVAC closet needs to be drastically cleaned. We are highly allergic and we all left there coughing. The blackout curtains in one of the master bedrooms was a nice touch that needs to be added to the other master bedroom, as the light came through the bamboo shade and made it difficult to sleep.I did reach out to the owner about the internet and she was quick to answer. Other than these few things, we enjoyed our stay.
