The apartment was very nicely furnished, very clean and everything as described! The hot tub was wonderful! Everything was easy to access and use! Will definitely check if the apartment is available if we make it back to San Antonio in the future!

The apartment was wonderful! Very clean, had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was superb from start to finish. There was 4 adults in our party, and this place was just perfect! Plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this property. The beds and bedding are super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, cookware. We loved the hot tub too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the shops/restaurants at the Pearl and a quick Lyft to downtown.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for me, my husband, and 6 year old. The pictures show exactly what we walked into! Which was a CLEAN, well stocked, thought out, comfy, inviting place. We ran into the owners, which we loved! You can tell they take pride in renting out their space, it truly shows.
The beds are beyond heavenly and the many appliance upgrades were appreciated. We used the hot tub every single night. The outdoor space was a fun place to be. We really enjoyed the lights, it really sets the mood!

We really enjoyed our time in this adorable, two bedroom apartment. The beds were super soft and the shower head was fantastic. This place has everything you need and it is extremely safe in a gated fence behind the owners home. The owners were very nice as we did get to chat with them a few times. They were great about Sharing local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed here after Christmas to have a short getaway before the New Year. This place was quiet and clean and was described accurately. It was close to many attractions and was only a 10 min walk to the nearest bus stop. We took the public bus around and had no issues. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment which our son, who lives in San Antonio, recommended because of it's proximity to areas we wanted to go and for the type of neighborhood (nice homes, quiet and safe). The owner is easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

I came down to San Antonio with a group of friends to run a half marathon. We do this every year in different cities and have stayed in several VRBO’s. This one is at the top of our list. It was clean and showed as advertised. The hot tub was a great benefit as well as the private patio. Hosts were responsive but to be honest we didn’t need them much, since everything ran so smoothly. It was a couple miles from downtown, however once we found the EVO scooters we had a blast taking those around. Would stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend in SA. The apartment is exactly as pictured - comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, and large TVs. It was a great place to relax and unwind. The location was convenient - close to downtown and many great attractions - Witte museum, zoo, Pearl farmers' market, Market Square, etc... Would definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great time here for a three nights. The spot has wonderful amenities that are well maintained. The patio was a hit for us! The spa got warm quick and stayed warm! The hosts were very responsive. The home had everything we need and close to everything.

The hosts were very fast to respond and extremely accommodating. They were helpful in many ways, including the check in instructions. Had they not been so precise and good a communication of details, getting to the apartment may not have been so smooth.
Other reviews have mentioned the main bedroom mattress being too soft. While it did catch me off guard, I did not see a problem at all. I slept like a dream. I believe what may throw others off is that it is lower to the ground than a traditional king... which an extremely MINOR detail; however, I felt it would be right to adress it appropriately.
The hot tub wated quality was next level with the cover being very easy to deal with. Really likes the privacy it provided. Would have used it every night were the temps not above 103 everyday 😆.
If I HAD to point out one negative, it would be the small trees where the parking is located. Because they are shorter trees, the limbs stick out a little which either means you're forced to park a little further into the road. That said, I compensated by just simply parallel parking between the 2 so that the limbs are a non-issue. Againe... VERY minor.
Overall. perfect stay for my purposes, close to the Pearl and river walk, quiet with fantastic hosts... and the sparkling wine didn't hurt either 🙂.

The apartment was very modern and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, close to the river walk. On our last night there, we were surprised by an overwhelming odor of Marijuana filling the stairway and the entire apartment. We didn't know where it came from, but it nauseated us. However, besides that incident, the apartment was fantastic!

We stayed 6 nights and loved it! The location is amazing! Less than 10 minutes to tons of places, including the Riverwalk. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for us. The private patio was quiet and nicely decorated. Finally, the owners were quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice apartment, with everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Beds were like sleeping on a cloud, plenty of towels, and the private patio with hot tub was amazing. Location is excellent, pretty close to everything, and if it’s beyond walking distance Uber is very easy to use.

We had a great time, good location to all things San Antonio. Beds were way to soft but better too soft than too hard! We really enjoyed our time and the heated toilet seats and bidet were crazy good.

The apartment is just as advertised. It's a very nice property and had most everything we needed. Great wifi and TV....never had a problem with either one. We didn't get a chance to use the patio due to the cold weather, but it looks like a great place to relax.
The only two things we found a little annoying was the walk from the on-street parking to the apartment. It's not far, but was a bit of a pain when having to unload in the rain. Also, the bed in the master bedroom has a very soft mattress. If you're used to a firm mattress, this can take some getting used to.
Overall it was a good experience and we would recommend this property to other travelers.

We had hoped for a home base oasis to enjoy the mid town SanAntonio highlights off the traditional Riverwalk with our young adult son and daughterinlaw. This VRBO was perfect. Nice walks in its neighborhood and to nearby restaurants as well as FUN visits to the Pearl District and Museum Reach section of Riverwalk. Great hot tub, beds, and living area for meals and football Wild Card games. Easy hosts to work with about reservation, with clear communication about parking, gate and door codes, wifi/streaming questions,etc. Two beautiful friendly Labs welcomed us and the neighborhood had lots of cats for my wife to greet. Dean and Jeanette were wonderful hosts! The property is exactly as it looks on the website. The welcome book was very helpful and loved the suggestions for dining. The location was very central to everything we did. Not far from the zoo, botanical garden or the Riverwalk, as well as many other local attractions.

We wanted to see downtown San Antonio, and this was the perfect location for that. 4 minutes to the Pearl, 12 to the Mercado, 7 minutes to Paloma Blanca (awesome Mexican restaurant), Fratellos is right across the street. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and the softest sheets ever! Dean and his wife and son were most helpful. Private area with hot tub and barbecue. And a bottle of Prosecco to get y'all started.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We were there over the Christmas holidays and found it a great place to unwind from the bustle in town. The neighborhood is a little run down, but most of the nearby houses were kept up in good shape. The rental was clearly redone recently and had a very well stocked kitchen. I would have preferred a single-cup coffee maker (rather than a whole pot), but there was a Starbucks and an iHOP not to far away.
The owners were helpful, particularly coming to check on us when the fire alarm went off unexpectedly. (We weren't even cooking, so it was a bit mysterious, but it didn't re-occur.) The dogs are sweet and came around to check us out when we were in the hot tub. There is a private back patio with comfortable lounge furniture, a very large hot-tub, shower, and grill. It was unusually cold when we were there, so we didn't spend much time outside.
I would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful time watching holiday movies on Netflix and bumming around San Antonio (Riverwalk boat tour, visit Alamo, San Antonio Aquarium, San Antonio Zoo). Check out the Texas Trail of Caves - Natural Bridges Cavern is only 45 minutes away.
