C'EST LE SPOT! Nous avons un condo bien approvisionné juste sur la plage d'Isla Verde à partager avec vous. La chambre principale (1 lit queen), la 2e chambre (2 lits doubles) et le salon (futon) sont tous climatisés, mais laissez la mer passer à travers les fenêtres à lames qui font face à 270 degrés dans notre retraite du 12e étage.
Prenez l'ascenseur jusqu'à la terrasse de la piscine et de là, la plage est à 12 pas. Apportez notre équipement de plage avec vous et laissez les vagues rouler. Promenez-vous sur les bâtiments de la plage 2 et trouvez l'Intercontinental Five-Star Resort. À côté, le célèbre hôtel et casino El San Juan.
Les restaurants, les magasins, la restauration rapide, les distributeurs automatiques de billets et les dépanneurs, pharmacies et magasins d'alcools ouverts 24h / 24 sont tous à quelques pâtés de maisons de votre porte.
3 restaurants / bars occupent le 1er étage de notre immeuble, donc un enveloppement au thon épicé, un burrito pour le petit-déjeuner ou une bière fraîche sont toujours prêts pour vous. Prenez une médaille froide à El Alambique pendant que le soleil se couche sur le sable et surfez et retournez à l'étage jusqu'à Casa Bonita.
Casa Bonita a été mise à jour en 2014 et est livrée avec un câble gratuit, Internet haut débit, DVD, Blu-ray (compatible wifi) et un téléphone (illimité aux États-Unis et à Porto Rico), pas que vous voudrez passer du temps avec ces amis familiers.
Le bâtiment lui-même a un bureau de sécurité et une piscine, et l'unité a des machines à laver au même étage et il est livré avec 1 place de parking couverte.
Nous sommes fiers de stocker tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, alors attendez-vous à de nouveaux plats (intérieurs et extérieurs), de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, du café, des épices et tous les appareils et équipements que vous attendez dans votre propre maison.

This property was ideal for our family of 2 parents and 2 adult children as the second bedroom has 2 separate full sized beds which was ideal for us. The condo is very much as pictured, nothing particularly fancy but comfortable and with everything you’d need. The location cannot be beat for the caliber of the beach immediately outside, the walkability, proximity of the airport and the dedicated parking space if you’d like to rent a car for any excursions. We also received great Uber service as needed throughout our stay.

The room was ok needs some updating when we arrived and checked in we went to a local supermarket and spent $258 of that amount $158 was food that went into the fridge the next day all food was spoiled and rotten we noticed the fridge very old by the way didn’t close correctly the gasket is shot on door after that we had to get more food and put in fridge every time we opened fridge we had to make sure you push the door real hard to get the door to stay closed. The A/C in the living room didn’t do much needs to be replaced those who chose to stay in casa Bonita if you get room 1208 remember to push fridge door real hard so your food doesn’t spoil I would check fridge in any room just in case this building is ok needs work I wouldn’t stay there again it was last minute booking I always stay in more updated buildings
I been going to P R for over 30 years it was just a short holiday. Normally I stay in Rinco by the beach by the way if I owned that condo I would replace fridge and A/C immediately among a lot of other things that need attention

The property is clean albeit a bit dated. Communication with the host and property management was good. No in-unit laundry is inconvenient. Great beach front location but gets very noisy especially at night due to motorcycle gangs on the street, air planes, and noisy window ACs.

This spacious condo is across a side street from a lovely beach, and access out of and into the complex is very secure and safe. In just about 2 minutes you can take the elevator from the 12th floor to the pool, walk around the pool, slip out the secure property gate, and you are on the beach! We loved the location!
While the kitchen is small, it is well equipped, but we ate many of our meals out. A variety of restaurants are a short walk away, either down the street or down the beach. We enjoyed sunset from a beachside restaurant one night and took a drive out to Old San Juan another night for an unobstructed sunset view. We did have a rental car because we like to explore but it wouldn't have been needed to enjoy the nearby area.
The beds are soft which was comfortable for me. The shower is excellent. The overall appearance of the condo is dated, but the views from the bedroom and living room windows make up for that. The pool is much better than it looks from the photo on the site.

The property is perfect for a getaway! It was clean and located right on the beach. The hosts were extremely flexible and nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and plan to come back for myself in the future.

Very convenient to everything--especially the beach! We had a wonderful time and loved staying here. Definitely want to return and stay for even longer next time. We found it very hard to leave.

This condo was in a great location. Beach in front, airport right behind us. Convenient for flying. Big food store one street over.
We are a family of 5 and found it very comfortable for all of us. Safe too. Never felt unsafe at all.
Other reviewers complained of airport noise and uncomfortable beds. We found no issues with either. Actually, the main bed was quite comfortable.
The pool was wonderful - clean and almost always empty. Nice to have as an option for some down time.
All in all, excellent stay. Great condo. I would recommend staying there. We hope to return.

The location is great, we have stayed in this building many times. I did feel that this particular condo was overpriced. My sister rented in the same building, Ocean front, for $700 less. The beds were extremely uncomfortable! Woke up every morning with my back and neck hurting. Plus the futon broke while we were there. No one could come fix it until 12 hours before we were scheduled to check out. The condo was fully stocked, but I would have thought there would be more kids cups since it was advertised as a great place for kids. I did love all of the beach supplies that came with the apartment. Made it super easy for going down and keeping the kids occupied. A broom or small vacuum would have been nice to have. Overall, we went to spend time with family and Puerto Rico is a great place to visit!

Negatives....unit and building are outdated, not the cleanest like the windows, no balcony though large windows that open to beach view, some things need fixed like window cranks that dont work, some of the ceiling tiles in bathroom broken or stained, could have had a better orientation like how to buy credits to use building washer and dryer and where the pool elevator was, etc. Just needs some tlc and it could be a pretty nice place.

Like home
The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook and eat. There were items like condiments even salad dressings.
The condos layout was great. One bedroom had a large bed and the other had two large beds.
We had access to beach and pool items such as chairs and even things for children.
I’d recommend this condo to anyone who travels to Isla Verde.

5 Star Experience!
This property was exactly as promised. Excellent location, 12 paces to the beach is not an exaggeration. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Unit was clean and stocked with everything you need! The CVS close by had everything we needed, including alcohol 😊
The owners and property manager are amazing, responsive to all inquiries with lightening speed!
I highly recommend this property. I plan to stay there every time I take a cruise that leaves from San Juan!

Great spot right by the beach
This was the perfect spot to stay at during our vacation. Only minutes from the airport and steps from the beach. There was a lot to do in the area, and it was inexpensive to Uber to Condado and Santurce for the night life. Tity, the property manager, was very helpful during our stay. Jay and Amy had everything you needed to enjoy a day on the beach. Very clean and affordable. I know where I will be staying when I return to Puerto Rico!
