Perfect location close to everything

It was 3 adults we were very comfortable everyone enjoyed. It was a big open space. The sunset every morning was amazing. I would come again.

Words can’t explain how amazing the place was , you just gotta go experiment for your self !!

My family and I had such an amazing stay here! The view from the room is gorgeous and the direct beach access is outstanding! The kitchen was fully stocked with not only appliances, dishes, etc. but also with spices and beer in the fridge. I personally used the gym daily and it was very clean and never crowded. The only down fall was that the pool was closed. We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to be back!

Marco is an excellent host and his unit is clean and well maintained as advertised. The bed was comfortable, TV new and had all the streaming services. Kitchen is clean and had everything we needed to store a few days worth of drinks and groceries.The balcony is the best part of the unit and gave us a great view of the ocean and the neighborhood. This was my 5th time staying at ESJ Towers or ESJ Mare or Mare St. Clare or Azul as it has been known over the last 25 years or so. Power went out twice for a short period of time. On Saturday, we received 3 different notifications that the building water would be shut off for 4 hour increments. 2 of the elevators were not working. We got on one elevator from the parking garage and heard water rushing. The elevator rose up to floor 12 and then an alarm went off and the elevator started rapidly descending back to the lobby with the alarm blaring. A little scary. The elevator door opened at the lobby and water was rushing out of the elevator next to us. Literally the elevator and lobby was being flooded. The water shut down notifications were before this elevator flooded. But that flood shut down the elevators on our side of the building. A little inconvenient to walk to the other side of the building for the rest of my stay, but not a deal breaker. We understood the pool would not be open, but it was missed. I hope the building is working on modernizing the infrastructure and pool area for the future.

I was bitten by bugs all over my legs, arms and back Owner denies there are bedbugs and argues maybe it was from the beach or mosquitos or somewhere else. Well I didn’t lay out on the beach bc it was too hot for me, I k ow what mosquito bites look like and these weren’t it. I looked up what bed big bits look like and that’s what my bites looked just like. I complained to the ow er but he just argued that they changed the sheets etc. I sent pictures of the bites all over me that are now leaving scars. I would have left but the flight was too expensive. I plan to pursue a damages claim for a ruined vacation, pain, suffering, embarrassment and scars left on my body.

Loved the room and the beach access

Everything was as expected, clean, comfy, easy access to the beach, parking included, everyone was so pleasant and so close to everything. Can't get any better than that. We even went jet skiing which was amazing!!

Marco was an excellent host. Communication was well. Place was as advertised and equipped with some things that the guest could have left behind.

Clean, attentive greeting, beautiful view, awesome access to beautiful beach...would like to have better access to laundry area and trash removal, however overall was great place to stay!

Immaculate, fully equipped, cofortable,great location. Marco was very responsive and helpful. Pool is still under renovations following the hurricane but why do you need a chlorinated pool when you,ve got an entire ocean at your doorstep!? (Besides, my wife able to access the pool area nextdoor @ the Fairmont "El San Juan Hotel" with no problem. Friendliest peope on the planet and courteous too. Traffic stops when they see a pesestrian approaching to cross the street or someone trying to enter the roadway from a parknig lot! As to the "more", some kind soul left a few bottles of beer and a fruit flavored seltzer in the fridge to "jumpstart" our stray! :)

The condo was just as noted in the listing. It was unfortunate the pool was closed for renovation. The owner was very good at communication with us and made the trip very easy. The only other issue I had with the listing was that the bar and mini-mart were not open. Might be a casualty of Covid. Also, the elevator didn't work from the parking garage. We had to walk up a couple of levels to get to the elevator. Overall, very good stay!!!

We really loved staying here. Beautiful room! Easy access to the beach and every where else. Beautiful view from the 15th floor. Beautiful kitchenette to make coffee and small breakfast. The location was kid-friendly.

I’ve been to Isla verde 5/10 times in recent years and this was the most reasonable pr location that you can see the ocean from your room and direct access to the beach. the renter was very nice, polite and understanding. The studio was very clean and nicely furnished as well. Definitely will be back soon, Thanks again!

Everything was great . It is in front of the beach and near everything and that helps a lot.

Due to our ages & underlying health issues making us more vulnerable to the corona virus, we cancelled our stay. Our travel insurance would not cover but someday in the future, we hope to enjoy this rental.

Our accommodation were just as descripied on web site. Great view, clean convenient location next to stores, restaurants, highway and parking on premises very convenient. We always felt safe in our hotel and in the area. We were there during the earthquake and the hotel did everything they could to make us comfortable.

This place was perfect for our first trip to Puerto Rico. Great views from the balcony, great location. Can just take the elevator downstairs to either the pool or the beach.

Saved more than half by going through VRBO and everything was as advertised

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean. Location great. The unit smelled like smoke when we arrived-we called the owner he was there immediately and changed the filter on AC unit. It was perfect after that. We plan to return to that unit. Hotel was so accommodating. The people were very nice. Pool was clean as all the facilities. Lovely lobby and good breakfast restaurant. Perfect place to go

The apartment is amazing!!!! The view is breathtaking! Apartment is very clean with all the necessities needed! I will stay at that apartment every time I travel to PR! Owner and office staff are very nice!
