the house was amazing. The hosts were outstanding. The location is nice but the walk to the beach could be a challenge for some. Restaurant on site was outstanding.

Highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay and all agreed the condo was a perfect location, beautiful view, and very clean. It had everything we needed and felt like home after long days exploring St. Thomas and other islands.

Our family spent the week and had a wonderful time. The space was clean and well decorated. Incredible and relaxing view of the ocean. Snorkling masks and fins were are a nice surprise. The beach was great and never crowded. The restaurant was nice as well. We would definitely recommend.

Perfect place

Great condo with perfect amenities including an amazing beach with awesome snorkeling. Great views from the condo. I loved staying at the east end and this was a perfect base camp to explore so many great beaches in the area. Proximity to red hook made for easy dinners and grocery shopping. Condo had extra beach equipment, snorkeling gear, coolers, and beach towels. Very convenient to have a beach bar and restaurants right on site. There was a water issue when we stayed and the owner/manager was excellent at communicating the problems with us. I would absolutely stay again.

We found the property exactly as it is pictured and listed. Hosts are great communicators and are very thoughtful about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The condominium complex is quiet, and the beach is beautiful. Our family, including a 19-year-old and 16-year-old unanimously agree this is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Would not recommend this rental to anyone who does not like walking up and down stairs as the complex is built into a hillside. The views are even more beautiful than the pictures, but you have to walk up some steps to be able to get a view like that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was wonderful. The view was lovely. The directions and information given were very accurate and helpful. The private beach just can’t be beat. We visited several other beaches in the area and they were all a lot more crowded. The snorkeling was great here. We saw rays, huge starfish and hermit crabs and tons of varieties of fish. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with when we had questions. We had an amazing vacation and highly recommend this property!

Condo was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The only inconveniences we experienced were; the pest control guy came and we mysteriously had 1/2 bottle of Titos missing when we got back afterwards, painters were outside at 8am three mornings, and we had no hot water because hot water heater went out. So, a contractor was out to diagnose, then another to replace. Then, when replaced, still no hot water. Overall, the host was very responsive but just felt like we had a lot of activity when we were just trying to relax. Would have been nice to know before booking that there were going to be so much going on. Still five star review

The property is well maintained. The place has an amazing view from the balcony. The two on-site restaurants are amazing. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

When we arrived we were very pleased to see that the grounds were in excellent shape and the condo units are extremely well maintained. The beach is very quiet as is the pool area. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean and stocked with anything you need to prepare meals. I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful stay! The property listing was dead on accurate: bedrooms, common spaces, balconies, views, amenities, directions to the property, food and grocery suggestions, were all spot on. Readers of this post need to pay attention to this: We had a cooling problem with the refrigerator upon arrival, and the property owner and manager had difficulty contacting me! I guess i adjusted to island life quickly, but the owner and manager were relentless with trying to contact me doing everything they could to make sure my traveling party was taken care of and comfortable. Many kudos to both if you! I would book this proprty again in a heartbeat, as long as Rosie and Jessica were the people to work with. Thanks again!

The condo had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and well laid out. You had everything you needed for the beach Snorkeling equipment, chairs, floats and beach towels. The Kitchen is fully equipped with more than you need for a stay. The beds were very comfortable had a nice restful sleeps with no doors slamming our noisy guests. We loved having breakfast on the patio and watching the ocean. The owners were very responsive when we had a question on anything. Just a totally awesome stay!

I absolutely loved the condo! It was perfect and the view from the balcony was great! The owner Rosie was so sweet and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly for us and when she got an alert about maintenance happening at the condo. The only disappointment was the beach. It has lots of rocks and seaweed and a weird smell. We ended up going to Sapphire Beach and Meagan’s Bay to swim.

The condo was wonderful for our stay. We enjoyed morning coffee and English muffins on the patio overlooking the beautiful Caribbean and the quaint mooring field.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable trip celebrating a daughter's graduation from High School and 18th birthday. The unit is clean, beautifully updated and perfectly located. Close to the best beaches, best dining (in Red Hook), and easy access to St. John's. Best of all, the beach at Cowpet is a great place to spend the day and restaurants and bars are enjoyable and easily accessible. We highly recommend this location and will be planning future trips here as well.

This is a beautiful property with a spectacular view! It was clean and extremely well appointed. We took advantage of the grill and spices to make several meals. We used 4 of the sets of snorkel gear that were available and the 4 beach chairs for multiple days of fun! We bought some de fogging solution and left it with the snorkel sets when we left for others. It was a great experience!

What an amazing vacation place. Clean and beautiful. Located not to far from everything needed for a beach vacation. Weather was spectacular and the people were so kind and accommodating! Thank you!

important draw back is stairs from this villa to beach and restaurants for seniors and those physically challenged.Great beach for kayaking and snorkeling. Caribbean fish market restaurant we enjoyed.

5 Stars - Excellent - With this property you get exactly what is advertised. The view is spectacular, the condo has been beautifully renovated as shown in the photos, it is well cleaned, kitchen with everything you need for your vacation including a good assortment of essential condiments and spices. Recent guests were kind enough to leave a few adult beverages in the refrigerator, what a nice surprise! A look under the information station will offer a few more nice surprises!! Utilities were all reliable water, power, A/C, internet, cable TV, etc. The complex is safe and secure, it was quiet and private during our stay. Beach and pool never felt crowded but well attended, both are wonderfully relaxing. No need to take a chair to the beach, nice loungers and chairs always available. Not far to the beach and pool but those with mobility issues should drive down as there are numerous steps to negotiate but not a problem for most. In fact we appreciated the steps back up to get our heart going. It’s definitely worth it for the view from the condo, simply spectacular. For those sailing enthusiasts the St. Thomas Yacht Club is to the right of the condo. Their members and guests are out sailing every day and so much fun to watch from our balcony. We rented an SUV from Discount Car online before arrival and the experience was smooth as they picked us up and returned us to the airport. You will need a vehicle if you plan to see the popular island destinations as taxis can get expensive for groups. Driving around the island is easy if you remember to stay on the left (steering wheel in car is like in the US on the left which helps.). Islanders are helpful and nice. Check the cruise ship schedule before planning your adventures as some of the touristy spots can get crowded when several ships are in port. The two on property restaurants are excellent, the beach bar for drinks and quick eats and the very nice restaurant for dinner. Dining in Red Hook 10 minutes away is great also. Our host, Jessica was excellent, she was prompt answering all our questions and helpful in every way. Overall one of our best VRBO experiences ever. I hope to visit St Thomas again and would love to stay at this property again`.

My wife and I booked the property for 8 days and 7 nights for a relaxing beach vacation with my mother-in-law. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space. The view out on the Bay is fantastic and we spent most of our time on the deck. The beach was great with chairs and shade options and the resort’s restaurants were handy dining options. Condo location was ideal as we visited several other beaches near by and frequented restaurants in nearby Red Hook. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon.

It was so easy with two kids under the age of 4. The proximity to the beach, pool, and two restaurants made our stay super fun.

We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week. We rented a car for the week and liked the location of this community for exploring the island. This condo community is quiet and safe and this unit was clean and comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to a friend.

The condo was beautiful. Loved all the amenities. The beach was great and so was the pool. Sangria's Beachside Bistro has great staff and lovely views. The only struggle we had was climbing the 70 something steps to get back to the condo from the beach. But everything else was amazing. Would highly recommend!!

I looked at the reviews before booking, and WOW! What a great property! Communication was great from beginning to end, condo is AWESOME! There were even a few adult beverages left in the fridge to enjoy when we got there, so we were sure to do the same! Beautiful view from the balcony, a short walk to the beach, We could not have been happier! Beach towels for use, ice chests to carry drinks and groceries, all the amenities you could ask for. Best VRBO experience yet! We can't wait to come back. Thank you again!

Our girls week stay was fantastic. It was a group of 4, the eldest family member had a bit of trouble with the walk to the beach with her neuropathy in her feet but we managed. The location was perfect, close to red hook, and not a far drive from anywhere else that we desired to go to. The condo view was beautiful, the beach was amazing with a lot of sea life. The food at Sangria's was awesome & their staff was amazing.
