We absolutely love the Tiki condos. This year was our 3rd year and we brought friends. The space was beautiful and spacious. We absolutely loved the large kitchen and island. My husband loves to cook so we were able to make a gourmet meal one night. The kitchen supplies were all there. One night we had pizza but was missing a pizza pan and cutter. ( would be a nice addition but not necessary. ) We made it work. The living room was cozy and the whole place was beautifully decorated. Beds were also very comfortable. I'm attached to my blow dyer, so I was surprised to see there wasn't one included. Again, I made it work. It was vacation. :) The location and entire stay was fantastic. Definitely would stay here with a group again.

The accomadations were what we expected as shown in pics. Very clean and very good location with ease to the beach. Great communications for the owner. Would definately stay again.

The property was great! It was the property owner that wasn’t so great. We felt micro managed from the the moment we walked in the room. First thing was “cleaning crew” would go in our room without consent and basically inspect the room while we were not in it. They also had an uncomfortably weird selection of books about Adolf Hitler that raised several concerns. Then while we were swimming in the pool, the condo security made it a point to only tell the people in my party that we could not jump in the pool because jumping in the pool was considered “diving”, and diving was not permitted. We were not the only people in the pool and we were not the only people jumping in the pool. Day of check out, the cleaning crew barged into the room as we were packing, not giving us the opportunity to properly pick up before we vacated. And they reported to the landlord that we left the place a complete mess. They complained that we got sand in the room. Which I thought was ridiculous because the condo is located on the beach. It’s impossible not to get sand in the room. It was a great location and room, but I will not go back to that renter.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is absolutely gorgeous and literally backs up to the beach, so walking there to watch fireworks and the sunrise was a breeze. The condo itself was SUPER cute, very spacious and clean, updated, and two bathrooms was a huge plus! Cathy was an amazing host and communicated super quickly when I had questions and was extremely helpful. I 10/10 recommend staying here and would love to come back!!😁

We loved the decor and huge kitchen with our teen boys. The location was near the pool and beach. I suggest bringing a small fan for the room and living area it gets warm at night.

The condo itself was fine. It was also a quick walk to the beach and to a couple of beach-side restaurants.

This condo is so spacious and relaxing. Updated and clean. Easy beach access. Will be definitely planing to come back

We loved our condo and it handled 4 women of varying ages. We felt safe and really enjoyed how close we were to the beach. It was a wonderful place to spend a week celebrating turning 60! We all had a great time and will definitely book this condo again in the future.

This home was perfect for our needs. It was right off the beach and next to a local shop that made it easy to walk everywhere. The homes location was the least of it, the beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean from the get go. A definite place we plan to return too.

This condo was super nice. Cathy was great with getting back to me right away if I had any questions. Close to the beach, beautiful landscaping too. Would like to stay here next year but longer. We loved the area & people!

Close to the beach. Pool basically right down from the balcony. We were able to choose pool or beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Nicely decorated. Helpful staff on site.

We stayed at this condo the second week of July. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, it's well thought out, all beds were comfy as well. Proximity to the beach is close however if you're pulling a beach cart loaded up you'll get a little workout in the heat. We ended up driving to beach access 5 and 6 and parking our truck on the beach, that way I wouldn't have to haul chairs, canopy and cooler. As far as the bars next door, didn't have any issues with rowdy patrons, in fact we walked over there for some drinks. The only con I would say is that it would have been nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit and the complex pool is pretty small therefore it fills up quick. Overall we had a good time.

We enjoyed this condo and how close it was to the beach! Also was able to watch the fireworks from Claytons right off the balcony!!

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. A very well updated and maintained property with VERY comfortable beds. Property owner is extremely accessible and if you have an issue, they will rectify that issue very quickly. You will feel at home here....as long as your home is steps from a beach or pool. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to SPI.

Location is great! We enjoyed being at the "quieter" north end of the island, yet within walking distance of Sea Turtle, Inc, the Birding Center, and a nice gift shop on the corner. It is also a quick walk up the beach to grab some food or a drink at Clayton's if you like that sort of thing. (Warning: I would not take children by that part of the beach on a Saturday night. We went out looking for crabs on the beach with a flashlight, and there were drunk people getting sick in the water, and trash everywhere! Just walk south to avoid that whole scene.) Take a quick drive to the Laguna Madre Nature Trail (free!) just north of the condo and walk to the end for a spectacular view of the sunset with no crowds!The condo easily fit our family of 5, and we appreciated the updated kitchen and baths, as well as the large balcony, though we would have liked to have more seating out there. There are only two chairs and one small table. The kitchen had tons of pantry and fridge storage, and all supplies you could need for all your meals. Plenty of seating around the kitchen island and in the living room, but as a previous reviewer noted, we could not get the TV in the living room to work. A few minor notes about the master bedroom: We could not get the fan and light switch to work, and the master bed was very soft and dipped in the middle. Also note that the "master" bedroom is not attached, but across the hall.
