Localisation, service, confort étaient super

Stayed in the same room last year. Right on the beach overlooking the Arabian Sea. Very comfortable room and good bathroom. Owner went out of his way to provide a western breakfast of eggs and toast as unfortunately my stomach cannot handle Indian food. The excellent Catamaran restaurant with a menu to satisfy all tastes is a very short walk away and also overlooks the beach. Absolutely wonderful at sunset. Alleppey Beach is a beautiful place and an excellent respite if you have been travelling in India for a while. Reminds me of Kuta Beach, Bali 50 years ago. Touristy but not over commercialised, idyllic surroundings, friendly people charging fair prices and not out to rip you off.

Great, reasonable place right on the beach. Amazing location - saw fishermen gather in the mornings and evenings right outside the property! Whilst the property only does breakfasts, there were a quite a few places nearby which did excellent food, (reasonably priced).

Unfortunately, the fuseboard continuously tripped 2 nights runnning and that didnt do much for our sleep during muggy nights! (no a/c or fan). Whilst the manager reduced the rate agreed when we checked out, it didnt help us feeling perky for our daily plans whilst on holidays there....hopefully they will resolve this.....(the socket that served the credit card seemed to work ok, though!!)

The property is breezy and comfortable and staff were amazing. They helped us arrange auto ride to train station. The rooms had tall ceilings which, in addition to the air conditioning and fan, kept the room cool and comfortable. The upstairs balcony is a perfect shade spot to eat their delicious breakfast at and hang out before leaving for your next destination.

Amazingly kind staff, best location possible, extremelly cleand and well equipped: what you see in the pictures and read in other reviews is totally true (if not even worse than reality!)

Location was really great, next to beach on walking distance. Host was very helpful in arranging things and guiding you.

It is very close to the beach and we witnessed a beautiful sunset. It is soooo clean and staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

There’s nothing to unlike but lil more closet space won’t hurt.

We didn't need wifi, as depended on our own connections. Loved the whole stay, simple and very memorable.

Great view to watch the sunset, located next to Alleppey beach, even if we decided not to take a swim, rather large rooms, attentive host, good breakfast

Beautiful comfy rooms with large bathrooms and lovely views. Very helpful staff who gave us lots of information about where to go and where to eat. Kindly arranged for laundry to be done and taxi to be arranged. Lovely Indian breakfast served on second floor overlooking the beach. Also arranged for toast and jam for our teenagers who couldn't eat the tasty Indian food for breakfast. Great WiFi. Filtered water and tea and coffee available all the time.
