Behaviour of the staff was really appreciable. Timings were as per expectation.

Washroom facilities were not good, including the status of equipments and supplies in the washroom.

AC timelines can be extended during summers as it was extremely humid yesterday.

Very little, we were very disappointed

When we booked on booking.com it said check in was at 5pm. I called property and They said to me that when you check in at 5pm and the boat does not move at all and is parked by dock all night and then you get off in the morning at 9am ! I said I expected the boat to move and we see the backwaters on the boat . They said I could pay 500 rps extra to check in at 12 pm, and the boat would move from 12 to 5 pm . I was happy to do this . The boat was so dirty we didn’t want to get on , they offered us a slightly cleaner boat that we accepted, but boat did not move until 2pm . We so disappointed we expected a nice day on backwaters on lovely boat , but the boat hardly moved far from the dock. Very dirty and bad smelling bathroom , stains on bed sheets . This is not cheap for India so we expected better

Staff was OK,

AC only work in night, boat tied up very remote place in the night with Shore supply of electricity. Food very basic.

Unique experience . Food was excellent.

Boat was little old and so was the room. No toiletries in room.
