We will be all time and time again in the future. This was an absolutely perfect family getaway in large part due to having such a great VRBO. Estee is a very hospitable and has made the property fully equipped with everything a guest could need. I noticed there were plenty of serving wear for larger groups too. I can’t say enough positive things about this property and the owners :)

We loved our stay. Estee was available quickly when we had questions and the location was great. The views on the front porch were amazing and the access to Garden of the Gods trails was super easy. We loved the layout and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. If we want to come back to this area, we will rent here again.

This house was gorgeous and great for a big group. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything one could possibly need. The views from the house are amazing. Such a nice VRBO.

We loved staying here! The house is comfortable, the beautiful windows have a great view and the location was ideal for getting out to outdoor activities. We had an age range of baby to grandma and everyone loved it and slept well! We would definitely love to come back during the summer to enjoy open windows!

Superb home for family reunion of 6 adults and 4 children under age 6. Owner was especially helpful and welcoming. Great location for children's activities including playground and large run-around park across the street. Fabulous kitchen.

I can’t write enough about the house!! It’s so beautiful with amazing views!! We stayed at Christmas time and walked into the house to Christmas music playing and beautiful decorations all around!! It felt like home the minute we stepped in!! My family of five had plenty of room and we all look forward to staying again in the near future!!

Wonderful home in a great location. Kitchen spacious and well stocked. Beds comfortable, too. Owners put much care and time into their property, and they make guests feel welcome and at home. Truly a beautiful place!

This was one of our very best VRBO rentals of all time! The property is even better than photos and description. Manager communication was perfectly timed and clear/concise. Views, priceless! Oh, master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bed is soooo comfortable! 👍🏼👍🏼

My six daughter's and I were all so very impressed how beautiful and welcoming this home is. We'll definitely stay again. Everything was luxurious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable.

This house was amazing inside and out. Our group of 11 including 6 kids (4-7) had a fantastic time at this house. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen is so well stocked. There are games and kid toys along with a great park/green space literally steps away. The outside fire pit was neat, and the S’mores supplies they left were a sweet added bonus. The location is great to get to so many of the attractions you are there to see. I highly recommend this property and would love to return.

This house is the ideal open concept house - it has great space both indoor and out and our party of 8 was comfortable in every area of it from the bedrooms to the living space and kitchen to the back yard and across the street at the beautiful park. The house provided an excellent location to visit the sites we wanted to see. Owners were friendly and responsive.

Across from an amazing park and playground, views of beautiful mountains, near the stunning Garden of the Gods, and quite near Starbucks. Wondeful fire pit, excellent kitchen amenities, wonderful backyard with grill, very attractive and clean rooms. We had multiple generations in the house, and all of us loved it. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, and we highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic property, just minutes from the Garden of the Gods as advertised. Would love to come back over the summer, when we can really take advantage of the huge windows and fire pit!

My extended family and I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in the Garden of the Gods area. The location was not only perfect for that, but also nicely close to some of the quainter areas of Colorado Springs and, of course, to the fantastic hiking near Garden of the Gods. As for the house, it is a perfect layout, with 5 (we used 4) bedrooms, 3 baths including one in the master bedroom that is not to be believed. Everything was new and incredibly well appointed, and the view from the front (large) window is directly at Pikes Peak and a lovely common area in front of the house. Finally, I must say that the home instructions were the best I've ever seen in a HomeAway rental. Never met Estee and Rob, the hosts, but that is purely because the instructions were so clear that we had no questions and everything worked.

We were so very happy with our stay in Colorado Springs! The location could not have been better. The hiking and biking at Garden of the Gods and Rock Ledge Ranch was spectacular. There is shopping, grocery, Walgreen's and Starbucks very close to the home. The home is beautiful, well appointed, everything we needed was there! The front yard has a sunken fire pit which our family enjoyed. The views from the front of the home overlooking the park then up to the beautiful Colorado Rockies with a stunning view of Pikes Peak was such a bonus! We enjoyed our coffee and the views every morning! For our purpose, our daughter's wedding at a local venue, this home checked all the boxes. We had a few people over the night before the wedding. The homes main floor was accommodating for the buffet dinner and enjoying each other company. Guests mingled out front, in the home and out back.The property owners were so generous to allow us to have the rehearsal dinner at the home. We also used the home for all the bridesmaids to get ready the morning of the wedding. The enormous island was perfect for all the food and girls to get ready for the wedding. It was so much better that being in a cramped hotel bathroom all day. The owners sent an email the day before asking if we had any questions or needed anything. They left a complete set information about the home, wifi password, heat/cooling instructions and even which delivery food places they liked best. We did order from the recommended restaurants and were pleased with the food. While we were there, the owners also checked in to see how it was going. This was our first experience with VRBO and we couldn't have been happier!! We would absolutely rent this home again!!

We had a fantastic time with our large family of 7 adults and 3 children under 6. We loved the open set up the house with the main floor family room and kitchen. Estee and Rob were great at quickly responding to any of our requests/needs. The park across the street was nice for the kids and it was only a 5 minute walk to the Garden of the Gods with all the trails. The house was centrally located and most of the tourist attractions were easily accessible. We would love to come back next summer.

From the first contact, Estee was really great to deal with. She answered any questions promptly. She contacted us the night we arrived by email to make sure we got settled in. The house was more than expected so much room for everyone. The soccer net in the back yard and tennis courts and playground across the road was very easy to access for our kids. Great rental would recommend this property to anyone. I would give this house a 10 out of 10!!!! Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to say at your vacation rental. Loved it.
