Beach Home - 5 Minutes /2 Blocks Walk To Virginia Beach Oceanfront & Boardwalks.
Une belle nouvelle construction dans la région de Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Cette maison de ville de 3 étages (semblable à une maison en duplex) est l'escapade parfaite pour profiter d'une journée à la plage! À seulement 5 minutes de la promenade en bord de mer, vous pourrez profiter d'une promenade en soirée ou dîner dans l'un des centaines de restaurants de la station balnéaire. À la maison, vous pouvez profiter d'un barbecue sur la terrasse arrière et regarder un film avec des amis et la famille dans le salon ouvert. La lumière naturelle remplira la maison par des fenêtres stratégiquement placées, apportant la lueur du soleil tout au long de la journée.
Les quatre chambres sont à l'étage. La première chambre principale et 2 autres pièces sont au deuxième étage. La deuxième chambre principale est au troisième étage. Salon, salle à manger, cuisine et demi salle de bain sont en bas. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur également disponibles au deuxième étage. La maison est équipée d'un nouveau système de chauffage à courant alternatif à 2 sons pour assurer un air propre et un environnement confortable pour tous les clients. C'est une maison de ville de 3 ans qui a été construite en 2014. Donc tout est grand neuf, même chose que le mobilier, l'équipement. Internet, le câble comprend déjà.
Pour votre sécurité, la maison est surveillée par 7 caméras de surveillance extérieures. Les couvertures du système sont: 2 surveillées à la porte d'entrée et dans la cour avant, 1 par la porte arrière, 2 surveillées par le garage et l'allée, les 2 autres couvrent le côté et la clôture.
Nous fournissons également une entrée sans clé pour toutes les portes à l'intérieur, à l'extérieur de la maison. Chaise de plage, grill, etc .... à votre disposition pendant votre séjour.

Very comfortable house to stay at. A/C was great, which isn't always the case at the beach! We cooked a lot and appreciated the well-supplied kitchen, including an instant pot. The beach toys/chairs/wagon were also really helpful. Owner was very responsive to any of our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

We had 12 people in our group and we all stayed very comfortably in this home. The beach is such a short walk away. The kitchen had everything that you could need including an air fryer! There are 2 washer and dryers which was incredibly helpful with so many people. The thing that really blew us away was that we never ran out of hot water in the showers. We had to contact the host by text at one point and he got back right away and was incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend a stay here in Virginia Beach.

First let me say, the pictures do not do this property justice. We loved the home. Very spacious for a big family. We have 12 and not once felt cramped. Easy access to surrounding arears. Sleeping quarter are cozy and comfy. Kitchen stocked with supplies. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Anthony. You have a lovely home!

One of the best VRBO experiences I have had. We rented this VRBO on very short notice and couldn’t have been happier. The duplex is brand new in a relatively new development within walking distance to the beach. It is bright, clean, comfortable, and very roomy with plenty of beds. Check in was simple and everything was immaculate upon entry. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and all the appliances we needed to prepare meals. Bathrooms had ample towels and toilet paper. There are large screen televisions in every room and the Wi-Fi is strong throughout. Though we rented during the off season, the garage is well stocked with gear for summer fun including beach chairs, games, a foosball table, etc. There is plenty of parking. The owner/manager responded promptly to communications and was extremely easy to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this VRBO. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely go back.

We spent Christmas in this beautiful property and could not have asked for a better place. Anthony is a great host and clearly takes care of the house. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises (and there is a vacancy!).

Ten friends who were over 65 years old came together for a 5 day reunion. The location of this house was perfect for our group. Easy walk to the beach, close to several restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent. Anthony responded very quickly to questions and requests.
We were disappointed to find that instead of the 4 1/2 bathrooms that were listed, there were in fact only 3 1/2 bathrooms. The 4 queen beds were comfortable. However, the twins and bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable, so much so that two people could not stay there. There was hand soap in only one bathroom and no soap, shampoo, etc. anywhere else.
All in all the location was amazing!

Loved the house, there were 9 of us. 4 bathrooms, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs & umbrellas provided, 2 decent sized refrigerators. We walked to the beach -- no problem. We scheduled again for next year. Key pad entry to bedrooms - which was great because we had one autistic child that needed some restrictions even in the house. Get your reservations in early because this place is a gem.

Easy walk to the beach that allowed my older children and their families to go back and forth anytime of day. The host had a beach umbrella and chairs in the garage to use at the beach. The neighbor was nice and we felt safe. We where able to cook most of our meals in the house as there was 14 of us. The kitchen could use more sauce pans and smaller skillets. Keeping sand out of the house was a challenge.

Great home with the ability for our family to spread out. Great location and access to the beach and Avalon. It wasn’t very clean honestly, but we made it work and cleaned up along the way as we could. I know a lot of owners can’t often control how well their house keeping does so I don’t fault them too much.

Property is clean and has everything you could need. It was a quick trip for us 3-nights only for a business conference at the Marriott - only a 10 minute drive in any direction to convention centers and other business destinations.

The location is amazing! Literally 5 minute walk to the beach , 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants on the inlet. The house comfortably accommodated 8+ people, it was clean and comfortable. The garage is set up for a lively bbq with seating, foosball table, large gas grill, extra refrigerator, and a tv. We were sooooo pleased with our stay. Anthony was responsive, and friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Great central location
The location was perfect. 2 short blocks to beach and boardwalk. We were there for a dance competition and the venue was only 1 mile away for that. The owner Anthony was wonderful to work with. When we checked in, the networked smoke alarms were chirping. I reached out to Anthony, and he made a couple suggestions to address it immediately and then came out a little while later to replace them.
Overall, it was a great stay, and it was wonderful to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. Every day we were there, we walked down to the Oceanfront for at least a little while. While we were in Virginia Beach, we also went to the Virginia Aquarium and the Norfolk Zoo.

Gwen Birthday Getaway at Virginia Beach was amazing quite neighborhood, the people in the neighborhood was friendly everything you needed was in walking distance or not that far to drive boardwalk, beach, stores, and fishing center. We are looking to come back next year in October the second week. October 9th - 14th, 2022.

Multi-family Virginia Beach Vacation
Our experience with this property was excellent. We had two families and the property was perfectly suited for that. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked, and the owner was wonderful to work with.

We loved this property! Had plenty of room to spread out, and the kids loved the man-cave garage! Beach is about .25 miles away, crossing 2 busy streets - but there are lights and this also made it easier to keep the little ones away from the beach. The beach itself is fabulous, we spent hours every day there. The condo was clean, communication with owner was very prompt.
Only downside - the bunk beds are not at all comfortable for adults - kids were fine, but the very thin mattresses over the hardwood slats were one of the worst beds I have ever slept on.
Otherwise it was great, would definitely go back!!!
