Sapphire Condo 707 est un condo privé situé au 7ème étage des condominiums les plus récents et les plus luxueux de South Padre Island. La chambre principale offre un très beau lit king size avec vue sur le golfe à travers la grande baie vitrée! La grande salle de bain principale offre deux lavabos, une grande douche à l'italienne, une baignoire à jets et un grand placard.
La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen size, tandis que la troisième chambre a un lits superposés de taille jumeaux! Tous les matelas dans chaque chambre sont si confortables que vous ne voudrez pas sortir du lit! Le salon et les trois chambres comprennent une télévision à écran plat. Chaque chambre est également équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond. Outre l’Internet haut débit, le Condo 707 est équipé d’un accès Wifi. La deuxième salle de bain est assez grande et offre également deux lavabos.

Un centre de remise en forme très bien équipé et un spa de classe mondiale sont également disponibles au premier étage.

Property was just as shown and we had a great stay! The only thing that was less than ideal were the 'chairs' that you rent for the beach from the front desk. I guess I was thinking more like the kind that stretch out so you can actually suntan on them but they were literally just chairs. If that is all you want, then it's fine - or rent from one of the beach services. Other than that small thing, the stay was great and would for sure stay at this rental again!!!

This was our first trip to SPI. The condo was well stocked, clean, and beds were very comfortable. The view of the pool and ocean is breathtaking—my fav spot to read and enjoy coffee. The Sapphire property grounds are impeccably well kept. We loved the pool and close proximity to the ocean. The game room and theater room were a nice bonus as well for the one rainy day we had during our stay. This location will be even better once Margaritaville opens next door as it will be convenient to have a pool bar and restaurant nearby. Tori was a great communicator. We would highly recommend this property!

Our family had the best week at the beach! The condo is absolutely amazing and was just perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the pool and easy beach access. The view from the balcony is what sold me on this place and the pictures really don’t do it justice! Gorgeous sunrises and perfect for people watching. This condo literally has all the amenities down to a blow dryer diffuser, which I had forgotten mine. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the items you’ll need. They have all the beach chairs and toys you’ll need! The building is gorgeous and super clean. The workout room is absolutely huge and so great to use. I cannot think of one single negative thing. Tori was great at communicating with us and very easy to work with and quick to respond. We absolutely recommend this unit and would love to stay again!

Property was very nice...only thing I would add is that the property itself should have a plastic walkway in the soft, hot, sandy part going into the beach (plastic boardwalk). It was difficult rolling coolers through the deep, hot sand. We have been to other entries of the beach where the plastic boardwalk extends all the way to the hard part of the beach, which helps alot!

Summer Vacation at Sapphire
We chose this condo at The Sapphire based on previous reviews and the "little extras" within the condo....like beach toys, DVDs & games. We were not disappointed! From the condo itself to the building grounds and amenities, everything exceeded our expectations! Also, from the moment we reserved the condo up until after we checked out, Tori was always helpful and available with answers to questions or issues that came up. She always worked super hard to make sure we were happy & went above and beyond to do so------ can't say that about many hosts. Hopefully we will be able to vacation again soon in South Padre and if we do, we hope to rent condo 707 again!
There is one thing I would like to mention that has nothing to do with the condo, but with the grounds. Since we had 2 teen girls with us, I wanted to make sure that they would have something light to eat during lunch/the afternoon because dinner was our time to have a large meal out. So, one of the reasons I chose The Sapphire was because we had access to the amenities at The Pearl. By reading reviews, I saw that The Pearl had recently renovated their pool area & they were suppose to have 2 choices for dining, their sit down place, Landshark Bar & Grill and also their bar/snack area called the Salty Rim Swim-Up Pool Bar. The Salty Rim states it was suppose to have hot dogs, hamburgers and more to eat. The food truck is there, but according to one of the workers when asked is that they are currently waiting on their permit to be able to serve food. The swim up bar area is open & the drinks are delicious! My girls ended up going in to have lunch at Landshark. No big deal, but just something to note.

This was by far our best vacation and stay we have had! We felt right at home at the Sapphire. Tori was the best and was available when we needed her. The condo was stocked with everything and more for our stay. The beach and the pool were so beautiful and the island had so much to enjoy and do. Above and Beyond
I've never written a review on VRBO prior to now, but there was no way I couldn't qith this one!
Where to start... from the first contact, Tori was so helpful and generous. This was our family's fist time being away for Christmas (and our son's birthday). As this qas probably the last year we will have the Elf/Santa magic with our son (he turned 11 whole we were there), it was important to me to have a Xmas tree at our rental. Everyone, except Tori, said NO to decorations or a tree, but Tori was open to the idea and worked with me to figure out a way to make it happen! I can't even begin to tell you what that meant me to!! Ita that kind of service that will make me refer friends/family to someone's business or, in this case, property rental. Tori's condo is STOCKED!! She has thought of everything. Aside from personal preference items, there isn't much you will need. The view... ahhhh! Watching the sunrise over the Gulf on Christmas Day was for sure the best start to my bday (yep.. I'm a Christmas baby). The condo is perfectly located. It's cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk/concierge people were incredible helpful and very pleasant. We lacked for nothing during our stay. I can't thank Tori enough for making this holiday vacation a memory that will last a lifetime!

This property has every possible thing you might need. Including extra sunscreen! Which I mom failed and didn’t bring enough. The views were amazing, the beds were comfortable. Amazing!!
We had the best family beach trip!! The condo was so clean and updated. We loved playing Wii inside when it was too cold for the beach and relaxing on the balcony (the view is incredible!!) It was a super short walk out to the pool and beach and everything was very clean and nice! The condo is so well-stocked! Plenty of dishes, cook ware, Keurig and mugs, and the washer and dryer are awesome and easy to use. Next time we might bring our own pillows as the pillows in the master bedroom weren’t our favorite but that’s really a personal preference. The beds themselves were super comfortable! Oh and the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and extra large shower were incredibly relaxing after a long day at the beach and pool. It was also so nice to have the rolling cooler to use and all the beach toys and chairs! We made good use out of everything! We will definitely be back again!!

Awesome Beach Trip
We came down to South Padre for a long pre-Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean, bright, well stocked and ready for our stay! The view from the condo is amazing! We watched the sunrise every morning. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was very nice - everything seems almost brand new. There were plenty of toys and chairs to take down to the beach. Everyone was very good about social distancing and wearing masks. Oh, the pool was great too- a little chilly but it was late November! The communication with the owner before our arrival was great! She let us know exactly what to do and what to expect when we arrived. This was a fabulous condo and a wonderful vacation. I would gladly stay here again!

Fun and Relaxing in 707
We stayed in the Sapphire 707 in mid September. The weather didn't cooperate completely with us that week, but thankfully we had a BEAUTIFUL condo to relax in!
The layout of the rooms was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need...plus more! The games and movies provided were fun, and the laundry unit was extremely helpful. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. It was very large and fit our entire family well! The condo was clean and peaceful, and we felt right at home.
The building itself was safe, clean and had a very friendly and helpful staff. We were impressed with how accommodating Tori was before and during our stay. Communication with her is highly important, and we were extremely thankful for that.
We definitely want to stay here again the next time we make it down to SPI.

Fantastic location and great unit
Such a great unit. The patio was large enough to have dinner on comfortably and the added bonus of seeing the moon rise over the Gulf at night was a nice treat. This was defiantly the best stocked rental we have had in SPI. There was absolutely everything needed in the kitchen to make some great meals.

Walking distance to a couple of stores and restaurants. Clean and full of fun stuff. Kids were fully entertained when not out on the beach with Wii, board games and smart TVs. Plenty of room in the kitchen and not lacking any cooking equipment. Lots of glasses for wine and booze as well. Plenty of hot water for the 6 of us after a day on the beach. Very nice selection of beach toys and chairs to use. Staff on site was great, very secure, felt very safe. Not too long of a walk to the beach and a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out there for morning coffee as well as evening beverages since the setting sun is behind you it's not too hot out there.

I couldn't wait to write this review! We had such a lovely time in 707. The condo was stocked with everything you and your family could possibly need. Seriously, just bring food.
The view was picturesque with the lit blue pool in the evening and just a short walk to the beach.
Tori kept us well informed of any changes happening on the island and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

We only got to spend a couple of days here, thanks to the earliest ever hurricane season. :)
However, as bummed as we were to leave, it was perfect while we were there!! It’s so much prettier in person and has everything you need right there!! So comfortable and clean, and the view, breathtaking!!!
Tori was beyond kind and so very helpful when it came to us having to leave due to the hurricane. She refunded us what she could and was so very kind about the whole situation. We will most definitely make every effort to take our family back and try again for a longer stay!!! Don’t miss out on this one!!! You can’t go wrong!!
