No elevator is available, room is very small

They gave used water Bottles, hot water geyser , telephone for room service call etc. are not given. The hotel is situated at 3 floor and lift is not available. At all it is not a hotel, it's like a terrible place. I advise to all not go there as see their uploaded images.

Nice place to stay for 1-2 days. Gateway of India, Taj Hotel and Colaba market are at walkable distance. With given cost in Colaba, descent place to stay. Hotel Staff was also very cooperative and helped with our luggage till 2nd floor and there is no lift in hotel. They even allowed us early check-in on request on availability which saved us lot of time with family.

Nothing. It is horrible experience for the family.

Facilities. Even did not get hot water. The behavior of the staff was awful. Due to misguidanance, the injection of the kid was damaged.

Their behaviour is so unprofessional. Firstly, they did not reserve the room though we called them also after booking. After we reach, they told us to wait in a room while our room will be ready. But after 8 hours of waiting they said to take two another rooms which were too bad. We denied to take those two rooms and continued in a single room where we were waiting. But they took payment of two rooms. Rooms are so stuffy, claustrophobic and ceilings are broken. We stayed there for two days. No toiletries have been provided, they did not clean the room at least for once! There was no remote of AC.
