Je vous offre un accueil génial loin de la maison. Il est un parfait sortir pour toute occasion. Imaginez se réveiller à une brise de l'océan doux venir dans l'appartement que vous appréciez une scène de plage tropicale spectaculaire depuis le confort de votre propre lit. Puis, profitant d'un petit-déjeuner paisible sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable et ces interminables plages.
Cet appartement de plage a été rénové pour inclure ce qui suit: nouvelle cuisine avec comptoir en marbre et dosseret en verre, salle de bains, lit queen murphy et canapé-lit futon, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Il y a aussi un immense placard de plain-pied. Cet appartement est encore plus magnifique que sur les photos.
La cuisine est autonome avec beaucoup de luxes de la maison; réfrigérateur / congélateur, plaque de cuisson 2 feux, vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, couverts, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière, mixeur, etc.
En plus de la vue à couper le souffle sur la terrasse, vous trouverez une table, des chaises, et un couple de transats pour se détendre et profiter au soleil. Depuis l'appartement est un non-fumeur, la terrasse est un bon endroit pour profiter d'une fumée si cela est votre sac! Je vous fournissons également des chaises de plage de qualité, un parapluie et une glacière. Je suis très fier de faire ma plage appartement un excellent produit à un prix excellent.
L'appartement est situé un bloc au nord de la zone Miami Beach appelé Millionaires Row et est 12-15 minutes de l'excitation et la vie nocturne de South Beach, mais, assez loin pour profiter d'une escapade tranquille. Le quartier est très sûr et il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, épicerie, magasins de drogue et d'alcool, etc., le tout dans une courte distance de marche.
De mon expérience, je crois que la qualité que vous recevrez de moi se démarquer de tous les autres dans cette gamme de prix.

It's a nice small apartment with expansive terrace with amazing ocean view. While the studio is small, the outdoor place is amazing. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

Clean, nice studio apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. Short, easy access to pool, beach, and walking/biking path that goes on for miles along the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is great, checks in and makes sure everything is going well. I would stay here again.

Cute area. A lot more quiet than south beach. Less to do but close to all other activities. Easy beach access and definitely a nice weekend getaway spot!

We stayed for the weekend after getting off of 5 day cruise. Loved the view and proximity to the beach. Host provided beach chairs & umbrella. Also took the trolley to shopping area. Would come again!

Excellent ocean view with a wonderful walk out patio balcony. Free trolley stop close by, boardwalk runs by property. Walkable to restaurants, grocery store and convenience store. Would definitely stay again. Outstanding communication from property owner.

First of all, Christine was an amazing host! She communicated with us every step of the way, and always kept us in the loop. It was my husband’s 40th birthday surprise getaway and I asked ahead of time if we could arrange to have some flowers, balloons and champagne waiting upon our arrival and she was so wonderful with helping me accommodate that! The hotel itself is outdated and needs some work to it but our actual unit was clean and worked just fine, and this location is prime. Great area, walking distance to shops and restaurants. And honestly the best part and main reason for choosing this spot was the incredible views and the huge outdoor balcony. There was a round table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. We utilized these everyday. Our breakfasts and lunches were eaten out there. We would walk down to the beach for a bit, go in the large heated pool at times and then eat out on the balcony. It was heavenly!

The Murphy bed, with its ample storage and plush linens, ensured a comfortable night's rest, while the cozy futon provided an extra spot for relaxation. The kitchen was modern, comfy counter stools, and stocked with an impressive array of utensils, pots, and pans, modern appliances and thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and blender. The balcony, with its breathtaking ocean views, was the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee and meals. Whether lounging in one of the comfortable lounge chairs or dining set, it quickly became my favorite spot in the studio.Christine's attention to detail extended to every aspect of the stay, from the well-appointed kitchen to the beach essentials provided. Her tips for exploring Miami as a first-time visitor were invaluable, allowing me to make the most of my time in this vibrant city. The beach itself was just steps away from the back exit through the pool area, providing convenient access to a clean, peaceful, and pristine beach.

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the ocean views and beach, stroll the boardwalk, and dine at the restaurants that were close by. The property manager stayed in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time.

We traveled to Miami Beach for a friend's birthday weekend. The condo was perfect! It had the essentials (full kitchenette, large walk-in closet, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower), and a perfect view of the ocean! Loved the balcony/terrace, with comfy lounge chairs. Pool is perfect, also, plenty of lounge chairs.
Great location on the bike path, perfect for running/walking or renting bikes (bike rental is a 5min walk North).
Valet parking is included with the unit (car retrieved very fast! I tipped the valet each time, but much less expensive than any other Miami Beach parking).
It is a short, safe walk to several restaurants and bars. Will definitely come back for a future beach weekend!

The best part is the gorgeous view. We shut the air off and cracked opened the door to fall asleep to the breeze and sounds of the ocean. It was more of a hotel-sized accommodation studio style, but it had everything my husband and I needed to enjoy our stay. It had plenty of room for us but would be tight for more than 2 adults and maybe a small child or two. The beach chairs and cooler were appreciated (there was also an umbrella but it was too windy to use). We enjoyed the balcony views for our coffee and in general. My husband got a day pass to the gym 1/2 mile north of the condo and I ran the beach board walk every day. The pool is heated and surprisingly large. The condo complex has a small sundries store with snacks and alcohol. There is a gas station right across the street with adequate snakes and drinks. If you need more there’s a publix and Walgreens a few blocks away. The restaurant/bar in the pictures was not open at all during our stay. The building is older and in need of work, but when you walk into the room it all fades away with the view of the ocean. The host was gracious available as needed.

Read all the reviews. Most are pretty accurate and fair. Building itself is older but seems to be pretty well maintained and clean. Room was very nice and was well equipped. We love a nice patio/terrace so that was our prime motivation and we were not dissapointed. Very large with great views. Beach access is convenient and easy. Boardwalk that goes all the way to South Beach is just outisde the rear gate. There is a pretty good selection of restaurants nearby. There is also a convenience store off the lobby that seems to be open all the time and has very reasonable prices, so if you could not bring suntan lotion, etc it is right there. The host is the best part and should get 10 stars. Excellent communication from booking through departure. Very responsive. Would do anything to help make your stay a good exeprience. We have done VRBO for years and I can confidently say that Christine is the best of the best from a host perspective.

First impressions mean a lot. What the owner should have done up front is disclose that the her condo unit was in a closed Hotel, the Casablanca. That upon entering the hotel lobby, there was no front desk to find out anything, only a person behind a glass window. The huge lobby was mainly empty, with little furniture, low lighting, and no sign of life.
So first impressions for us and other renters was very negative. The owner should have said this in her promo of the condo, so that we would not be shocked. Her unit was like a dorm in college, all white and sparse. These points overshadow the plusses of the condo, like being on the beach, and having a deck facing the ocean. I hope she renews her promo material.

The view was beautiful, and that picture was very accurate. There was no restaurant, no bar, no onsite accommodations for a rainy day, which was our case. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t even stay in for a movie. The host graciously refunded the rest of our stay as we moved to a hotel but we were hugely disappointed

Oh my gosh, I can't recommend this location enough. The condo is a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics, and the view is incredible. Christine is a total superstar, providing everything we could've possibly needed for a stress-free vacation. As the pictures show, the patio is a particularly outstanding feature, and we couldn't get enough of it. The heated pool was also a great perk, the beach was seriously perfection, and we felt safe and welcomed by everyone we met. Communication with Christine was effortless and straightforward. This was our first non-hotel experience, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you!

This vacay was simply amazing. Checking in was a breeze, the view...omg...no words. Quick and easy access to the beach. The apartment was great, nice, clean, and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and coffee! (that was a big deal for me) Our hostess was very attentive. Her communication was excellent. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. I could go on and on. I will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Miami. We found this sweet little beachfront apartment that was perfect for getting down to the water daily. We came back up for lunch and would go back down after, then come back and shower and get in our rental car and find a place for dinner(a couple of nights we walked to close by places). We loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony. It was a great little getaway spot for just the two of us.

I stayed at this property with two teenage children, it was exactly what I expected from the listing and more. It had a great location, access to shopping / restaurants , the beach and the amazing view of the sunrise. Lastly, the host Christine is amazing and made sure we were taken care of and informed our entire stay. Me and my children needed a major positive reset in our lives and this was it! Thank you.

I scoured options for Miami Beach. This was the least expensive option that included a terrace/balcony facing the ocean. Watching the sunrises really makes the place!
I saved a little bit of money by buying parking in advance. First of all, I’d have to concur with others about a coat of paint needed in the hallways and carpets should s be changed, but I’m not sleeping in the hallway so who cares? The suite itself is so lovely. It’s cute. Warm. Inviting. Had everything I needed.
Just a couple of considerations. Firstly, the patio door needs a screen. I’m not an air conditioning person.
You'd be wise to pack one of those fold out toiletry bags. I hung mine behind the door. There is very limited surfaces in the bathroom to put stuff.
The tap in the shower stall is installed backwards. Once I figured that out, I had hot water, no problem. Just turn the tap in the opposite direction of the arrow pointing to the H for hot.
If you’re a light sleeper travelling during the rainy season, this is not the place for you. The rain in the middle of the night woke me up because it made loud sounds pinging off of the metal terrace banister.
I had a little trouble getting in the door, (operator error), but Christine was quick to respond and helped me through it. She was a very attentive host and would recommend her and her ‘sunrise on the ocean’ suite.
And as a single woman I felt totally safe walking around the neighbourhood, even at night. Recommend Christine!

First, I want to say. The balcony is great, but the place was dirty we have to vacuum the rug it had sand. The water smell like metal. I picked this place because of few amenities that was listing on the website according to the owner. And I paid dearly for this condo. I did not know people live there so it has a lot of rules This place should not be rented for people that want to have fun. I also that Christine Horne (The owner) should have answer my phone calls instead of text message.
To Christine Horne you should compensation me for some of the money your place is not good enough for renters need upgrade beside you should let renter's buy towels and toilet paper. Ms. Horne you should call me asap. Also, Vrbo you should not believe anything the owner say about their Condo. You should investigate before posting on your website.

We enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach which wasnt busy. There is also a nice bike/walking path with citibike rentals close by. We didnt use the pool but it was large with plenty of chairs. Valet parking only which never took long to get our car. The building is pretty old but the room was clean. The view from the deck is great but the floor of the deck is gritty and we needed to constantly sweep up the area in front of the sliding glass door.

Great little place right on the beach (North Beach). Patio is awesome for watching the sun (and moon) rise over the ocean. Easy access to the beach from the building. Beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus! Christine was a very nice and responsive host. Great experience overall.

We drove to Miami Beach from Houston, TX so that we could see the Miami Dolphins play Green Bay Packers. It was -1 in Houston and was about 50° in Miami the entire time we were there. experiences were amazing even though it was cold and rainy. This apartment does have the best view possible. Not many of the apartments in this building have balconies so it makes complete sense that the price is a little higher than the other apartments. We had some AC issues and issues with the neighbors next-door being loud until 4am, but Christine was amazing and took care of all the issues we had. Even though it was Christmas, she stayed in contact and assured me it was never a problem to text her. I was a little surprised that there are not many stand alone restaurants in the area and many many many other people did not speak English including the valet. Even with the language barrier the check in process was easy. I did not like having to valet the car and having to have them bring the car if I needed something from it but it is that way every where there.
I hope we can return again when the weather is better and enjoy the private beach. The convenience store across the street was a big PLUS

Had a fantastic stay. Views as promised with a super helpful responsive host. Rented citibikes to get around. Got takeout breakfast and lunch from the Yes Cafe across the street and enjoyed on the awesome balcony. Wonderful visit!

Although the unit is a little run down and the building itself needs upgrade, the view and the location made up for it. Most of all, Christine is a wonderful host! Very responsive and very accommodating. The studio unit has enough space for 2 people and we make do. It has most of the things we needed. The shared laundry machines broke down during our stay. The corridor of the building is very worn out and smells bad. However, the price and the location made up for it and we enjoyed our stay. The location is great for walks along the boardwalk and easy to get around Miami Beach.
