Frühstück lieblos und einfach, Plastikgeschirr und Pappteller, eisiger Frühstücksraum, viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste Zimmer für 5 Personen zu klein, Schlafcouch drahtig und unbequem. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Putzservice hat das dreckige Handtuch einfach wieder aufgehängt. Sowas gehört sich nicht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. Wir kommen sicher nicht nochmal hierher.

Loved it! Very fresh and modern. Extras like the transfer to and from the beach, and beach beds and waters for the room all helped

Viivyimme 5 yötä, mutta huoneemme siivottiin vain kerran.

The best about this hotel is the supermarket right across the street.

The response times of the reception epecially the managing director is a joke. We've contacted them three days before we arrived and got a response once we were back in Germany. Sun beds are available at the beach. Umbrella needs to be paid extra with 20 Dollars / day. The hotel is too expensive to come with these additional costs. We were told the transfer to pick us up from the beach should be called by phone. Extra roaming for all EU citizens on top. Breakfast was okay but too much waste. For whatever reason after day one there was only plastic knives left. Air condition is at maximum. Way too cold and not sustainable All in all not worth the price

Great location in south beach, walking distance to Lincoln road, regular shuttle to the beach with free beach chairs, clean and spacious room, decent breakfast.

Overnight Parking charge of 45$+ taxes!!

Excellent value for money. We where in a good location being only a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. The beach shuttle was also very useful. The breakfast every morning was nice and the staff where excellent. We also made use of the beach chairs and the free bike rentals which where very nice additions.

There isn’t really any negative that stands out to me. For the price me and my friends payed we where very happy with the hotel. Maybe the gym is a bit small.

La ubicación y buses de acercamiento, eso si , todo se cobra.

En general personal falta más vocación de servicio. No se hizo aseo pieza todos los días. Tuve un problema con auto con valet parking ya que estropearon espejo lateral y no dijeron nada. Mala actitud y falta de sinceridad.

SOME staff members were really pleasant, warming, and welcoming.

1) For breakfast there wasn't any turkey meat options. 2) the yoga was not on the premises, I had to walk to the location only to find out that it was already full and also I was told the wrong starting time.

The location is excellent for a quiet stay in South Beach. Beach shuttle is great. There are tons of food options in walking distance. The Lincoln Road shopping and dining area is Awesome!

Front desk personnel is not very nice. This is my second experience at the hotel with the front desk checking in. I booked through Booking.com, and they can never seem to find my reservation. Though they can't find it, I am treated poorly for it. I feel they are rejecting me because of race. Instead of being nice about it. They say, "I don't see a reservation." On top of that, I was given a handicap without my consent.

Breakfast not that good. Valet staff very good. Desk staff not informative

Hotel nice with roof top pool, free pool towels and beach shuttle were nice.

I didn't like the way the hotel took money from my card everyday in taxes and deposits and room charges daily. Would rather just paid as we left the hotel as it said on booking.com and got charged more than quoted on booking.com also.
