well, what i liked is the name of the hotel. thats it. staff are friendly.

when i booked i thought its going to be a ritz Carlton hotel but i was shocked that nothing was similar to what i expected and experienced in other ritz around the world. when i checked in they gave me a not cleaned room, there was left over food, bed was a mess and chair on the floor out of the blue. due to that they gave me an upgraded room. Then, elevators were not working for half day. reception has only one receptionist although there was 3 desks ( always empty ) when i call the reception, everytime i have to wait 15 minutes for them to pick up. lastly, im waiting for my deposit to be released as i did not get any confirmation yet, nor a check out email. AC has a strong voice when working on and off.

Limpeza muito precária, quarto com muito cheiro de cigarro, sofá e almofadas suja e cheirando a mofo, a limpeza em geral era muito ruim. Janelas emperradas.

Hotellet er slidt og ikke pengene værd. Personalet er ikke imødekommende.

Great location. Beautiful rooms that are spacious. Excellent service.

The workout facilities could use a refresh. Additionally there were rowdy people in the pool playing football soo aggressively that the ball was hitting other people in the face that happened to be in the pool. The staff should have stepped in immediately. This is the Ritz. Not a holiday Inn.

La ubicacion es perfecta porque estas sobre la Lincoln road que es la extensa calle peatonal para hecer compras y pasear. Recomiendo el restaurante The cheesecake factory sobre ella que se come muy rico y temrinas pagando lo mismo que en la mayoria de los restaurantes y comederos cercanos. La piscina es muy bella y grande, comoda y la temperatura calida te permite quedarte ya entrada la tarde cuando la sombra del edificio te regala un poco de reparo del sol cerca de las 17hs descansando de la paliza incesante del sol de miami que esta muy fuerte. La piscina y la playa, ambas contaban con reposeras, toallas y sombrilla!! a disposicion para dos huespedes sin costo extra; otros hoteles de la zona aparentemente no cumplen totalmente con estas ultimas condiciones. La atencion de todoel personal, la manager, aunque especialmente las chicas de limpieza. La decoracion en gral, la habitacion y su vista a la ciudad eran hermosas. El baño muy comodo. La piscina y la playa, ambas contaban con reposeras, toallas y sombrilla a disposicion para dos huespedes sin costo extra; otros hoteles de la zona aparentemente no cumplen totalmente con estas ultimas condiciones. Te reciben con un vale por dos tragos en la barra que da a la playa por debajo del nivel de la piscina a usar cuando quieras. Todos los dias hay disponibles dos mini heladitos con alcohol (aunque el de mango es sin) que estan muy bien (disponibles entre las 16:30 y las 18hs si mal no recuerdo). Tambien hay dos copas de champagne diarias al igual que botellas de agua de filtro embotellada del hotel a disposicion todo el tiempo

El colchon de la cama que era muy blando y las sabanas eran cortas. La alarma de incendio se disparo una vez a las 3:40 de la mañana pero reclamamos ya que mi mujer esta embarazada y nos hicieron una atencion de 200 dolares. La comida del hotel con una carta mediterranea esta muy bien aunque, a la hora de pagar el servicio del 20% esta incluido si o si

It was very clean and the AC was wonderful after being out on a very hot day. The elevators were fast. There were plenty of staff around you just had to tip everyone so it added up to like an extra 100$ a day between car, bags, doors, putting a towel on a lounge, adjusting an umbrella, etc.

It felt very damp/wet all the time in the room. Like your sheets didn’t dry all the way. 60$ a night for parking as a guest was just ridiculous to pay for a rental. The additional resort fees, credit card fees, service fees (hidden included tip in bill), city tax, county tax, state tax, pool tax, on everything really surprised us and made us on edge for the entire stay carefully scrutinizing every transaction because you weren’t up front about how much and how the charges would be applied.
