This was a perfect place to stay, walkable to beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for a family to relax. Outdoor patio and pier to enjoy watching the water. Plenty of patio doors if you love sunshine! Lots of new improvements/upgrades to the house recently. Semi-private pool was definitely a plus! House had a wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella, which was so appreciated! Saved so much money by not having to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach every day. House was super clean upon arrival, was even stocked with drinks and snacks for us. Will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is just as pictured. We had one minor issue that the owner made right immediately. Very clean apartment. View on dock and back porch was amazing. Very short walk to a quite portion of Clearwater beach. Awesome mom and pop pizzeria near the beach. 3 in 1 soap provided was a nice touch. We used the wagon and beach chairs. Washer and dryer are in excellent condition.

The condo itself was very clean and well kept. It has an excellent location with great views.
A couple of storms left lots of debris, specially in the pool, that that could have been cleaned up sooner. We were on the lower floor, and when the air conditioner in the upper unit turned on it was loud. There were a lot of cords,
(ie internet/cable) on the floor beside the #2 bedroom bed and along the patio door leading to the pool. A bit of a trip hazard. Lastly, the pier pictured on-line had missing and loose planks so was caution-taped right after we arrived and the stairs from the back patio are also in disrepair.

Great, quiet location for families. We loved the water front view in the backyard.. we had an occasional dolphin spotting. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Clean and cozy!

We came with three adult siblings 55+. We love the location and walked alot. Its very quiet but convenient to everything we wanted. We did take tge trolley to St Pete Beach...wouldnt recommend it. Uber instead. Lina is very responsive and handled what we needed.
Don't have unrealistic expectations for internet and trlevision but who wants that in Florida anyways.
The bayside is a little rough by the dock but we enjoyed ut anyways.
The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.
We would definitely come back.

The apartment is in a super location. It's right on the water and very close to bars, restaurants, shopping, the beach and Pier 60 yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is bright, airy and spacious. It needs money spent on it though. The plaster is peeling in places, paint at the base of some of the doors is cracked and we couldn't open the kitchen window or one of the patio doors. The outside was a disappointment. The deck needs a lot of work done to it and the dock was cordoned off because the wood was rotten in part with planks missing. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The apartment was lovely and clean. My only recommendation would be to have room darkening curtains in the bedrooms-even at night there are many lights that brighten the bedrooms.

Location was nice right on the water. Pictures glorified the place a little too much, for it is showing its age. Updated with a lot of plastic furniture and white tile.

My family stayed in this lovely apartment for my son’s wedding weekend. Though we live in Tampa, we wanted the convenience of being near the Wyndham Grand on Clearwater Beach. The entire experience from reservation to check out was excellent. The apartment was better than advertised and even included dolphin frolicking in the bay just off shore. Inside, we had everything we needed and Lina quickly responded to the few questions we had. Definitely will recommend this apartment to others who plan to visit Clearwater Beach and may consider going back for a quick getaway.

This was our worst Vrbo experience we’ve ever had. The kitchen had no hot water, the washing machine had mold/mildew and smelt awful, the pool was gross and dirty, but the insects were a nightmare. Bugs crawling all over the kitchen countertops as well as the floor. It was disgusting!

The apartment is immaculate! It is fully updated and comfortable. The property manager was polite and was very clear in her rules and how to use/not use her home. The location was excellent - I walked to everywhere I needed to go. Parking there is excellent - 2 spots. The pool looked great, but we did not use it. The location and view are also terrific. I do wish they had new mattresses, newer and more dishes and a full set of silverware. That was all that was lacking. I will be back!

The condo was very clean and nice- the pool was great- the outdoor deck facing the marina was very nice for sunrise and relaxing.
-Issues- Needs a new queen bed in master bedroom (a king would be even better)
-The outside of the property and deck area needs a general cleaning- and some minor repair

This property is perfectly located. It’s right near the beach and all of the attractions and restaurants. The property itself is very very well maintained. The property was just wonderful! It was super clean and beautifully decorated! Being right on the water was so nice especially for early risers to sit outside and drink their coffee. The host left a few snacks and drinks including wine for us. We can’t wait to stay again!

Vacation to see family in the area
From pre-booking to checkout the process was seemless. I cannot say enough about the property itself. Open, spacious,clean and with fantastic views, walking distance to most everything!!! Because of the layout and decor the property seems larger than listed. Only feedback is the door handle was a tad loose and it would be nice to have basic starter cooking items like salt and pepper. However the gift of a few beverages including a bottle of wine and some snack was a wonderful addition. I would recommend this property anytime.

Nice apartment!! Almost too clean to comfortably keep young children in tho, all the white kept me on edge to make sure my 12 and 7 year old boys didn't get sand, food, dirt etc..on anything! Worked out well, and would definitely stay here again!!

On the bay with beautiful sunrise. 5 minute easy walk to beach and stores. Manager very responsive to questions and any issues with rental. Clearwater Beach is outstanding with lots to do in town. Would not hesitate to rent here.

A beautify clean place in a nice location
Just as described in listing on Tampa Bay a short walk from Gulf beach. I quiet neighborhood with many stores or restaurants but a short walk to a variety of restaurants. Supermarket is a short drive. Apartment has everything you need except, oddly, no condiments (not even salt and pepper) and no beach towels although there were 4 great beach chairs, a good beach umbrella ad a nice cart to help you get them to the beach plus other things for the beach.
As far as we could tell, the house number for the building with the apartment is not visible until you almost reach the front door although the neighboring building 2 digits higher is clearly marked and a good finding tool. Minor, but odd.

Wonderful stay!
Everything was great. Only issue was obtaining key from lock box. The lock box didn’t seem to want to open. Luckily my cousin (who is a strong male!), was there and was able to get the box opened after numerous attempts with no luck! I would recommend getting a digital lock on the door to make entry more seamless. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

This property has modern furnished and the best location between a pool and the bay. It’s 5 minutes walk to a great beach and 5-10 minute walk to many great restaurants. It has a neighborhood local feel being just off the busy part of town. The property is clean and beautifully furnished, we’d love to stay again!

Never Disappointed, highly recommend***
I have stayed in 3 of the 4 apartments in this building and have never been disappointed. It is my go-to for Clearwater Beach. I have stayed at some of the luxury (expensive) hotels right on the beach and definitely prefer this property. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine, beers, and snacks provided are always appreciated. The location is perfect. You can get up in the morning, have your coffee on the patio and watch the dolphins, and not see the crowds until you want to. Easy walk to the beach and short walk to the action/activities. Also, Fin's, one of the jetski rental places is a 3 minute walk away! They're great. I love not being right on the beach because this beach is always busy. A great location and get away. Lina, the owner is always accessible and responds quickly. Always a pleasure.
