We took 3 of our college aged kids on Spring Break and stayed at Dons condo. The directions he gave were exact and easy to follow, he gave us great recommendations and the condo was conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The bedrooms had bathrooms for each and also plenty of hangers and room for luggage. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

Enjoyed the condo…..it was clean, plenty of towels, and close to the things we wanted to do. Owners are very friendly and easy to book with!

We had an excellent stay at the condo and thoroughly enjoyed the nearby beaches and town. The condo was very comfortable, bright, clean and spacious for our party of 5. The deck was perfect for family meals and the internet access was excellent for our family members who needed to keep up with work. Access to beaches was great -- just a short walk -- and there were lots of amenities close by, including restaurants and shopping. Don was an excellent host, always available right away to answer our questions, and to work with us when we had scheduling issues. The entire family loved our stay there.

This location was great, we felt very safe. The villa was very clean and the host was extremely helpful and there when we needed. This places is much better in person and the balcony view is just amazing. There was an electric grill which we used and worked great. Right behind the condominium is a small but a little rocky beach aa well as another near by beach and restaurants. All the rooms had Ac and Fan. At night it did get a little hot in the room near the balcony and the top flood but not manageable. A wonderful breeze if you leave the balcony screen open. The pool was wonderful and right next to the beach. Only small issue is you have to walk to the gate for cab pick ups as they couldn't get in. The bathrooms on the first floor were great and the top shower is more for small children, no one 5ft or taller could use but with two other showers is was fine.

The condo felt like home. It was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The condo and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We were 2 couples and 3 young adults and everyone enjoyed their stay. We have local friends and had visitors and always felt comfortable and spacious. Staying at the East End gives us many close places to go to and the area felt safe.

Great location. Don was very helpful with everything. My main comment is I would have liked to have known in advance of selecting this unit all the rules. I have teenagers and if you make noise hanging out on the balcony or even running the washer at the wrong time you will anger neighbors. This was not in the description. The Washer was so loud it drown out the TV. There were broken tiles on the floor in one bedroom and the coffee maker needs to be replaced.

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was perfectly located during our sons regatta. The apartment was clean and cool during the hot days. The kitchen serviced us many meals, and the laundry was kept clean and dry durning the regatta. Would recommend this place and may be back next year for the same regatta.

We had friends that live in Cowpet East, which was more recently renovated. But this condo has the most amazing breeze! Sitting on the porch was heavenly. We walked down to our friend’s place easily, ate at Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria’s. The beach by CFM is easy and has chairs you don’t have to rent. Close to Red Hook, dinner out and other beaches. Easy boat trip to St John. It picked us up right at the Yacht Club which is next door to the condo. Safe and clean. We had a great trip. Be sure and switch the fan to draw cool air up, the upstairs was a little warm.

Very nice apartment in a safe and beautiful place. You could walk to several beaches and restaurants. We played tennis just in front. The kids loved the pool and running around.. Don was great!

First, the hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Second, the property itself is in a low key condo complex with pool, tennis court and small rocky beach, near the town of Red Hook. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, well appointed and just plain comfortable. So much space- loft upstairs with beds for ?4 and 2 bedrooms downstairs. The location is handy for visiting many other beaches, Coral World, snorkeling etc. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed ten day at Don’s place on Saint Thomas (Red Hook). The location was ideal. Don was so great to work with and promptly responded to any questions. Highly recommend this location and condo! Can’t wait to come back!

Don was very accommodating and helpful with everything. Place was very clean and very spacious. It was so nice to arrive and have a well stocked kitchen, and be able to use beach towels, snorkels, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This property is wonderful. It is very spacious and very clean. It is perfect for a large family or a family that needs a lot of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend other stay here. Our family of four (including our two children) all had the space we needed and felt very comfortable at the same time. This property could easily accommodate 3-4 more people. The owner, Don, is also very attentive and responsive. All questions answered and all issues resolved without hesitation. He gives excellent, detailed directions and even provides some helpful suggestions. The only con is that the beach on the property is very rocky and not a great place to swim. BUT, Secret Harbor is literally 2 minutes away and the Red Hook ferry is only about 5 minutes further down the road. It is a great location to get to anything on the East End or St. John (by ferry, of course). One of the questions I had about booking prior to my trip was damage from the 2017 storms. I could not find a lot of info on VRBO about properties and their state of (dis)repair, so I was hesitant about booking many places. For those reading this review now, I can report that I saw no damage to this property. Everything was clean, well maintained and functioning in good condition. This also applied to the common areas of the complex. I found this to also be true with most areas of the islands as well (for those still hesitant to visit the VI because of concerns about storm damage). If you are planning a trip, this property would be an excellent choice in my opinion.

Excellent value on St. Thomas, VI. Location is very good with easy driving access to beaches and restaurants. Property is clean and well maintained. Owner Don was in communication regarding arrival and had excellent summary of property and things to do. The beach by condo is small, as is pool. It is a short walk to a larger, nicer beach by the Elysian/Cowpet condos. The condo itself was great for our family of 4 with room for more. Beds are comfortable with clean linens. Plenty of towels for pool/beach and for indoors. Kitchen is well stocked. A great grocery store is just a 5 minute drive away with excellent quality fruits, veggies, meats and fish. The decor and property are a bit dated but comfortable.

Great space inside and out, a wonderful view from the balcony. shopping was near by; as well as several restaurant options. Don was great at communicating and answering my questions prior to our stay to assist in my family planning for sight seeing and adventures while in St. Thomas.

We’ve stayed with these owners year after year and the condo never disappoints. Tastefully appointed, tennis on site, quiet bay for swimming and shell hunting. The location is proximal to Red Hook which is great for dining options, local shopping as well as boat (power or sail) rentals from American Yacht Harbor. The condo is continually updated, very clean and spacious. The owners are very attentive and are happy to provide local insights for beaches or restaurants, etc. A consistently wonderful time for our family, and we can’t wait to return.

Always a terrific visit when you stay in a warm, comfortable and well-decorated condo while in St. Thomas. The area has breath-taking views when walking around exploring nearby. The view alone from the balcony is worth the trip.

Enjoyed our stay in this great space with plenty of sleeping room to stretch out and comfortable seating to enjoy meals together and play cards. The view from the balcony is also nice with great breeze all day keeping us cool. We went to other beaches on the island as wanted to explore. I would not stay here without a rental car to get around. This is very close to redhook (10min drive) and enjoyed restaurants and grocery shopping there. Note if you need darkness to sleep don’t pick the balcony side bedroom as the blinds do not block outside light. We had everything we needed including beach chairs. My only wish for would have been better cooking frying pans, what’s there is pretty beat up and eggs stick. Thanks Don for sharing your space. We really enjoyed it.

My family (5 adults and 2 children) stayed very comfortably at Don's condo. It is located on the East end of St. Thomas and was in a safe area with a great pool! We were not far from great local restaurants, we drove to Magen's Bay twice (absolutely beautiful) and the grocery stores were very close by. Everyone we encountered on the island was very friendly. We all went to the Bahamas last year and my family said St. Thomas was better! The condo is perfect for 7-8 people with 3 bathrooms, ample space to move about and the patio/balcony was great. My wife and I with 2 other couples stayed in the condo for 2 weeks in March. Condo was very nice just like the pictures you see. We used the exercise room and pool everyday. Rented car for 12 days for touring the island and going out to eat. Don was great to deal with, would recommend this condo to stay in. Will rent again . Donnie & Kathy Moring

We just had a wonderful week spending New Years on St. Thomas. The condo itself was fantastic and by judging the unit alone, it'd be hard to tell that it weathered two cat. 5 hurricanes. It fit 7 adults very comfortably. The place is in a great location, making it easy to get to multiple beaches, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John and the BVI. The island is still in recovery, but doing worlds better then i was expecting. We had no problems finding a variety of places to eat or see live music. The beaches are all absolutely beautiful. Honestly I would say now is the time to go if you're considering a trip. None of the major hotels have re-opened yet, so you get all the amazing winter weather the island is known for without all the extra crowds of tourists. I'd highly recommend staying here if you make that trip as well.

We loved our stay. Everything was very classy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, walking over to the yacht club, playing tennis and swimming. It was nice being able to use some of the beach chairs and equipment and towels.
