A fantastic property on a fantastic island. A beautiful beach nearby provides a luxurious alternative to the well looked after pool at the property. The island provides a great base for the active scuba diver, and of course the property is located on the golf course. I've been here with friends and family and this for me is the perfect base for exploring the island and surrounding area.

A fantastic property on a fantastic island. A beautiful beach nearby provides a luxurious alternative to the well looked after pool at the property. The island provides a great base for the active scuba diver, and of course the property is located on the golf course. I've been here with friends and family and this for me is the perfect base for exploring the island and surrounding area.

We arrived on Dec 20th with a family of 11, and unfortunately the house was not ready for visitors. I don't know whether the ownership or the property management firm recently changed, I sent an email to the owner asking for clarification but he never responded. When we arrived I was asked to pay extra for air conditioning use which was not identified as an additional charge in the vrbo listing or the rental agreement I signed. Didn't matter, because the air conditioning didn't work. Two cribs were included in the rental, but when we arrived there were no cribs and again we were asked to pay extra. The a/c finally got partially fixed, the cribs were delivered, the dishwasher did get fixed, etc. - things got resolved but not what we should have had to deal with during a one week vacation at this price. Understandable if something breaks during the week and needs to be fixed. These items were not working when we arrived, and this is not acceptable. Too bad, because the house was perfectly suited for us - a nice location, large pool, close to the beach and on a very nice golf course.

Lovely large property, easy to access, with plenty of local shopping and in a quiet, secluded area of the private golf course.
Our first stay in Providenciales, but we'll be back and would definitely recommend a stay.

Excellent accommodation and location close to the amazing Grace Bay beach.
Lovely large property, easy to access, with plenty of local shopping and in a quiet, secluded area of the private golf course.
Our first stay in Providenciales, but we'll be back and would definitely recommend a stay.

My husband and I rented this lovely villa to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We had a fantastic first week enjoying the beach and as we are both keen golfers, actually being on the golf course was amazing. Friends and family joined us the second week and made use of all 5 rooms. Our children and step children love water sports so were in their element. The manager of the property was fantastic and sorted out a fantastic chef for our celebratory dinner, as well as advising my husband where to buy nice gifts! The photos do not do the villa justice, it really is very lovely. The house is delightfully decorated, and the large pool was perfect. We are widely travelled and only use 5 star hotels, this is the first time we have rented a villa and will definitely come back here again.

Large private swimming pool, and with beach only 5minutes away , the family were more than happy.Diving here is amongst the best in the World with many dive companies vying for your attention. We spent one day out on the reef with a 3 dive day. With the golf course right beside us we manager a few rounds on the well maintained course. All in all a holiday to remember for all. Highly Recommended for adults and children.
