Cet établissement se trouve à 16 km du Hard Rock Resort & Casino, du Dania Casino, de Calder, du Hard Rock Stadium, du Broward Center for the Performing Arts, de la musique locale et des foires d'art, qui constituent tous une partie importante de la scène sociale du sud de la Floride. Toutes les grandes universités se trouvent à moins de 3 km de notre Garden Home ici à Davie. Nous avons la Nova Southeastern University, le Broward College, la CRF et la FAU. Davie est une ville de chevaux tranquille nichée entre Fort Lauderdale et Miami. Il y a une ambiance occidentale dans toute la rue principale, de grands espaces verts, de nombreux parcs et plus de 250 km de sentiers.

James was so responsive and the property was impeccably clean and great to crash at the end of a boisterous day with my kids. I cannot think of a single issue we had with the house the entire time we were there, and my kids were thrilled from the first moment we arrived. Full size washer and dryer were an extra plus for us since it was hot out, and the kids were swimming every day, so we did quite a bit of laundry while we were there. We will definitely be staying again!

We planned the trip to move our son into NSU. The location was perfect for stores and also fun! The place was very clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing! We met the hosts and they were very kind and welcoming! Thank you for a stress free stay while we helped our son get situated at school. We want to come Back for some More fun !

This house is welcoming and very clean, with like new living room furniture. Backyard is very well cared for, with a pool, hot tub, bar, TV, and music make it very relaxing. We had an awesome time and would go back there if we are in Fort Lauderdale again. Owners are on site in their own duplex which is nice in case you need anything! Kids (ages 11 and 12) said it was a 10 plus plus plus vacation!! It was nice they left a bowl of snacks, bottled water, bag of ice and coffee which

The home was clean, well equipped and located in safe environment. We arrived and were immediately impressed with the interior. Once we walked the exterior of the property, we were even more impressed. The pool, deck and bar area were used every day of our stay. The landscaping and lawn care was second to none. It really felt like getaway to the tropics. Definitely one of our favorite vacations thus far!

My trip to Florida was to visit my daughter who attends Nova Southeastern University. We did not spend as much time at the house as we thought we would just due to our schedule. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. We visited in December and I loved that the house had holiday decorations up both inside and out! The furnishings were very nice and the little touches like a snack basket, bottled water in the refrigerator and even travel size toothpaste and mouthwash if we had forgotten ours. The home was in a convenient area and we felt safe in the neighborhood (I only mention that because my daughter said some neighborhoods in Davie are not great). Unfortunately, we did not use the pool or hot tub only due to our busy schedule. However, we did venture into the backyard the first night just to check it out and it looked really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was fabulous. The location suited our needs and we were very close to almost everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing. The property managers were very kind, thoughtful and had great attention to detail.
The only complaint I had was the marketing. I assumed we were in a house by ourselves. It wasn't until later that I realized it was actually a duplex/apartment arrangement and the owners live onsite. Because we were using it for a wedding headquarters and we were the parents of the bride and so many people were in from out of state (including us) my preference would have been a home to ourselves because of the hustle and bustle of many people. It turned out not to be an issue as the owners are fantastic.
We would definitely re-book here and had that conversation on our way to to airport.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are filled with tropical plants and lovely flowers. Inside is very clean and comfortable. They provide linens, towels, blankets and all kitchen necessities. The pool is nice, it’s 4ft deep and is ideal for relaxing. Tiki bar is nice touch. It is well lit and secure. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

This property was perfect! We stayed with another couple. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we each had our privacy. The backyard oasis was beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into making the backyard a perfect place to relax. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

This is very close to NSU and the house is clean and has all the amenities. The back yard is amazing, there is a new flower everytime you go outside. The salt water pool and the outdoor TV were great. Jim and his wife are fantastic. A/C works great. convenient parking, quick 5 minute drive to NSU. We hope to stay here again.

We stayed after a New York Trip for 1 week in this beautiful Garden Home. The house was very clean and all what you need is available. The kitchen is full equipped, the bathrooms offers you shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and also hair dryer, tooth paste and mouthwash. There are more than sufficient towels available. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the garden, pool, whirlpool and bar, this is a paradise! The garden and pool area are equipped with mosquito repellents to feel free for your safety use, sun screen are also available. Jim and Denise are always welcome to you and they are very kindly, friendly and helpful hosts, any requests you have they will solve. We will come back! Thank you for being there! What a wonderful place for a vacation! After leaving the cold of the north the Garden Home was a welcome and enjoyable place to stay. Check in was easy. Jim sent me the instructions before and all the information was easy to follow. The place was very clean and extrememely well stocked. Water bottles cold in the fridge and even snacks on the table for us. There were many beach towels and bath towels for our stay. Jim and Denise were very helpful in explaining how to use items and also about the area in general. The backyard is beautiful with the pool, hot tub and patio area. The landscaping is lush and very tropical looking. My college son and I went to the beach a few times and used the beach chairs and cooler that was available. The only negative I can add it that I don't think the photos show how inviting and lovely this house and grounds are in real life. You won't go wrong booking this location!

I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was beyond my expectations. It was a little farther West from the area I was visiting but the Garden was beautiful and inviting, and the pool was perfect. I would have liked to enjoy the back yard a little more but maybe next trip. The host provides everything you need to be comfortable and at home and they give you 100% privacy. The area was safe and you have everything you need within minutes. The hard rock is right around the corner and the Hollywood Beach is about a 20 min drive. We had a nightly spider guard at the gate but as long as you remember to duck to the left he will let you pass. He didn't bother us and we just let him do his thing but if it’s a problem, Im sure he can be relocated. I almost forgot we were in the city with how peaceful and quiet it was. Will definitely considering renting again.

Like staying at Grandma’s 1980’s un updated house with a nice yard and a pool.
The reviews and proximity to my family (in town for a wedding) is what sold us on this property. When we got in the house, my first thought is they must have paid people for positive reviews. The house is old and not taken care of in any way. They must live off the profits and not put back into the property. Mattresses are easily 20 years old. You sink in almost immediately. The showers heads are original from when the home was built. They are nothing more than a mist. We went to Walmart the next day to get shower heads so we could get a decent shower. Freezer doesn’t work. Washer and dryer leave your clothes smelling musty, the dryer takes 3 cycles to dry kids clothes. All the linens and towels (mismatched) are musty smelling. Glad we brought our own. I asked for 2 things specifically which was a tea kettle and Keurig. Denise gave me a tea kettle that was rusted on the inside. Someone “tried” to descale the Keurig and left vinegar in it. I brewed coffee, added freshly brought cream and it immediately curdled. Smelled it and it was laced with vinegar. They are constantly watching you and texting you. We left the trunk open for a few minutes to unload groceries and got a text on if we knew it was open. They don’t allow guests to visit, like at a senior home. While I understand their concern not wanting their property beat up, we were on a family friendly vacation with kids and zero alcohol. So if you plan on having any contact with family or friends at the property they will text you and tell you go somewhere else. The owner Jim is constantly walking around like he is checking in on you. It is uncomfortable. They don’t have a separate entrance for you, they use the same pathway that you use to get to the pool. Which would be very creepy for most people, especially those with kids. The doors handles seem to be original for the home as well. My 7 year old got locked in the bathroom because the door handle sticks as of its locked. I emailed them more details on this stay in the hopes that they will make some improvements to this property for people on future stays. I would challenge Denise and Jim to live on this side of their property as a vacation renter would and see how they like it. Denise text me that I should let her know of any issues, there was too many to mention. Since this is your business almost all of these things you should already been aware of. But you just want to sit on the profits and not do anything to improve this home.

My sister and I totally enjoyed our stay at this rental in Davie. It was very close to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The property was easy to find, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere
Stayed for my daughters college graduation. Property is even better in person than in the pictures, especially the backyard and pool area. Was able to invite a couple of daughters friends for a celebratory BBQ. Owners were great too.
