Large spacious apartment within easy walking distance to lovely Clearwater beach and the host of resort amenities.The good size balcony was shaded and a little cool in a March breeze. There is new construction happening in the area but no significant noise or disruption. Overall we enjoyed our week in Clearwater Beach.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc. It was an easy two block walk to the beach and close to restaurants. There is a large construction project going on between the condo and the beach right now so the view and noise level isn't the best but it didn't effect our stay. We had a great stay!

Despite a few things being broken in the storage closet (umbrella and boogie boards) the unit was well equipped to swim, beach, or cook a meal. We will ABSOLUTELY be back to this wonderful unit!

This is a super nice condo. The balcony was a great place to hang out, the open space in the kitchen and living room made it great for our family gathering, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The condo is an easy walk to the beach and to a lot of restaurants. We had an incredible stay.

Fabulous condo with everything you'll need!
This condo was beautiful, immaculate, and spacious plus it was well equipped with everything we could possibly need including towels, pans and dishes, kitchen utensils, full-size appliances, beach towels and equipment, and more. We especially liked having a full bathroom within every bedroom, providing privacy for our extended family. The condo is in a perfect location….just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and Pier 60. The owner communicated well and was very responsive, from booking through the end of our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo had Netflix set up which was a bonus. Plenty of items for the beach. The only bedroom on the east side of the house was hotter than the rest of the condo the entire stay. The sliding door from the livingroom to the balcony does not close well. The adult women could not close it. The property was located 2 blocks from the beach and pool access was great as well. More per towels and toilet paper would have been appreciated but lovely stay otherwise. Thank you!

Wonderful Property
Great condo in a great location. We had a toddler under 2 and the pack and play and booster seat worked wonderfully. There is some construction adjacent to the complex but that shouldn't scare you away. It's a quick walk to the beach and the main drag of Clearwater Beach. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful family-friendly condo!
The property is much larger than it looks on photos - we had plenty of room for my parents, husband, and two small children. Very easy communication with the property owner. The coffee maker stopped working properly and he had a replacement sent over within the hour! Really exemplary. The pool and hot tub were heated which was much appreciated during the relatively chilly January days. The property was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. The beach and "main drag" were an easy 2 block walk. Pretty much everything is within walking distance which is great. We would love to return to this property in the future!

I was quite impressed with this condo. Lots of room, quiet, everything was in working order and great for a family of 7 with kids. We loved staying here! From the spacious layout, beach toys/chairs/etc to the heated pool. Our kids moved from the beach straight to the pool every day. The three bedrooms are great. Room enough for everyone. We look forward to next year!

The unit was as advertised, spacious, clean and everything met our expectations.
Kitchen was well supplied with utensils for cooking. Several guest parking spaces were available in the garage...unfortunately my niece parked on the street without feeding the meter and was quickly dispatched a ticket.
The area is quiet and a short 2 block walk to the beach. The unit faces north, so during our stay in November, the outside sitting area was always in the shade.
Hopefully looking for a repeat visit next year!

This was the perfect property for my family to spend a week at the beach. We were in town for a wedding but really enjoyed the stay afterwards, primarily because we relaxed in a large condo comfortable enough for the whole family. Thank you!

What an amazing place -we will be back
Stayed for 9 nights with my family, my husband and 2 kids, ages 2 and 10 months and 3 other adults. We were more than comfortable. The condo is significantly larger than I anticipated. The pool was warm and you are just 3 blocks away from the beach. The owner has thought of everything. The provided beach cart, cooler, sand toys and beach towels were so appreciated. There was a nice pack and play for my 10month old and they had a twin rollaway bed that was low enough to the ground for my 2 year old to use. There was a highchair and booster seat as well. Plenty of bath towels for all and laundry on site was invaluable. This condo is perfectly located with restaurants and groceries within walking distance and a larger publix 4 mins away. Only 30mins from the Tampa airport. Covered parking provided. Can't say enough, we will be back!

Perfect place for a family
We absolutely loved our stay at Sun West Palms. Craig and Marge were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to emails and calls. Their place was perfect for our family of 7. It is large and has everything you could possibly need. The beach stuff, the booster, pack n play, even kids cups were so very helpful to have and the unit is central to everything. We could not have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back!!

This was a great vacation spot! Very close to beach access, shopping and food. The condo was so much better then the pictures can even show and the communication with the owners was awesome!
