Great location to Seaworld. Clean property. Big enough for a large family

Check in and check out were super easy! Only thing we had any trouble with was working the TV. Would be helpful to have an instruction card and cable channel guide.

It far exceeded my expectations. The home is very spacious, expertly decorated, and in a good location with plenty of amenities. It really was a home away from home. My family and I are already making plans to book this rental again. I loved the ease of check in and checkout.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to rent an Airbnb due to buying a new home while we wait to close on our new home. Our initial impression upon arrival was that the place seemed clean and nicely decorated but that’s where it ends. There were several issues wrong with this particular condo but I chose to only bring up a few to the host. The garbage disposal was not working and the wifi signal was terrible along with the dirty air vent and dirty toilet’s that I ended up cleaning. When the maintenance tech arrived to inspect the garbage disposal, I asked him if he could take a look at the big stain on the master’s bathroom wall. He touched it and it was wet and said that was indeed mold. In addition the master bedroom’s closet had a leak coming from somewhere which was discovered the following morning while another maintenance tech was there. I found all my bags to be damp and had a terrible moldy smell to it. I immediately messaged the host to have us switch condos. While the request was granted, we got switched to building 5025 which resulted to be awfully noisy. It is currently 1 am and I cannot sleep because one of the neighbors has his TV very loud. This is has become an everyday custom and a nightmare. I will definitely not book at Vista Cay in the future and will warn others not to do so. I can not wait until my stay here is over.

We didn't have to stop at any office, just drove straight up to our unit upon arrival. A+ - This particular condo was roomy, with a modern touch and plenty of room. Everything was clean

Home was beautiful,everything was set up so nice and neat. The house was so huge and more than what I expected. Some part of the house we didn't get a chance to use. Beds so comfortable. If you rented this house you wouldn't want to leave, I hated when my stay was over. Office it a 10 star if I could, I give it a 5 star. Love it!

We had issues with the main television and not having a remote for another which were never addressed despite 2 calls to the management office. My biggest pet peeve is an additional fee for an early check in. If the unit is ready, with the amount already paid, an additional charge to check in early is ridiculous.

We did not have a need to contact the property management company because everything was well laid out on a tablet within the condo. In addition, the grounds were well taken care of and very clean. Lots of crown molding and wainscoting within condo and building to give you a luxurious feeling. In the evening they had activities by the pool such as movies for the kids and a DJ party which was fun. It looks nice from the pictures on the website but that doesn't do it justice. I was really impressed when we arrived. Vista Cay is the perfect place to stay if you are going to convention center or the parks. Very close to Sea World and Universal with plenty of places to eat. The only thing they could improve would be some kitchen essentials such as a few more pots and pans. Really appreciated that no where within the condo or complex did it smell musty.

This condo was outstanding, with lots of space for 7 people, excellent furnishings, well-equipped, immaculate, and with easy access to a beautiful swimming pool and an arcade. In addition, its location is in an area of Orlando that provides incredible access to all of the key entertainment sites in Orlando.

Oh, were they excited! And the staying at this property made it more enjoyable. The depiction from online photos short changes the whole unit. I just cannot say enough! It was clean & well maintained. Really close to grocery store and family dining! I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to other family and fiends. not
