Notre condo offre un environnement propre à la maison qui est frais et confortable. Que vous le vouliez léger et aéré, ou semblable à une grotte et confortable, vous pouvez facilement soulever ou abaisser les volets extérieurs de l'intérieur. Avec la facilité d'une entrée sans clé en utilisant votre propre code numérique personnalisé, vous n'avez aucun souci à perdre des clés lorsque vous êtes dehors et à profiter des nombreuses activités locales. Le condo est au 3e étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Idéalement situé sur l'île, vous pouvez marcher, conduire ou prendre les navettes gratuites autour de l'île ou de Port Isabel.
L'unité est équipée de: une cuisine complète si vous souhaitez préparer vos repas préférés (l'épicerie est à quelques minutes), une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, un lit queen confortable et deux lits superposés, une laveuse / sécheuse, une baignoire et une douche, le WiFi , la télévision par câble et les téléviseurs Roku dans le salon et la chambre pour diffuser vos abonnements de divertissement préférés comme Netflix, Hula, HBO Go, etc. La plage est à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la copropriété au rivage. À votre retour, il y a une douche extérieure ou un tuyau pour rincer vos pieds et l'équipement de plage.
Comme gâterie supplémentaire pendant le week-end du Memorial Day d'été jusqu'au week-end de la fête du Travail, vous avez une vue de face depuis le balcon du spectacle SPI Fireworks tous les jeudis et vendredis soirs à 21h15.
Limite d'occupation: le code local de sécurité-incendie permet à 6 personnes au maximum d'être dans le condo à un moment donné. This is what a beach house is all about. 5 minutes walking to the beach, food options all over. 5 minute drive to the southern resorts, 5 minute drive to the action at Claytons. The beach house had everything we needed and we wish we could have stayed longer. Fireworks off the front porch on Friday and Saturday as well! Bonus! Thanks Gary for your hospitality and we hope to stay again sooner than later!

Such a good place to bring the family, we stayed for 5 days and had everything we needed here. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Very clean property, the kids loved the bunk bed setup, definitely would stay here again

We had a great time, the place was perfect & in a great location! The host was absolutely amazing, he made sure he was available if we needed anything! Even with the storms, he kept us updated & I'm glad he confirmed everything was good for us to head out there or else we would have missed out. I will definitely book with him again for future travel to SPI.

This was our first time on the island and we will be back! Great location to everywhere you would want to go in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. Communication with Gary was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

First off, its hard for me to say this because i want to keep this place all to myself, but the condo was 1 of the best places to stay on the island. Walking distance to the beach and it was full of everything you would need. Shoutout to Gary for being a great host. 5 stars.

Beyond impressed with this location! Gary was just a text message away & even sent a msg a couple days into our vacation to make sure we did not need anything. The rental came stocked with paper products, dry kitchen goods (should we want to use them) beach gear also!! The bathroom had starter packs for soap, plenty of SOFT towels, washcloths, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the blankets were so cozy. Smart tvs had everthing and more. Great couch! Great recliners!!! Everthing you would possibly need in a kitchen also! We were thankful for a washer and dryer. We brought laundry soap and fabric softener, but that was there also---even stain spray. Under a 4 minute walk to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and plenty of beach time!!! Four minute drive to the other side of the island to watch the sunset. Highly recommend this rental!!!

This was our second time staying here, and the condo was another 5 star stay! The property was very clean, and was in a great location near the beach. The AC does a perfect job in keeping the condo cool and dehumidified. The property manager was also great in communication and in providing information. I definitely recommend this place!

The closing to my bday week was spent at SPI! The location was perfect, the condo was perfect, and even the small things to accommodate was perfect! Thank you so much even the communication was perfect 🤗

This was one of the best VRBO homes I’ve stayed in. It was so clean and was the perfect size for me and my partner! The location was minutes from the beach and restaurants/bars in SPI. Bed was super comfy especially after long days parading around town. Gary was wonderful with communication though we never had any issues. Would definitely stay again should we end up back in South Padre.

Our stay was amazing. We had a busy week in town and coming home at night was wonderful. The location is quiet and quaint but still close enough that we could enjoy the night life. Gary is a great communicator. The condo was clean and tidy and the rules were simple and well laid out. Beautiful stay. Will recommend and try to stay again.

Great Condo!
Loved the room and the location. We have stayed at South Padre before at a different condo and it was nowhere near as clean and the proximity to the beach was not as advertised. Gary was a great host and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall I was very happy with our stay and the price is very reasonable for what this place has to offer 😊. I would definitely stay again!

Def a return at this listing! Perfect for my family and the property manager was so attentive and accessible. Listing was clean and the property manager provides some beach items which are in the listing, super thoughtful. Direct Beach access too.

Second time was just as perfect as the first.
This is the second time we stayed here and it did not disappoint once again. Gary Is a great host with a great property. The condo has everything you need for a comfy stay whether it’s a night or two weeks. And the location can’t be beat. Less than a five minute walk and you’re on the beach living it up to the fullest. Its also prime location to restaurants and shops of all sorts. I’ll be choosing this condo every time we go to SPI.

This is my second review because we rented two condos from Gary in the same location and utilized both them for our family trip.
We absolutely loved him and blessing.
This is our second year using his condos.
He’s very easy to communicate with and to deal with any issues he doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking questions or checking in and he is usually up super late at night and handles everything as soon as he thinks of it or if you ask him.
He does have the place to set up with everything that possibly Could think of, There’s definitely some little extras! You don’t even think about needing until you’re there.
Overall we would definitely rent again as we have been in are very grateful for him:

Clean and comfy!
Gary was a great host, with quick communication. The condo was very clean and as described. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extras such as boogie boards, outdoor chairs and a box fan. Not cluttered giving room for your own things. Plenty of kitchen space for cooking. The walk to the beach was very short -can very easily carry chairs and cooler there. Will stay here again!
