We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony and the easy access to the beach.

Wanted a place where we could recharge and just watch the beach. And this property was perfect. Clean, quiet, comfortable and not cluttered. Parking in the building and very helpful staff in the front office. But, most of all, the balcony. An unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We spent hours on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. Just perfect.

This place is right on the beach. You could yell down to someone on the beach and talk to them. Large, private balcony was awesome. That’s what I wanted when I booked this place and it delivered. The actual condo was fine. A few small issues: They had no shampoo or washcloths, even though the listing said they provided everything but beach towels. The towels were really rough. The couch felt a bit sandy, though on the beach maybe that’s just going to happen. Bed had no headboard. Wi-Fi was mostly okay, it would fall out of service every once in a while. But the A/c and hot water worked well, so those little things weren’t much of an issue for us. Property manager was responsive.

This condo is an AMAZING find! It is more spacious than it appears in photos, well stocked, and was very clean upon our arrival. NOT ONLY does it provide direct beach access & a gorgeous view, it is also located within walking distance to Wanna Wanna & a few other eateries and attractions. We stayed for 8 days and during that time did not encounter anything we needed that was not provided. It has a full set of dishes, cookware, a filter coffee pot, can opener, blender, etc. Starter paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags were provided. There was an abundance of clean white towels for our bathroom use, and the sheets were fresh and crisp. One review mentioned a "lumpy" mattress, however this was not the case for us, we found the bed very comfortable. There was an air mattress provided however we did not need it, as both the couch and main chair recline and are very comfortable, so much so that the kids insisted on sleeping on those! There was a slight issue with one of the televisions so I contacted the owner. Not only is James very friendly and personable, but he took immediate action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I could tell that he very much values customer service, and makes the needs of his renters a very high priority. Several reviews mentioned tight parking which had me nervous, however we drive a full size truck and never encountered an issue. James, thank you again for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we look forward to staying again soon!

Stay was fine.

Check in and out was super easy. I spoke with James, the owner of this unit about dirty floors. James told me housekeeping would return the next day to clean the floors again (?) That never happened. After looking around this unit, there were sooooo many issues,too many to count really. From soiled bed linens,stained old bath towels, dirty dishes, dirty everything, etc. ,etc.,etc.I sent James many pictures of these issues, and zero response from him. Extremely disappointed with this unit, #803. I will never stay here again.

The view from the balcony was excellent. We drank coffee & watched several beautiful sunrises & sunsets. The walk to the beach was quick & easy & the water was warm. We weren't impressed with the onsite pool, the lumpy mattress & the garage parking, which was a challenge - there were very few spaces. But we loved the nearby restaurants & coffee shops, especially Kelly's. The shopping was easy too. Overall we'd give the entire experience 4 out of 5 stars. And we had a great time! Thank you!

This is an awesome place. Condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, but the best thing is that it is right on the beach. And you have a million dollar view from the huge balcony. We will be staying there again.

The condo was perfect for 2 people! It was small and efficient and perfect for the 2 of us! The balcony is big and the view was everything! We couldn’t get the hot water to work the first day, but was fixed the next day! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, but the living room has a big TV and a sectional with 2 automatic recliners. It was so comfy after a day in the sun to sit and watch a movie!

Wonderful location, check in went smooth. If you want a place on the beach to relax and have amazing views of the ocean this is it!

Perfect spot right on the beach. Easy check in and check out and place was just the right size for my family of 4. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice, but a few issues. You can't beat the location! Right on the beach! However, the building is showing ist's age. One of the elevators is out of commission for 13-14 weeks, the only other elevator stopped working for one of the days we were here. Keep in mind, this is an 11 story building. There is a broken and dilapidated hot tub on the north end of the building that just looks disgusting. I don't know if they are planning on fixing it or getting rid of it. The building management does there best to keep the place clean though. All in all, it was a great vacation. The condo we rented was kept in great shape by the owner and was well equipped and comfortable. The commanding view of the beach was outstanding. The pool and other functioning hot tub were a very clean area.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Though small, the balcony is large and has comfy seating for beach and Gulf viewing. Great place for coffee in the morning. We did have a problem with the shower not working which was fixed in a matter of a few hours. Great communications!

It was great.

Hot tub was FAR from hot. Took us over an hour to find the fob allowing us access to beach and hot tub. Had no way to contact owner. Left message for cleaning gal, never heard back. We left for breakfast on checkout day and when we returned, someone had cleaned us out, coffee, beer, bottled water, SALAD. But left a $30 bottle of wine. Kind of crazy. I assume it was cleaning gal??? One of the patio doors does not lock. Get that fixed.

Loved the view!

This is our 4th stay on this property. The location and view are fabulous. The 24 by 12 foot ocean front balcony is where we live the entire week. Looking forward to next year.

Highly recommend. Great property, no issues. Wonderful view and close to everything.

Overall an okay stay. We could not sleep late any of the days we were there because of the construction in room above this condo. Noise level was loud, even with earplugs.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. I would make the following comments Very tight for four adults. Poor TV and internet. The mattresses are unsatisfactory. The rest of the stay was satisfactory.

We had a way-too-short 3 nights here. Loved watching the beach, sky, and ocean from the beautiful deck.
