It was a nice apartment with a breautiful view. It was clean and had some nice beds. Lots of space and located in the right area of the city. The host was helpfull, and we had no problems at all. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains.

The place was pleasant to stay. We appreciated the signage for fans, opening/closing doors, etc. It was very well kept. The view was beautiful! The elevator was a bit shaky. Not the homeowners issue; just letting them know. We would've appreciated knowing it was haunted. Definitely not a nice spirit. LOL! Thanks for the stay!

Property was as described- great location. Larry was quick to respond to my questions that I had trying to accommodate for my elderly parents needing wheelchair access, even at 12:30am he answered right away. Stacy was quick to respond when we got to the property and could not find the elevator…we just didn’t go far enough in the parking lot.
Only issue-and it is a personal issue sensitive to fragrances - air freshener used was very heavy. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great getaway location!

We had a very nice vacation stay at Big Bear 5003. It was an easy location to get to but secluded enough to be peaceful. The log cabins around it were nicely kept, also. We used the pool and it was very pleasant. I think a few more signs showing quest the way to the pool would help. The beds and baths were nice sizes and comfortable. The furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. I think a few more utensils- knifes, forks, spoons are needed- we ran short most of the time- but that's an easy fix. Everything else was nicely supplied. The balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed the sunsets. The furniture there was very nice. Everywhere we needed to go was easily reached from our location.

Beautiful mountain feel all throughout the the condo! What my husband and I enjoyed most was breakfast in the morning on the patio with our coffee's. I have a service dog due to having seizures. He absolutely loved the patio and laying in the sunshine napping. Great place to stay. Not too far from everything but not super close either. Perfect location. The condo was amazing. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Make sure you bring salt, pepper or any seasoning unlike me and forgetting it. Beds are very comfy. Definitely will be booking again whenever we go back.

When you see the 'Exceptional' rating, believe it! This place is awesome! To begin with, Stacy was great with giving very thorough instructions and was very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, it was extremely clean. I'm picky and look at corners in the bathroom and that sort of thing. Even the corners were clean. The view is breathtaking from either the huge, comfortable balcony or the front entrance. I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The condo was also very well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. The location is fantastic! Kroger is right across the street and it's just minutes from the Parkway and all of the fun. If you're hesitant in booking this, do yourself a favor and just do it!!
