The king sized bed was not comfortable. Everything else was great.

The rooms were great, the property was very clean and the facilities were very good particularly the lazy river and pool.
Where we arrived the welcoming staff were excellent but the staff the following day, less so. The bar / bistro was rarely open and rarely staffed. We had a very busy few days with our family and most of the time could not get even a coffee or a snack of any description. Thankfully the Brick and Spoon across the way was open and very helpful but really think a hotel of this calibre should sell snacks and refreshments for visitors throughout their stay.

The pool with the lazy river was wonderful. Very relaxing. The pool was also very clean
The Bistro restaurant was a joke. It was only opened from 7-10 am and 5-10pm. Limited menu and it had bar food.Also our carpet in our room was dirty. Needed good shampoo.

It’s a modern, beautiful hotel. Loved the clean fresh scent in the lobby. The lazy river was fun and the HEATED outdoor pool was very enjoyable. The room was very clean.
The view from the room. I thought I booked a room with a view of the river or mountains. We could see the river in the distance but the immediate view was a rooftop.
We ran out of toilet paper and there was not an extra roll in the room. We called down to the front desk at night but it didn’t arrive so we called again the next morning and then received it.

I liked the location. few minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Also short drive to Gatlinburg and other attractions. the property was well maintained and clean. the room was spacious which we really loved.
there was a bad odor outside hotel. i wasn’t able to order food from Marriott app. our bathroom had some minor mold and our hook on our bathroom door was broken.

Location was beautiful! Staff were friendly! Good breakfast! Our family enjoyed the lazy pool, inside pool and fire. The beds were comfortable. Our room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was clean, and there were so many things to do on the grounds. Staff was so helpful. We will stay again.
The hallways, lobby, and lobby bathrooms smelled so bad. The air fresher they had everywhere was so strong it gave all of us headaches. I respect having things smell great, but it was so overwhelming. I am so thankful it wasn't in our room.
