We loved staying at Beth's property! Very private, quiet, clean, and well-stocked. Instuctions for the property were very clear and the host was very responsive.

We went for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Place was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, owner communicates quickly, and every thing you need is provided. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house!

The host was great, house had tons of beds, and hot tub was hot. The driveway was plowed directly after a heavy snowfall and there was a large easily accessible dumpster for our trash.

We stayed here for the weekend to go skiing at Seven Springs. However we did not get to go as it ended up being 60 degrees. So instead we hung out at the house and enjoyed the spacious living room to play games. We used the hot tub, outside tables, and fireplace a ton! It made our weekend still a lot of fun even though we didn’t get to ski. My only comment about the place is that all the kitchen ware is on its last leg. We ended up cooking at the house for a couple meals and there was plenty of items but all seemed to maybe need an upgrade soon. Otherwise everything else was very accommodating!

We had a group of 10 guests that stayed at Beth’s house (6 adults and 4 kids). The house was clean and as advertised. This place was a good home base to get to the local ski resorts. We had sufficient space but if we had brought the maximum occupancy of 20 guests, this house would not be a good fit. We loved that the host provided firewood and starter paper products (paper towels, toilet paper). The beds were comfy and made upon arrival. However, just wanted to make future guests aware of the following: there is only seating at the dining table for 8 people. There were spaces to sit at the bar but we had used that to serve up our meals and store food due to lack of storage in the kitchen. There was not enough dinnerware for more than 12 people if you needed bowls. There’s only seating space in the living room for 6 people upstairs- and the couches were very well broken in. The kids used the downstairs area to hang out and play ping pong. There were 2 additional couches downstairs that were also very broken in. We had Verizon cell phones and there was no service at the house but the owners provided super fast internet. Thank you Beth for hosting our group!

Amazing stay

This place is perfect getaway spot for group of friends and families. Plenty of room with beds that accommodate 20ppl?!(our group was 6 adults and 7kids) perfect location/private space/“hot tub” Beth responded quickly and answered all the questions/ straightforward check in and check out procedures with guidelines. Highly recommended!!

Beth’s house was the perfect spot for our grouo ski trip. We will definitely be back in the future!!

We stayed at this house to ski at the Seven Springs resort. It was a short drive to the resort, but great amenities and space at the house made it worth it to our group. Plenty of beds for guests, we had a couple of families and kids all were able to have their own beds. Plus. we lucked into snow in the area and it was picture perfect! Just FYI cell coverage in the area is spotty, the house had great Wifi and they provided written directions for nearby places. Those were helpful when our cell coverage GPS dropped out. Communication was great as well with the host. I would recommend staying there anytime!

The house was clean and big enough for our family of 15, ranging from 9 to 75 yrs told, to comfortably celebrate Thanksgiving weekend. The kids loved the upper bedroom with 7 beds and a bathroom and loved playing ping pong in the lower level. The owner was helpful and very quick with communication even during the holiday weekend. The house was well equipped and just as described in the listing.

This cabin is amazing. Spacious, clean, beautiful and great location. Owner is amazing yo communicate with. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so.

We enjoyed our time even without a working hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay and I appreciated that we didn’t need to bring linens. The downside was that the hot tub was broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we reached out, however, it was unable to be fixed during our stay. We may have stayed somewhere else if we would have known it wasn’t working.

We loved this property. Plenty of space for 12 women to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was great and the direction made it very easy to find. Very comfy & cozy, highly recommend.

The house sits a bit into the woods. It’s really pretty and very quiet and private.

We all had a great time. The place was nice and clean. Two things that I’m sure the housekeeper would not notice: The couches in the living room are bad. When you sit on either of them you sink way down. Like the bases are broken ???? The upstairs fan might be missing a few screws it wobbles and looks like it might fall off if the ceiling plus is extremely loud. But we would definitely recommend this place and book again in the future.

Beth was amazing and so helpful. This house looked nice with the pictures, but honestly the pictures do not do it justice. In person is it so much bigger and exactly what we wanted. Plenty of seating and beds for a large group. The outdoor bbq is perfect and the hot tub is the icing on the cake. This place will not disappoint!! Thanks again we had a blast!

Secluded and comfortable, with a hot tub, nice deck, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. We come annually to a convention at Seven Springs (board gaming - WBC). The only catch for us was getting back and forth to the convention. Nobody's fault, but it just meant some more time and logistics and car-dirtying "shortcuts" to get such a nice place! We recommend this place otherwise as a great spot, and the owner was great in sending a repair person when we needed the AC fixed. Got it done right away! Thanks!

Beth sent so much helpful information about activities to do and where the nearest grocery stores are. Check-in and check-out were very easy and Beth was very responsive when I had questions.

Beautiful location. The only issue was the first time someone sat on the picnic table at the fire-it... it went right down... and looks like it was pretty rotten.

This location and property was beautiful! The area was quiet, in a nice location, and was very clean! Beth was also amazing at responding quickly and getting back to me in a timely manner

The pictures are nice but in person, this home is even more beautiful! Outside, we had a great time in the jacuzzi and the fire pit was perfect for our family and friends gathering. This was a great experience for our first time with this type of rental. Everyone that made it was impressed with this place. They couldn't believe how accommodating the space on each floor was. If you are contemplating between rentals, I absolutely recommend to search no more! This will be an amazing experience for you as it was for our entire family!

Everything was great but the tv in main room did not work but that was not a real issue

We loved the house and very much enjoyed the hot tub and kitchen. We were a family group of ladies celebrating a very special woman and weekend. Beth replied promptly when I reached out and even left us a few special treats.

Very beautiful area! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed for a group of women for the weekend. The hot tub and outdoor areas were great. The house was clean, warm, and easy to find. Property manager was very helpful, kind, and responsive. Nothing negative to say at all!

We were able to fit alot of adults for a weekend trip. Enjoyed it very much.
