Nice space, great kitchen. Parking was an issue, but we managed. Easy walk to beach. All amenities worked nicely.

When we arrived at the house, we were completely amazed at the decor of the home! The little spaces filled with art, two full bathrooms & plenty of sleeping spaces!! We loved the gas fireplace!! The view from the upstairs bedroom was amazing - as well as the living room!! The full kitchen and large dining space was a plus!!! The kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed!!! We would definitely stay in this home again!!! We came to town to fish with Pathfinder Sport Fishing. We came out with over 50 pounds of Halibut, 20 pounds of Sole, 2 large Coho Hatchery Salmon and 5 crabs (in one pot).

The house was very clean, well supplied, and as close to the beach as I wanted with a view of the ocean from the living room. Very convenient to outdoor spaces and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Loved being within walking distance of everything we needed- beach, shops, etc. House very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen well-supplied. Thankfully a small yard and we enjoyed sitting out.

This was a beautiful home! The house was very spacious, fully stocked with blankets, pillows, and comforting necessities. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook anything. Beds were very comfortable and the fireplace was an added bonus. I loved sitting on the couch, while hubs and kids went to play, and people watch as they strolled the paths to Nye Beach. It’s a great location with just a few minutes walk down to the beach or local restaurants. The host communicated immediately with me when I reserved. She was so helpful with her welcome email with tips and advice for local info. Everything was just as described. The house is tucked away on a little lot. The outside doesn’t do the inside justice but it’s all very nice. The only thing I’d add would be a fire pit outside and chairs but I’m not sure how all that works as an owner lol. We would definitely choose this house again! Thank you!

This was a very clean house which is amazing for a beach. It is located in a cute neighborhood with nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The beach is close. The beds were comfortable (firm and supportive). There was plenty of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, dishes, towels, sheets, ect. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We had a 3 day stay here as a family with 4 kids under 10. We had a great time and created some fond memories. The property had everything we needed. When you come here you should expect some things are dated like the furniture and media setup. But then maybe you like cassettes and CDs and feel right at home.

Great location to beach and shopping and great restaurants with in 2 blocks. Steep stairs and bath both upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen equipped with everything you need!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of space and great sleeping options. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to get to downtown shops and food. Slight downfall is the noise because you are on the main strip but aside from that it was great. Appreciate you allowing us to borrow your space.

My family loved this location. Great proximity to town and the beach. The trash was full when we arrived so I did have to contact the property manager. The posted images are also outdated. The property is much newer and nicer than the images show. Would recommend!

Clean and well appointed house. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were great. Towels in abundance. Lovely views from the windows. We enjoyed our stay. Due to steps here and there throughout the house, it might not be the greatest for those of limited mobility. We loved how close it was to the beach overlook and to the local shops and restaurants.

We loved the gas stove since our weather was less than desirable.
There was a whole big bookcase of books, games, CDs and DVDs to entertain us.
The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed.
Beds were comfortable.
Beach access was right across the street. Perfect location.

Good value with spacious house on quiet but very central location, 1 block from beach path and 1-2 blocks to Nye Beach businesses and restaurants. Very well equipped large kitchen, comfortable living/media room with lots of books, CD's, sound system, large beautiful bathrooms, TVs, games for kids & adults, well equipped, large laundry room, lovely shaded and fenced courtyard. Elders and small children need to pay attention to several small steps and level changes.

Great house in the heart of Nye Beach in Newport and easy access to the beaches, food, shops, historic bay front, crabbing and aquarium. Strangely, there was one primary entrance and exit to the house that was covered by a carport and full of swallows nests and all the accompanying bird poop and feathers associated with a bird infestation. Furthermore, there was a sign advising guests to leave the swallows alone. This was a nuisance as one could not enter or leave the house without being dive bombed by swallows and seemed unhygienic as well.

The house is in a nice quiet location close to the beach and area shops. The house was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. Lots of books and games to use for those who want something more to do than watch TV. Has a nice view from upstairs. Overall, it's a nice place to stay at. Will keep this one in mind if we stay in Newport again.

Perfect
This property worked out perfectly for our needs. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach was easily accessible and was great for kids. The property itself worked out great for the six of us. The owners of this house thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Family get away
The property had plenty of room for several adults and the little ones with us, and the location was amazing! Close to the beach and in a great neighborhood with lots of fun local places to eat and explore within walking distance. The host of the property responded quickly when we had some trouble getting the lock code to work upon our arrival, and went above and beyond to replace the stove when we found it didn't work the night we checked in. The host found one available right away and brought it to the residence and installed it himself to make sure we had one for our stay. Definitely a fun, historic home and hosts that care about their guests! We look forward to staying again!

Perfect stay at the beach
It was centrally located. Easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our 3 days relaxing after a long road trip. The laundry room is fantastic. I was able to return home with all clean clothes.

Wonderful location! Great Amenities!
This property is in one of the best locations in Newport! It’s clean and has great views of the Ocean. It is right by two beach accesses. The two bedrooms upstairs feel separate from the rest of the house. Management was very responsive and helpful! Loved staying here!

Excellent Stay
Property was as described, clean and fully stocked. Only thing I would suggest is that you list that the property is on several levels (for those of us over 70, lol). Loved the location and homeyness of the house.

Love this home and location
Our adult kids and friends stayed at this house while the parents stayed at another place nearby. This house is well appointed with modern appliances, thick towels, comfortable beds, games and movie videos. Storage space in the bedrooms was ample. It's a short walk to the beach and to restaurants, bakeries, bookstores and charming shops. We will definitely rent this place again in the future.

Great place to stay
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house's location is great...close beach access, close to shops and restaurants, a grocery store only a 10 minute walk. This house wants for nothing (except a liquid measuring cup with measurement markings :-). The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is better stocked that any rental we have been in with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. It was quiet during our M- F stay, with the exception of the morning of garbage pick up, but that would be the case no matter where you stayed. Check out instructions were reasonable and clearly communicated. Loved the keyless entry. Definitely would like to stay again.

Lovely home close to everything
The house was lovely, comfortable and clean. It was spacious and EVERYTHING you could need/want was available. We had a great time there and will go back. My only suggestion would be to mark the steps between the different levels. They blend in with the flooring making it easy to miss them and caused a fall and sprained ankle.

Best beach house for a family
This house is so spacious. The bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, there is a small ocean view from the living room, very comfy chairs and couch
There is a large dining room table of of the very large kitchen. A small two.person table with a view outdoors and great for working on a laptop. The wifi was excellent for zoom meetings and telecommuting. All said highly recommended and we will be back. Only two small comments there are two steps from the dining room and into kitchen and one step into downstairs bathroom. Good to know for mobility issues. Also the view from master bedroom would be even better if the window was washed. Great to.have laundry facilities. Thank you!
