Newly Remodeled High End Luxury Condo Sleeps 6-8 Comfortably Midtown OC
Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 Ce condo a tout pour plaire, vue sur le 7e étage de haut en bas de la plage. WIFI haute vitesse - Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités, table à manger pouvant accueillir 4 et 3 tabourets situés au bar de granit de la cuisine. La suite principale a sa propre salle de bain double lavabo grande douche debout et lit king situé directement sur l'océan avec accès au balcon depuis une porte-patio de 6 pieds. La chambre d'hôtes est située à l'arrière du condo avec 2 lits queen avec de grands tiroirs de rangement situés au pied du lit ainsi qu'un grand tiroir et un placard. Les deux chambres ont une télévision LED 42 pouces avec câble. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche pour les portes en verre des enfants et deux lavabos. Les deux salles de bains sont carrelées du sol au plafond. Le salon est situé directement sur l'océan avec accès au balcon depuis les 2 portes-fenêtres. Le salon comprend un canapé-lit queen-size, un siège d'amour, une télévision à écran plasma de 50 pouces avec câble. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur dans cet appareil. Ocean II est dans le centre-ville de l'OC, un accès facile à l'extrémité nord et sud de l'OC. Oc a tellement à offrir depuis probablement l'une des plus grandes et des plus belles plages de la côte est de la mer à la restauration, au golf, aux parcs d'attractions, à la promenade légendaire et bien sûr au bar, restaurant et club de nite Jamaica USA Secrets.

It was what we wanted and we booked in advance for that reason. The only default that my family and I had with our stay was the fact that there were no sheets and towels provided during our stay. We knew that after we read the email but nobody should have to bring those necessities.

Very clean. Condo layed out very well. Bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. Appliances in good working order and relatively new. Great view of the ocean. Very comfortable condo. Only suggestion would be installation of grab-bars in the showers. Owner very easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our short stay. We tried to get another day, but it had already been rented. We will definitely be back when we need to get away for some rest and sunshine. The condo was great, but building, halls and elevators are deceiving. Needs updated. Oh, they were redoing parking underneath the building, it was roped off, and we had to find parking on the street. But, this did not dampen our stay. I love this place!!! Don't forget to bring your linen, including pillows.

The condo was just as described. It was clean and the location was perfect! I even left something in the condo and they were very responsive and are sending to me. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay! Had a few problems when we arrived but we had a quick response and everything was fine after that. Owner was very accommodating for our early arrival. We are already planning our next stay in six months.

We stayed in this unit for the first time last year and really liked the location. We booked it again this year! Loved having drapes on the bedroom sliders. The king size bed is unbelievably comfortable and made it really easy to fall asleep. Will be back again that’s for sure!

A beautiful property. Loved facing the ocean and enjoyed the sunrise from the 7th floor balcony. Comfortable furniture. Incredible views. Walked across Coastal Highway to Ropewalk. Awesome weekend away during the offseason. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have tried several places in the past few years looking for the perfect "off season" rental. I think we found it. For us it's all about the location and ocean views, which were just as described. The place was clean, and the chairs, sofa and bed were very comfortable and having 2 very nice bathrooms was a plus. The thing we liked the most was that the bedroom was facing the ocean and had a great view to wake up to every morning. We had a slight problem with the access code to the front door when checking in, but that was resolved quickly with a call to the owner. We plan to come back again.

Unfortunately we were advised of kitchen plumbing issues an hour before check in via a text that plumber would be out next day. That did not happen. Plumber came the second day and because a part was needed the kitchen was not functional. While this was a major inconvenience and disappointment, we understand these things happen, but this was not our fault either. weather was great, so made the best of it. We have stayed in this unit several times and first time we have had issues.

Came for oceans calling music festival. Condo was as described, beds were comfortable. Note to future guests if you think it might be there, it’s not. Pretty bare bones (bring your own linens and towels, TP & paper towels)
Kitchen appliances and utensils were sufficient for the little bit of cooking we did.
The balcony view of the ocean was what made this place 5star. We would book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful condo. The view of the beach is incredible. The kids really enjoyed being out on the balcony,and feeling the breeze, while listening to the waves. The rooms were beautiful and spacious.

This is the seventh year that my sister and I have been renting this property. The view of the ocean and beach are awesome, and its location provides easy access to many restaurants and places of entertainment. If needed, the owner is accessible and responsive. We have already booked for next year.

The place overall was great. The location is nice, and this stretch of beach is not overly crowded. Parking was good and quite easy and convenient. For the most part the place was well stocked, there were just a few things that were oddly missing. There were no cutting boards, cookie sheets or dish towels in the kitchen and there were no bath mats/ bathroom rugs. Usually these aren’t considered linens, but it would be good to make this a little more explicit that they’re needed. The second bedroom has a window that only looks out on an interior corridor with pretty bright lights at night.

My family of 4 had a great stay. The condo was exactly what we needed. Location was great, we made use of the chairs provided and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.

Incredible view of the ocean from the balcony. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice. The A to Z linen rental service was great. The quality of all linens were great, especially the towels nice and fluffy!
There were only two things that I was a little disappointed in. When we got there we weren’t able to get into the condo. The directions stated to watch a YouTube video. It would have been much easier if they were written out. We contacted the owner but it took a little bit for him to get back to us. The other was I informed the owner that we would be leaving two days early due to a family emergency. This time there was no response from the owner at all.
I have stayed in many other VRBO’s and if there was a need to contact the owners the response was almost immediate.
Again we did enjoy our stay!

Peaceful and close to everything. Plus right on the beach...hey the dryer had heated the laundry room up really warm...jus a concern.. as a professional house cleaner .the cleaner does a poor job ...cabinet fronts dirty. Dust everywhere. And glass door sliders really dirty... thanks

Rented this same condo in 2021 and had some cleanliness and maintenance problems. But liked it so much we went back this year(2022). The property manager had addressed ALL my concerns from 2021. Will not hesitate to book this property again.

Cleanliness is our main concern, and this owner came through for us. The living room chairs were comfortable, the bed had no bumps of dips, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms large and fully tiled. A very comfortable space. On the beach and off the main roadway, it was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our time immensely.

We had such a lovely time in this property. Directly on the ocean, gorgeous morning view, full kitchen, and easy access to everything Ocean City has to offer. Fred and Kat were helpful, kind, and accommodating. A+!

So clean! Little storage, and a hiccup!
This is our second year in a row staying at this condo. The overall cleanliness is amazing. Chairs included is a major plus. A toaster oven was added this year and that helped so much with reheating my kids food. Things to note: storage is needed, for food and shoes. More towel racks would be nice.
The hiccup: it was so so hot in this week in OC. In the high 90’s. The A/C could not keep up. 2 nights before we were set to leave the thermostat just turned off, TVs stopped working. How frustrating! Owners were in contact but the problem wasn’t addressed in a serious manner until after we departed. It was incredibly hot in the condo, uncomfortable to sleep in. Overall though we had a nice time and this place is nice with an added bonus of a pool.
