Emplacement fantastique à quelques pas de la plage dans le magnifique complexe de condominiums de luxe Tiki. Unité au rez-de-chaussée avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. De beaux jardins entourent 2 belles piscines chauffées. Notre condo est entièrement meublé avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale et 2 lits doubles dans la 2e chambre. Le salon a un canapé-lit. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière électrique et four, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, vaisselle et ustensiles. Nous vous fournissons 2 télévisions à écran plat, câble avec 6 HBO et 4 ESPN, lecteur DVD, service Internet WIFI gratuit, téléphone VOIP avec appels longue distance gratuits (domestiques), draps, serviettes de bain, fer et planche à repasser. Vous n'avez qu'à apporter vos objets personnels. Les 2 piscines extérieures chauffées (en hiver) ont été rénovées cette année. Nous sommes situés juste en face du boulevard de Sea Turtle Inc. et du fantastique centre d'observation des oiseaux et de la nature de South Padre Island, la première destination de Rio Grande Valley pour l'observation des oiseaux. Nombreuses activités à moins de 10 minutes de la copropriété: Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, observation des dauphins, boogie board, plongée en apnée et plongée sous-marine, surf, planche à voile, kitesurf et location de voiliers. Il y a la pêche en baie, la pêche en haute mer, la pêche aux jetées, la jetée, le surf et la pêche à la mouche. Les autres activités incluent la plage à 4 roues, l'équitation et le sentier naturel Laguna Madre. 30 minutes en voiture de Brownsville à l'un des meilleurs zoos du pays, le zoo Gladys Porter. Let me start by saying that we have stayed at The Tiki for many years now, but we have always rented a one-bedroom unit close to the gulf. We decided to try a 2-bedroom condo and we discovered David's beautiful island home, and it did not disappoint. The 2-bedroom unit was a lot more spacious which is exactly what we needed because we are a family of four. It is a very comfortable ground floor unit with a short walk to the beach. David is a very nice owner, and his communication was great. He was always a phone call or text away in case we needed anything. We had a great experience at David's beautiful island home that I told him that he gained annual renters. Thank you, David, for making our island stay GREAT!

Place was great. Beach was Fantastic! Property was very nice. From the start, our host David was very accommodating and communicated with us the whole way through. This was our first family trip to the beach and we even got to bring our dog! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank You David!!!

The place was as expected, comfy and very clean. The family and I had a pleasant time at The Tiki. I definitely do recommend it, our host David was very helpful and attentive through out our stay. Were looking forward for our next little get away!

We have not been to South Padre in 15 years and loved our visit! The owner was extremely communicative and helpful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.
I loved the layout of the complex with two beautiful pools and the beach so close. It reminded me of our recent trip to Hawaii and the condo layout.
I loved having a first floor condo which made bringing my dogs a breeze. There also were poop sacks and waste bins with a nice area to walk the dogs right outside the condo.
I have an electric vehicle and was able to charge for free within walking distance at the Holiday Inn right by the condo.
There were some dirty towels left and missing beach towels and the owner got both taken care of extremely quickly.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beach property. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. David was in constant communication with us and making sure we had everything we needed even before our arrival. There was plenty of space for all of us and our two dogs. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway.

I have stayed at the Tiki many times. This rental has been the best so far. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is very clean, well decorated, and spacious. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, with soft sheets and pillows. Both bathrooms have luxury towels, extra amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner. (not many Tiki rentals have this) Our host, David, also provides more extras; beach towels, sunscreen, and extra toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you need including a drip coffee maker, filters, and a cabinet with spices, oil, and sugar. There is even aluminum foil, and plastic wrap, and extra trash can bags. He provides grill utensils, a beach umbrella, chairs, and bougie boards. The location is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of South Padre. We had wonderful communications with our host. If you are looking for a spacious, clean and inviting pace for your next vacation, rent this condo!

Great location north of the main tourist spots but next door to Clayton's if that's your thing. Place was clean and easily slept our family of 5. Full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and bathrooms were stocked with extra towels. The entire complex is non-smoking so we enjoyed a lot of patio and pool time. 5/5 would recommend.

This was a much needed impulse trip! My family (son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mom & grandbaby) & I had not been on a family trip. I had never even taken my daughter who is 21 yrs old to South Padre Island. I decided to book this trip and it exceeded all of our expectations! The layout of the condo was so spacious, it was extremely clean, the beach access was very convenient and David & Ana went above & beyond for us! David, the owner/manager, allowed us an earlier check in and a later check out which gave us a little more beach & family time. Ana, the housekeeper, fulfilled an odd request of a slow cooker & cheese grater. The condo was kept very cool, not like other hotels or condos where the temperature doesn't go very low in 105 degree weather. It was a nice refreshing cool. They also provided beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach items that made family time more fun! My mom, who is 78 yrs old, had not been to SPI since she was 15 and she absolutely enjoyed herself! Before we could leave she was already asking me when we could go back! My 1.5 year old grandbaby was able to be comfortable without too many things in his running path. We had a great time! David, my family cannot thank you & Ana enough for the hospitality!

The host is very helpful and the location is great. Check in process is also extremely easy. The beds are super comfortable. Just AC is kind of very loud. If they can provide more toilet paper, kitchen towel and trash bag, that will be great. We end up cooking a few times and used up all kitchen towels and also toilet paper is running critically low.

David’s 2BR, 2BA condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and very spacious. The first floor location on the parking lot side was extremely convenient for us, as we were able to place our cooler, tent, toys etc on the patio without bringing wet and sandy items through the condo. We have stayed at several other condos at the Tiki, and this was the most comfortable stay for us due to its spaciousness & location. We would 100% stay here again!

My husband, our two college aged kids, and I had a great time at the Tiki condo in South Padre Island. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were plenty of room, with good living space and a porch. The owner David was great, very responsive to emails and texts both before and during our stay. The housekeeper Ana was also great, she brought towels when we asked and checked in with us. The first floor was very convenient, and the location on the Island was towards the northern end but still very convenient to everything. We walked across the street to the Sea Turtle sanctuary and the Bird and Alligator sanctuary. I highly recommend David's condo!

We had a great family Christmas Break trip to the beach. David reached out to us before we arrived to ensure we could reach him if needed, and he arranged to have our parking pass put in the condo when car problems made our arrival late. David was personable and easy to contact. The proximity of the condo to the beach is perfect and the heated pools were great after playing in the ocean in December. The condo had what we needed for our large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island!

This was our second time to stay at The Tiki. We would definitely stay again. This owner was incredibly responsive and attentive every step of the way. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and never had such great service. The condo met all our needs and was very comfortable.

Rented condo for 2 day stay with family at S. Padre Island. Tiki condo was very nice, good location and as noted on website. David, owner was very good to work with. Responded quickly when texted. Overall was a good condo, good experience and would highly recommend for anyone to rent.

Booked last minute
I had no problem booking last minute due to my work schedule. Check in is after 4pm, but these guys text me 2hrs before that saying I was good to check in. Checking in was easy, the room was clean & stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to others.

2 bedroom 2 bath w pullout walking distance to the beach condo
This condo was very clean and comfortable. David, the property owner, communicated very well regarding all the logistics of the place. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki since it is walking distance to the beach. I also enjoyed the fact that it is on the 1st level and right off parking so not a long distance to unload. The 2nd pool and a bbq station were all close by. Also, a very pet friendly place. Will definitely consider this place for our next trip.

Quiet and comfortable.
We enjoyed our visit and stay. Nights were quiet and the accommodations were clean and as expected. Plenty of room for the family. Two bathrooms was a big plus.
