Great place to stay! Easy to walk anywhere in Helen and the condo is great! Tracey is a great host. She worked with us to fix a booking mishap. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay here. The place was only 1 block away from restaurants and bars. This place was very clean and the check in process was so easy. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back.

Oh my goodness. What a Blessing it was that we all got to stay in the same place…and what a place! Top notch with all the amenities. We made memories to last a lifetime! The condos location was perfect, all the main restaurants were within walking distance. Ruby Anna falls is a must see and a short drive. Great weekend location.

Perfect location for a weekend in Helen!! Quick, easy walk to all the fun. Property was clean enough and comfortable for four adults. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo looked just like the pictures. It was awesome. Fantastic location! Only complaint/advice to give is that the shower did not have good water pressure. It was way too light coming out and the Internet on the TV kept going in and out. It would go black then come back. All in all, the place was great and would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a great vacation.

This rental is in a great location as it is right across the street from Hofer’s Bakery and adjacent to the downtown area. It is spotless clean. The only negative was that room darkening curtains are sorely needed in all of the bedrooms since the outdoor street lights are motion activated and you might have flickers of light in your room throughout the evening which might not be the best if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Great stay 1 star rating for property manager because we never seen or heard from them. Property was great. Texted cleaning crew when we checked out but never heard back from them saying they received text. Overall a great stay… would book again for sure.

I loved my stay. It’s a very beautiful home. Its a home away from home. It was very clean and had everything i needed.. not to mention , the home owners was very sweet and helpful. It’s walking distance to all the stores and restaurants in town. I’m planning another visit to Helen next year and I will for sure come back to stay there. Really appreciated everything. Great property…great location. Our only complaint was that the VRBO website did not give the exact unit number of the property. We had to use Google maps to confirm we were at the right building because the number wasn’t on it nor were there any signs and the VRBO website didn’t give a specific unit number. Thankfully the property manager was onsite when I called and after viewing my booking online he was able to tell us which unit we had reserved. Other than that it was a great weekend and we would book again.

This property is one block from Betty's general/grocery store and one block from Two Tire Tavern. You have dedicated parking and can basically leave your car alone all weekend if the goal is to enjoy what Helen itself has to offer. Bring your own towels if going tubing.

Pictures were true and on point! This place was perfect for us and the location! We never got in the car one time! Walked everywhere and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Will def stay at this place again! Stairs are a lot if you can not do stairs do not stay here!

Great location
Really loved the location of this property. Not that Helen is really large but everything was within easy walking distance. The hot tub was really nice after getting caught in the rain while on the river. Beware that the ground floor bedroom does get really cold due to the A/C layout in the property. It was AWESOME for someone like me that loves sleeping in cold rooms.

Guys' Trip
Visited Helen with my sons, brother, and his grandson. The condo was exactly as advertised. We could easily walk to most places we wanted to go. The beds and living room was comfy, and everything was clean and tidy. I just wish it had been cool enough to use the hot tub!

The condo is immaculate, up to date furniture. The only downside are all of the steps.
Great experience except bottom bedroom has no bathroom & living quarters on 2nd floor. Too many steps for elderly guests. Otherwise exceptional condo!

Nice Get away
Convenient to downtown and all the shops. Beds were very comfortable. Betty’s Store was just across the street and had everything we needed for our stay the only problem we had. Was the steps. Seven steps to front porch, 15 steps up to living room/kitchen, half bath then 15 more steps up to 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. We had an 80 year old in our party so they had a hard time, had we known about all the steps we would not have booked this unit but it was not disclosed in pics or descriptions

Property withing walking distance of everything. Big plus because town parking is $10. Peaceful and safe. We went during off season. Property was immaculate. Will be back.

Perfect location
We had some obstacles with the 2nd full bath but the owners were transparent and offered a credit. They were close and willing to help. Extremely nice and professional people. Would absolutely come back.
