Enjoyed our stay!

The email giving check in instructions listed the wrong unit. I could have been embarrassing if someone was in that unit and thought we were breaking in. I called customer service and they did a great job of helping get to the correct unit and insuring we got in. This all happened about midnight. There were pheromones ants in the unit and we lost a little bit of food when they infested the box. The beds were okay, not the best we have slept in. We did love the place and would go back

The unit was very nice and well equipped. Property was as described. The pool was great. They had a DJ and games.

Property was clean and suited us well for our visit. The only issue was on check in where our confirmation email had the wrong unit number on it, but the VRBO app had the correct unit number leading to a little confusion. Upon calling the service number, they were able to quickly sort it out.

We chose Vista Cay for being close to the Orange County Convention Center and we were not disappointed. Very nice area with food choices walking distance from the condos. The pool area was beautiful with a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Unit is showing its age with some damage to surfaces from wear and tear like a bathroom cabinet missing some of its paneling and a leather headboard peeling. That did not effect our enjoyment of our stay. Amenities within walking distance was perfect. Grocery store, restaurants, gas station, Walgreens all nearby. Would stay again with Casiola.

We had a wonderful stay!

We decided to stay in Orlando a few extra days. The location was great close to attractions and parks if needed. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and a nice pool area. We did arrive a half hour early, I did ask for an early check in but they had previous guest and they were cleaning it. We waited until 4 to check in but they were still cleaning it. We did have to wait another 30 minutes to get in our room. This did not ruin our stay. I would rent again.

From the booking to the stay everything was great! Whenever I had a question it was answered in a timely manner. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.

Beautiful property, would stay here again!

easy, clean and nice

We enjoyed staying here. We chose it because of its convenient location relative to Universal, Disney, and the airport. We enjoyed that it was an easy walk away from a grocery store and some restaurants. We also really liked the pool, it was heated and enjoyable even on some chilly December days.

This property was exactly what we needed. It had all the amenities, cleaned thoroughly and nicely decorated. You won’t be disappointed.

The property was very clean and well stocked with bedding and towels. The gift left on the entry table was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had basic equipment, although I could not find any measuring cups, but that very minor and easily overlooked.

Not long after checking in, we noticed ants in multiple rooms. They were all over the kitchen, dining and room our daughters were using. Thankfully we did not plan to use the kitchen for any meals. Gross. We called at 8pm and complained about the ants and the broken faucet in the shower. They said they would send maintenance over. We called back after going out to eat and they said maintenance clocked out at 9pm. We asked to be moved and they said they had nowhere to move us. One of my daughters woke with 3 ants on her the next morning. Also, the beds are terribly hard and not comfortable at all, which only matters if you like sleeping with ants. We went to universal for the day and maintenance came while we were out. They sprayed with Raid. We still had ants upon our return and called customer service again. Customer service was not helpful and not willing to refund our money. The same daughter woke in the middle of the night with an ant on her face. She went and slept with her brother at that point. I have emailed multiple times with pictures of the problems. Their phone message says they have insanely great customer service. We were offered a 10% refund on our two night stay. Casiola is a horrible management company to deal with and I do not recommend this rental or the management company. We travel extensively and I have never dealt with such issues. I wish this review would let me post pictures of the corner of the dining room where the nest of ants were sleeping and the trail of them all over the wall and sink or the video of them in the bedroom. Baseboards and walls were also very dirty. I will define only rent from an individual or resorts going forward. Horrible VRBO experience.

The unit had everything we needed, especially for a baby - highchair, Pack 'n Play, umbrella stroller, there may have been a car seat, too. We chose a unit with carpet because our baby still toppled over from time to time, but it did have some stains. The televisions were very spotty for our entire stay, but when we called, they were fairly quick to come fix it. You have to buy EVERYTHING for your stay, which is no secret, I guess I was expecting there to be a few things left behind from previous guests (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, napkins, etc) as is usually the case with rentals, but I was wrong. They do provide a small amount of dish soap, a sponge, a few dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent for one small load of laundry, one roll of toilet paper/bathroom and one roll of paper towel - the bare minimum. If you're staying for more than a couple days be prepared to buy every little thing for your stay. We were deciding between a few different units in this resort and chose this one because it was the least expensive. I think we got what we paid for but we probably would have chosen a different unit and spent more if we could have a redo.

The condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in lately. If i could recommend anything, it would be to have luggage carts to help load and unload your bags and some activities or entertainment at the pool area.
