The house is beautiful with wood floors throughout. The location is fantastic. At the end of the block is the Maté Factor, a quaint coffee house / bakery. Three more blocks away is Forsyth Park and a sightseeing trolley stop. The best feature is a single car driveway so you dont have to search for parking everyday!

We spent 4 great days in Savannah celebrating our Family Reunion. Members of our large family stayed in various locations including hotels and B&Bs. My wife and I picked this location for us my son, daughter in law and grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay and trip. We will definitely try to stay here again loved every minute except note below.
The only problem we experienced was related to actual check in. 1. Check is for after 4PM and if you arrive @5PM no advance information that access door and entry was on the side street to rear of property was provided. But after a few calls and txt messages we found the keyed entry door and from then on it was smooth sailing.

This home was convenient to local area and walking distance to stores and shops. Personal parking spot was great. Home is historic in nature, but it seemed it had not been rented in a while, it needed airing out. We purchased air fresheners ans placed throughout home. Twin beds sqeaked a lot. Master BR was very warm in comparison to other BRs (very cold). Master shower seemed mold buildup around shower glass and drain area. I showered with my slip ons. No TVs in guest BRs only in Master and Living Rm. All BRs are upstairs, so take note if elderly or disabled ones cannot climb stairs.

This house is in a great location to walk through all of the squares to get to River Street and all of the shopping/dining places. We had 5 people and could have slept 1 more super comfortably. We will definitely keep this house on our list to stay in again when we visit Savannah. We had a late flight home and were able to store our luggage at the rental office on Liberty Street. They were so nice!

Great location!! Table needs leg tightened, twin beds are REALLY squeaky, which made sleeping there & in adjoining bedroom hard to sleep! Was also a shooting a couple blocks away one night, & a SWAT team in a house 2 away from us the last day we were there with a high speed chase & having to enter house to get suspect. Price is a bit noisy with traffic also.

Being close to Forsyth Park was a perk. The corner restaurant is delightful and we enjoyed many meals there. The convenience of Krogers two blocks away was also wonderful.

We came for our daughters wedding. It was fantastic to have a house near the venue where we could relax and enjoy ourselves and host family traveling to the wedding. Lovely neighborhood, didn’t have any trouble with parking and the property was clean and well maintained. If I have to go again I would definitely chose this spot again.

The house was just ok. On a high traffic street, so quite a bit of noise. Beds comfortable enough. Good to have a parking space. The whole place could use a good thorough cleaning, which is my biggest issue overall. Had to stand on the bed to turn off the light in order to keep the fan on. Prob wouldn’t stay here again.

Process was easy. Fees add up so listed price is much lower than actual cost. Location was great. Old home with not much renovation. No big room for 8 to gather. Retrofitted shower in main bath is poorly done so figure on bathing. There is a good shower off of one bedroom. Good parking situation. Very convenient location.

We rented this space for St. Patrick's Day weekend for 6 girls on a bachelorette party, and it was perfect! It was spacious and clean, and we had a really great time. Special shout out to Jamiyla from Lucky Savannah who helped us coordinate an early check in, and then stayed on the phone with us while we figured out the issue with the door pad. My only regret was forgetting to stop by her office on the day of the parade to say hello and thank her!

We were 5 ladies looking for a place walking distance to Forsyth park and that had enough beds for everyone. This fit the bill perfectly. It was also great to have 3 bathrooms!
The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy (even though the twins are really high and I needed a stool to get into it) and the decor was fabulous.
It was a very quiet location, but close enough to everything you need. A quick Uber during the day or the downtowner at night and you are at the river or any site you wanted to see. But we often walked too, as the houses in Savannah are exquisite.
We had a fabulous stay and would absolutely stay here again!

I booked this VRBO in Savannah, GA for a weekend get together with 2 of my sisters. The house was very nice and in a great location. I was disappointed that the code I had been given for the door did not work upon arrival. I had to call the Lucky Savannah company, and they quickly sent someone to the house who got us in with a new code. It was a minor inconvenience but should not have happend. The claw foot tub with shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms bathrooms was pretty but unsafe to shower in (hard to step over the high edge with nothing to hang on to, and the floor of the tub sloped making the footing precarious). All 3 of us ended up using the shower stall in the master bathroom.

The DOT bus ran along Forsyth Park, just 3 blocks away. One rainy afternoon we built a jigsaw puzzle and watched the movie based in Savannah, Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil. This house had everything we needed!

We stayed a long weekend here for a small girls trip. The house was perfect for our group of 6! Honestly it's cuter in person than what the photos show. Lots of historic charm without being dated and had all the modern amenities you could want. The bathrooms could use a deep clean- tile grout looked like it hadn't been addressed in a while & a few small moldy spots around the vents. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms also need to be cleaned, we ended up wiping them off on our own so we could turn them on. Otherwise everything else was great! We couldn't find trash bags for the kitchen and a text to management had them delivered quickly. The location was perfect. We walked all the way down to the river from the house with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall good experience. Pretty good location. An easy walk to Forsythe Park. My only complaints are sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom window blinds do not block sun at all. Also, you can hear all the cars zooming by first thing in the morning as that street is pretty busy. Also, the bathtub in the guest bathroom is pretty annoying. It sticks to you while you are trying to shower. Water still goes all over the floor. Lastly, kitchen had a blender but with no top.Having said all this, we did have a great stay and I would stay there again. These are just minor things that you may want to keep in mind.

The incredibly tall ceilings made the home feel extra spacious which means we never felt cramped. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for 4 ladies. It was a quick/cheap Uber to everything.
