Love the rooftop deck, and and everything about this beautiful townhouse. It was so well furnished, and had everything we needed for a really great stay.
Plenty of towels, and very comfy beds, which make all the difference in the world when you’re away from home. Can’t wait to visit again and have a cocktail up on the deck.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse! Such a great area-SUPER close to the stadium, Denver aquarium, Meow Wolf. You could walk to these places if you didn't want to drive. It'd only be like a 20 minute jaunt and there are walkways for pedestrians over the bridge. 1ish hours away from Breckenridge where went hiking and saw the troll, Isak Heartstone. We wandered around Breckenridge and ate brunch at a cute little pub/restaurant called Bold (would also highly recommend). It is a ~45 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater where we saw an amazing outdoor concert. The townhouse itself is 3 stories. First floor when you walk in has a little mud room for shoes, the garage entry, and a 1/2 bath. Up a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and another 1/2 bath. Another flight of stairs leads you to the Master and two bedrooms. This floor has two full baths! There is also a washer and dryer on this level. One more flight of stairs will land you up on the rooftop lounge! You can see the Mile High stadium, space needle, and downtown Denver, and other attractions. It has a nice gazebo with lights and seating. We sat up there and watched a thunderstorm with beautiful lightening one night! It also snowed while we were there - also cool to see from that deck. We had all the weather, sunny days, snowy days, rainy days and we enjoyed every minute. April 25-28, 2024. 4 adults, plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again. Host was very responsive and nice. :)

Stay was wonderful. Sad (but kinda glad) it snowed so we couldn’t use the roof top balcony. Very quiet neighbor. Slightly farther from downtown than expected but still ideal location. Beautiful big house.

This house perfectly suited our needs. I was in Denver on business. My husband, mom and 2 sons were there to enjoy the city! The house had plenty of space, available games, and in a perfect location. We walked to the park and to restaurants. It was a great location for getting outside while still being close to downtown. I would stay here again next time I'm in Denver!

Very nice place for a bachelor party weekend . Over 3 days we squeezed in golf, fishing, baseball and downtown Denver. The townhouse is centrally located and was quite clean and comfortable for our group of 6. Garage is a plus as were plenty of towels. Would come back for sure.

The property was great; lots of room, with a great kitchen and family area. Property was everything we wanted; easy access to downtown and other areas. It was very clean and nice in a very walkable area with restaurants and pubs nearby.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location of this property. It was close in proximity to attractions we had planned and within walking distance to restaurants. Home was clean, well stocked with anything you may need, beds were comfortable, and sheets were soft. The owners were courteous and responsive. Would highly recommend and stay here again! We had a group of eight go to Denver. The location in the house was absolutely perfect. In fact, it’s better than the photographs. This is a great property. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Property was very clean and spacious. Roof top deck was great. Very close to a lot of eateries, bars, Mile High Stadium and Coors Field. Owner was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Newer developed area with plenty of parking, would be good for families too.

This place is exactly as advertised! Great house, great location. The roof was probably the best part. Tons of space and privacy for our group. Close to downtown, couple blocks from the football stadium, and close to anything you d need. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again

Son Graduated from UCD, came to DEN for ceremony. Location was perfect, close to campus, downtown, grocery store, etc. Accomodations were exaclty as stated and huving the two car garage was great as it rained pretty much every day. Defiantely would stay again

This townhome was in a great location for our spring break trip to Denver. We walked downtown and to many of our meals, but it was also nice to use the garage. There were also nice small business districts in the neighborhood. Our family of four stayed comfortably as there is a lot of space in the common areas and the bedrooms are nice. The rooftop deck was also a plus.

We had an excellent time here, gathering for the Christmas holiday. The townhouse is exactly as pictured, clean, organized, and important to us was the spacious kitchen. It is well stocked with linens and towels, the garage is super convenient and the location is minutes from downtown and easy to access off the interstate. The host was attentive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recomend this place!

The property was as described. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The property is equipped with everything you need for overnight stays. The beds are comfortable and you have plenty of towels and bath supplies. The location is very convenient to restaurants and activities in the Denver metro.
Communication with Dania was easy and prompt. She responded to our requests and questions quickly.
I highly recommend this property when visiting Denver.

Everything from the check in process, communication, and location was amazing. The house was more than clean, had extra supplies, condiments in the fridge, super clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect (as it was a short Uber to the Ball Arena). I plan on staying here again when we come to a Broncos game.

Close to downtown, not far from the airport, and a quick drive to many great areas of Denver. The rooftop deck is a delight.

We hired this house as a base to explore Denver and the surrounds and it was just perfect. Super clean, super comfy and every little extra had been thought of and provided. There were so many extra touches that showed how much the owner cared. 3 great bedrooms and the open plan kitchen living area were perfect. Watching the sun rise and set from the roof terrace was magical.
The owners allowed us to check in early as it wasn’t let the day before and were super helpful throughout the booking process. As a family we simply cat recommend this place highly enough!!

Perfect for our needs
We were visiting Denver for a family wedding and this accommodation was perfect for our family of 6. The location was outstanding also. Close to city, with a park, market and restaurants nearby. Really nice neighborhood

Great location and close to walkable restaurants. We like Briar Common Brewery, 2914 coffee, Jefferson Park Pub, Sexy Pizza, and Little Machine Beer.
Coffee, extra towels, bath amenities, well equipped kitchen, blankets, washer and dryer,etc were appreciated.
The rooftop area was fun to hang out on, drinking morning cup of coffee, and watching the city light up.
Dania was very responsive and very accommodating throughout our entire stay.
Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We had a great time walking around the city and hanging out on the fantastic roof/porch lounge at night. Everything was as we expected or better.
