This place is awesome and perfect for a couple. Beach is literally right out the back door. Regina is great to work with. Highly recommend.

To start of it was really easy to do my reservation, Regina was really helpful and answer all my questions. The condo was super clean and it was more than what i expected. The ocen view was awesome. Really fast access to the beach, the pool was clean. I recommend doing youre resarvation..

This is the second time I have stayed here and have loved it. Right next door to live music, which is always great.

This condo was in a great location to access all the things SPI has to offer. I loved how close it was to the beach especially with kids. It is a bit tight in the bathroom if you have a family but we made it work. The condo had all the things we needed and even tho it has a laundry mat it was still convenient allowing Apple Pay for payment. We will be sure come again!

We had a four night stay, and we really enjoyed our time in this unit. The location was great. Having the Wanna Wanna next door was awesome as well. The unit was very nice, clean and as described and had easy beach access. It was quiet at night, and sitting on the balcony in the morning to catch the sunrise was great. We honestly had no complaints. If we were make it back down to SPI, we would definitely look to stay here first. Communication with the owner was nice and easy as well!

The stay was great! The condo is perfect for a weekend getaway with your significant other. It is right on the beach. You can literally walk to the beach from the condos no need to look for a public beach access. There is also a bar next door! The music is not loud at all where it disrupts you. Will definitely rent here again.

Had a very nice stay, on the third floor but right on the beach. Was initially concerned about noise from the Wanna Wanna bar next door, but couldn’t hear a thing inside. Condo was good for 2 adults and a child, anymore than that you’ll be crammed. Lots to do within walking distance of the condo, but we mostly just hung out on the beach! Side shoutout to Milos coffee house, very nice people and good coffee.

Everything was as in pictures. Beautiful, cozy, clean and right on the beach! There is a back door on the complex that leads you right on the beach. They offered beach chairs and a carry on cooler and beach towels which was very nice. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Easy to park and get in and out of the condo. Communication was awesome! We had a very good vacation getaway at the condo! Will definitely come back again to this condo!

Great place to stay! Really good location to the Wana Wana next door, easy access to the beach! We took our jet ski, stored it right down the road with quick access to boat ramp. Got to see a pod of dolphins one trip in the bay and near the jetty. Awesome time!

Great location! It’s perfect for a small family or couple. You can walk next door and eat. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. Really nice pool and hot tub. Host was just perfect. We enjoyed ourselves so much!!

We had a great time, apartment has everything you need, it was clean and beautifully decorated! Regina is the best host, very attentive and responsive! Beach is just few steps of the property, it has a little pool also. We highly recommend the place! My daughters and I had a blast 🥰

Good for up to 4 people. Renovated unit and clean. Pool and hot tub are kinda on the small side but still enjoyable. Very short access to the beach, probably the best access compared to most. Host is very nice and communicates well.

The condo is in a great location with the beach and a bar/restaurant right next to you. There are also lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance! Condo itself was very clean and provided lots of beach things which was very helpful. Overall a great experience!

We had such a wonderful time in this cozy condo on the beach! We especially enjoyed the small balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and the comings and goings of the Wannawanna and public beach access. Perfect relaxing long weekend! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

We loved staying at this property! The location is great. It’s a nice cute place with ocean views! It also had all the basic kitchen supplies needed to get us by. We will return!

Everything was as stated online, had an awesome 2 days of R&R.

This property is right on the beach which made it a perfect choice for us. Awesome views and the manager was very helpful and nice. The condo itself is nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed that there was a cooler, chairs and boogie board for the beach. The pool was pretty small (and warm) so we didn’t really use it, but others did and seemed to enjoy it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

My husband and I brought our son for the first time to the beach. We came prepared with our own food for meals, beach toys, and electronics for our sons homeschool curriculum. Outside of that EVERYTHING we needed was provided! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and even your basic ingredients which my husband really appreciated! Bath towels and toiletries were also stocked. WIFI worked very well for our sons virtual lesson with his teacher. Initially I couldn’t find password for WIFI, and I was able to reach Regina right away! She was more than willing to be of any assistance she could to reassure our stay was a pleasant one! I have to compliment the bed in the bedroom! It was a lot softer than the one from our previous stay! I would definitely recommend Regina’s condo to future visitors of South Padre Island! From booking to check out the process was hassle free! Her availability and communication was very reassuring that we made a good decision to book her condo!

This was our first time visiting SPI, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo was nice and clean, the location was perfect, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Regina was so kind and willing to help or answer any questions we might have had. We are already planning on returning next year.

Check in was a little rocky, but that’s because my phone crashed and all of my info was on my phone & laptop. Because there wasn’t Wi-Fi in the lobby it took some time to get my info…obviously this was my fault and not the property manager. As for the cleanliness, the condo itself was nice and clean. However, there were 2 days that someone left their doggie waste bag on the shared balcony/walkway. GROSS!!!!! Also, every time we walked into our condo it smelled like weed. Even if the other areas didn’t smell like it the actual condo itself did. Not sure if this is because someone had smoked in there previously or if it was wafting through the vents. The location was great to get to/from the beach. We had a wagon that we used to get out stuff to/from the beach which barely fit in the small elevator. Just something to be aware of because the elevator isn’t your typical size. As for communication with the owner/property manager…she was fabulous!!! When I couldn’t find my codes to get in she responded quickly and was really helpful!!! We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time in South Padre.

We loved our stay here, it was great to be able to go back inside from the beach as we wanted to come back and forth from the condo to the beach.

The condo was next to wanna wanna bar and grill, loved the environment and great location. Pool was clean and not packed. Beach access was feet away, it was perfect for our little getaway for the weekend.

This was a great condo. Right on the beach. Loved the restaurant next door. Very quiet facility and the unit was clean and outfitted with all we needed.

This place was what we considered a great location! Easy access to the beach and rental umbrellas and chairs if needed. We used the chairs that the host provided and they worked out great! Loved people watching from the balcony while we drank and played cards!! Really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very clean I felt like I was at home. We had the most perfect view of the ocean. We loved staying here. I recommend this condo 100%.
